Return To The Ghost Liners....

Have you got a game, book or movie you'd like to make a story out of? Want to expand on a story or plot that stopped? Have an original idea for a story that you want to post somewhere? Here's where to do it. Basically an RPG where one player controls ALL characters in the story.

(Yes...another one....)

Chapter 1: Dive to the deep....

"Hows it going down there?" A voice, slightly distorted by static said. A man picked up the speaker and said "We'er good here, systems are up and running, pressure gauges indicate we'er at a safe level, we might be able to actually get into it this time if it's safe enough." The voice replied "Good to know.Keep radio contact." The man that replied to the other turned and asked "How far now, Jim?" Jim, holding 2 levers and looking at the gauges said "5 meters down..." The men were in a mini sub that was connected to a research ship called "Odessy". There was a rubber tube, leading down to the sub, supplying power and oxgen for the researchers. In the sub, there was a dark blue green glow shining through the port holes on both sides of the sub. Jim shouted "2 meters now, we should get a nice view after turning this thing 5 degrees starboard." Jim pushed the lever on the right side of the ship foward, pulling the one on the left back. The sub turned slowly, 2 heavy duty under water lights mounted on the roof of the yellow sub illuminated the visable ocean floor that was visable by the front window. "Bob, get over here....." Jim said. Bob moved to Jim's side and looked out the window. "Move the lights up alittle...." Bob replied, awestruck. "There it is....the Titanic...."

Chapter 2: The Ship...

Jim pushed foward on both levers, the electrical hum of the motorised propeller was heard inside the sub. "Careful Jim" Bob said, still looking at the bow of the ship. "Beautifull...is-is that...the plaque John Cameron left?" Bob asked. "Put on your glasses, they took that out after deciding it defied the historical factor of the ship." Bob reached into his black and red checkered shirt and took out his glasses. "Yes, forgot about that." Jim pressed a button, the submersable elevating over the coral, rust covered bow. The lights peered into the darkness. The crows nest, where watchmen saw the fatefull iceberg that sank the ship, fell onto the bridge, where the commander at the time struggled to turn the ship which was going full speed ahead. "Remind me, the crows nest fell onto there during impact with the ocean floor, or descend? Jim asked, carefuly maneuvering the sub. "During the descend, the force of the water slammed it down." Bob replied. Jim tilted the levers to the right, the lights moved accordingly. "Thats the shaft we need to let the probe in" Bob pointed out. Jim pressed a red button, an electrical hum was heard as the probe known as "Unknownst" floated down the shaft, connected by a red wire. "Jim, im getting the video feed from the probe, activate the lights...." Bob said anxiously

Chapter 3: Inside The Legend...

"Ayeaye cap'n!" Jim said sarcastically, flipping a switch near the pressure gauges. The "Unknownst"'s light switched on. The wire reeled out of the sub, the probe descending into a rusty halways. "Im exploring the hallway the watchmen used to get to the crows nest." Bob said, picking up the probe controller and moving the probe through the hallway. It came across an open door. "The..the transmission room?" JIm asked, unsure. "Yea..." Bob replied, looking at the controller and then at the feed. Bob moved the probe into the room. Jim pointed out, thats where they sent out the distress calls about 10 minutes after impact. Unfortunately, the one ship an hour or so away, was driven away when the 2 operators told them to stop useing the Titanic's frequency." Jim refocussed on the controlls, shocked when he ralised the sub was moved substanciantly closer to the bridge of the ship. Any closer and they would have an impact....
