Back on "Home", Ecliptor's metal body had been mended of the holes and dents he acquired over the course of his last venture into space. He was not in the hurry to leave the massive station again, however. The information he stole from the comm-hub demanded analysis. The organics had uncovered ancient technology. As much as Ecliptor would have liked to acquire this artifact for the Seekers, the sheer size of the thing in addition to the limited data on it would make it less than useful for the robotic race. If it was not understood, then how could it be utilized?

Without a definitive lead as to another organic hub, he began contemplating returning to Omega. The Asari he helped capture was proving to be a liability rather than a beacon of new information regarding organics. Perhaps other, better subjects were to be found at the station.

Following that train of thought, Ecliptor started heading to the Requisition bay. He was in need of a modification to his frame...

A Spawnling crawled out of the large crate, squeaking and hissing as it investigated its surroundings. It was about the size of a domestic cat, and it was somewhat defenseless. The baby watched as a maintenance worker stepped into the room and began sweeping the floors. This would be the young alien's first victim... somehow... but how?

Unsurprisingly, the massive ship was rather slow, though it had arrived at the Mass Relay before Khuurava and Arrak could track it down. It was busy lining up for a jump when the Ezdelera jumped to FTL...

Anto arrived back at the VIP lounge after a short time, walking up to Kharss. "Patriarch, the ships are ready for launch. Are you staying here?"

As Salamance decided to leave the planet he found another planet it looked perfect to explore though it was already ruled he thought he can stop by. As he landed most of the lifeforms where made out of metal.

"Yeah. Without Aria here, I have to stay and keep things under control" responded Kharss with a nod. "Oh...one thing before you go. If you manage to get the thing that took Aria, cripple it and bring it back. Alive, if possible" snarled the Krogan lowly...

the Ezdelera roared towards the Mass Relay, moving as fast as its engines could manage without overloading the reactors. ETA 5 minutes blinked on the HUD as Khuurava snarled angrily. He had never been bested by a target. This Turian would not be given the satisfaction of being the first...

In a bright blue flash of light, the massive ship vanished as it went through the Mass Relay, far more quickly than Arrak had expected. Maybe Saren had some sort of encrypted protocol to access Mass Relays more effectively...

Anto nodded, though he was slightly concerned. Bringing the thing back with them? They already had to worry about getting Aria back from synthetics, but the batarian wasn't a very big fan of bringing one back to Omega. Not after last time, anyway. "Got it, boss." He left, ordering several of the other mercs with him to join the rest of the corvettes' soldiers (mostly mercs from the Blue Suns)...

A pod reminiscent of a cocoon that was a blue-gray color was the site of great activity that went unseen. The noises from within were completely contained and might as well have been nonexistent. When it was all over, the pod split into a multitude rings which rotated in opposite directions to one another, creating an opening from which Ecliptor exited. The Seeker appeared unchanged until he experimented with his newest addition. The plates on his upper back split into two parts and rose up. Emerging up from the space between the panels was a long and thin device that seemed to be a turbine of sorts with two series of ridges on either side of it. Numerous cables were attached to it and it seemed oddly similar to a spinal chord and a nerve relay. The entire assembly was jet black and formed a hump that ended midway down the Seeker's body. Satisfied with the simple test, Ecliptor stowed the modification away, it lowering back into his body with the plates returning to their place to seal it...

"DAMN" snarled Khuurava as he saw the massive ship disappear before his eyes, making a Mass Relay jump out of the system. The Ezdelera slowed down, the Mercenary behind its control needing time to think on what to do next...

The winged Spawn snarled, finishing off a scientist with a quick slash to the throat. Zephyr arose, letting out a triumphant hiss as he flew out of the room with a great flap of the wings, then clinging onto the wall...

More and more Spawn continued to screech and hiss as they were greeted with lead. The door was getting somewhat weak by now, and Charles was in dire need of more ammunition... or another gun...

