The boom of thunder echoed overhead as a long, rattling roar tore out through the skies, almost mistaken for thunder were it not for the length of it. a fireball slammed into the side of the smaller Huergah, blowing it out of the air in mid-attack, leaving it tumbling away in a smoking heap, the source of the fireball; a large, serpentine, thunderstorm-grey dragon...Arashi...
Andruil stopped a few feet away, eying the two resting. smiling, he decided to let them be. In such troubled times, they deserved to enjoy what bliss they could get. he turned towards the wreckage of the inn, deciding to salvage his heirlooms from within. he would never forgive himself for letting them be lost to a rampaging demon's clumsiness...
Septimus leapt into the air, soon soaring over the edge of the waterfall, banking and tightening his wings, shooting down the side of the waterfall at full speed, outrunning the water itself as he closed in on the surface, spreading his wings as he pulled himself upwards at the last minute, a massive gust of wind blowing out beneath the Dragon's wings from the sudden stop, causing large ripples to form, spreading out towards he edges of the river, the Dragon lowering his claws as he flew along the water's surface, the Dragon seeing the fluttering of the water's surface indicating fish, Septimus lowering and curving his claws forward, hooking three fish on his talons as he pulled upwards, looking at his catch. two of them were relatively small and weren't worth taking back. but with their wounds they weren't going to survive being put back. the Dragon plucked the two from his claws and swallowed them head first, while keeping hold of the third fish, which was decently sized. the Dragon went round for another pass along the crystalline river, lowering his free hand once more, feeling a sudden pull as something large got caught on his claws, the Dragon pulling up powerfully, seeing that he had caught a particularly large fish. satisfied, the Dragon ascended once more, flying up towards the waterfall's edge, spreading his wings widely and letting updrafts do the rest, teetering right and left slightly as he adjusted to varying drafts pushing him upwards, before beating his wings to launch himself forward, heading towards where Tetto'eko waited...
"Ah yes, organised chaos. the sign of a clever but ever-busy mind. To the perpetrator, a carefully woven web of belongings and intrigue, but to the bystander? Madness!"
