Has anyone seen this fiilm? This I consider one of the best Stop-go films of all time, even surpassing KK with ease.

It's ok. but like many say, it's as cheesy as spiced gouda, no cheesier. But the movie was still good to watch(My dad rented it) if you have nothing else to do.

Yea. The movie uses either claymation or Stop-go animation. (Can't remember which one.) Yet it's simply classic. I just hope it doesn't get remade with modern CGI.

Heh, me and my class made a claymation film with humans who cannibalize ogres, and has no point or plot exept that they get eaten by a gigantic snake in the end. Anyway back on topic. Watched it again, and its pretty cool, i keep forgetting massive parts of it though.

Yea, this really is a great film. At this old forum I visited, the people there worshiped Gwangi, literally. They revered him as a god.

Anyways, this film is definitly one of Harresausen's(Sp?) best films. 9/10

^ A bunch of cowboys head off into this valley in search for something to save their struggling circus, and they find a bunch of living, purple dinosaurs in there, such as Galliis, Styracosaurs, and to top it off, a purple, nearly invincible Allosaurus the gypsies of the area call Gwangi.

You can watch it on youtube, if you want...

It's a very good film... one of the best films of the 60's...or was it the 70's?

60's I belive. My favorite Harryhausen is one million years BC. The Ceratosaurus and Trike fight is ridiculous, but it's one of the best in cinema................