Arrak watched the ship vanish. "D*mn Spectres must have special clearance to use Relays..." he muttered. "Think we should tell Grievous about this? He might be able to get some more info for us..."

Khuurava thought for a long minute on the suggestion, wanting to argue against it, until he realised they had little choice otherwise. "Yeah...Though I don't look forward to his rant" said the Khurakra finally. bringing up a holographic projector, Khuurava hailed Grievous's ship with the hope of getting a response...

Grievous quickly hailed the call, aware of its origin. He sounded expectant when he spoke. "Is the job done?" he growled, slightly impatient as always...

"He hit the relay before we could catch him. It seems his ship has advanced relay recognition technology or something. Speeds up jump preparation times. Well, that and his ship was big enough to rival some of the largest capital ships I've ever seen" responded Khuurava calmly, his tone irritable, though he entered a command on the console to upload camera footage from the Scorpio to Grievous, showing the massive warship as it left the atmosphere...

Grievous looked silently at the video for a moment. "Some sort of Geth ship?" he growled, eyes not leaving the video. Arrak shrugged. "Maybe, but my best bet is that it's Prothean." Grievous turned to look at the mercs. "And what makes you say that, freelancer?" "There was a Prothean device on the surface. Obviously something Saren wanted, and then planned to destroy. We stopped him, but the device must have sent out some sort of communication. It put weird visions in our heads. Jumbled, so I don't what they were. I wouldn't be surprised if that ship has something to do with it..." Grievous narrowed his yellow eyes. "Interesting. It seems Saren has become more than just a minor inconvenience..."

Zephyr continued to look for a quiet area to roost, his wings flapping quietly, cutting through the air...

Charles kicked down the door, shooting the ravenous alien creatures in his path with the little ammo he had left. The man ran down the hall, headed for the armory, which happened to be a floor lower than the pilot's bridge. He continued to head for an elevator, only to be stopped by an abnormally large Spawn, which had candy red spots on its body instead of lime green ones, and also sported a pair of stripes of the same color on its face. He aimed for it, only to hear a light click from the pistol.

"Dammit, why now!?" Charles thought aloud, chucking the pistol at the creature's head before running towards the elevator. The subspecies (known as a Chieftain or a Chief) followed, letting out several roar-like snarls and clicks. Charles rushed in, the door closing onto the Chieftain's neck, trapping its head inside of the elevator. As the elevator started to go down, a sickening rip was heard as the Chief was slowly decapitated, its severed head falling onto the floor with a dull thump...

"As much as I'd love to infiltrate the ship and fight through a few million Geth to get to Saren, I'm fairly sure we're not equipped for that at the moment. We're going to need to catch him on the ground, when he's less likely to have large numbers of support troops. Any information you may have would be of use" hissed Khuurava as his gaze shifted from the footage to Grievous.

"Nothing concrete," Grievous replied. "I will speak to the Council. They may have leads. I have one thing to distract you while you wait. It seems Saren has the Blood Pack still messing with my operations, and they have grown bold. One of my smaller manufacturing facilities, on Rishi. It has been attacked, and I would bet my pet Roggwart that the Blood Pack did it. Investigate it, and clear out any hostiles. You will be paid accordingly, and it will be an... inconvenience for Saren at best." Arrak shrugged. "It's better than flying around and doing nothing..."

"Understood. Heading there now. Khuurava out" said Khuurava as he ended communications, shifting to the navigation panel, marking the destination as Rishi, the navigation system automatically plotting a course as the ship moved towards the relay, preparing for a jump...

"We have nothing but a name. No idea what it could be. I'm hoping we can get more information on it before we bring it up. That Krogan we saw was a Merc. Don't know his name, but I have seen him on some high profile jobs. I'm fairly sure he associates with the Bloodpack. With luck, we'll get some more info on the Reapers on Rishi. Then we can report it to Grievous" responded Khuurava simply...
