Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

Postby TyrannoTitan » Fri Feb 06, 2009 6:23 am

The new live action Transformers movie, sequel to the 2007 movie "Transformers", finally has more information released...So I decided to make this topic to discuss the upcoming movie.

The film is, like its predecessor, directed by Michael Bay, and produced by Steven Spielberg. It is set after the first film, obviously, will take place in more than one country, and is set to be in theaters June 26, 2009.

As assumed by the end of the last film, Starscream survived and will appear majorly in this film. There are others confirmed for the movie, but no plot details have been released.

Not yet, but it might be an autobot/decepticon from the old series, but I've never seen the old cartoons, so I have no clue...

It may be a new transformer, sinse I never saw it in the old series...

And Gira: NO. Sure, Dinobots are awsome in the series, but really? A transforming dinosaur? For shame

I'm definitely seeing it, but i dunno how good its gonna be. 2nd movies in trilogies are notorious for being bad, with the exception of POTC... from the looks of it they are making a constructicon be the big villain, as shown at the end...
the worst part though, is that i heard somewhere that scorponok is going to revive megatron by combining his spark with him or some other bullcrap...
Oh, i really hope it lives up to the first movie's awesomeness :?

You already said your opinion on it...you don't need to force it on everyone who disagrees.

Personally, I think it could go either way. It could be good, or it could be really bad, hopefully being nearly as good as the first...

I think I know who that lion bot is. He might be ravage, from the origonal, I watched Beast Wars and saw him, you can collect the dvds even today, their so cool. Infact, I'd consider it the beast of the transformers family. It had awsome 3-D grafics, though compared to today's grafics, it wouldn't be as good but back then those kinds of animation techniuces were hard and exspenve so it was hard to produce.

I don't, I'm fine with who I am... and you should be too" - RT3

Saw it with my cousin in upstate NY. Not going to say anything, other than this is NOT a movie for small children for much more sexual themes and other stuff than the original. So don't bring any of your younger siblings to it.
