The mighty saurian took the tail strike to the face with seemingly little effect on his anger. With a deafening roar, the Smoke Clad king unleashed a powerful hip check, sending Bagan reeling forward. As his foe recovered, the volcanic beast sent a trio of explosive fireballs straight towards Bagan....

The fireballs exploded against Bagan's back, forcing him to stagger forward even further. The ancient beast whirled around, eyes flaring with bloodlust, as he dug his horn into Infernus's side, causing the saurian to roar in pain and agony. Grinning, Bagan then prepared to fire a point-blank Plasma beam at Infernus, ready to end this fight...

Infernus groaned in fury as the beam struck its mark, forcing Infernus to the ground. The saurian would not yield so easily, however, and quickly lept to his feet, swinging a his heavy tail towards his opponent, smoke pouring out from his body and his eyes glowing red with anger...

Bracing himself, Bagan took the tail to the side, the area of impact stinging with pain, but otherwise doing nothing. Ready to end the fight, Bagan charged into Infernus, driving the saurian back, the ancient diety's horns crackling, as the air began to cloud up...

Meanwhile, on a distant island to the south, another monstrosity was stirring...

From inside his burrow Gidantria slept.Unaware of all that had passed since his latest slumber, after a few more hours in his curled up position the mighty worm's huge inky black eyes opened to the gloomy burrow that he had taken refuge within. While he never really knew how long each of his sleeps were he was fairly certain this was only a short one,to see if the great dragon Horus had passed judgement upon the monsters and sentient creatures of this earth. With care he moved out of his sleeping position to ready himself for what could be a dramatically changed world

Infernus stumbled backwards from Bagan, looking upon the beast's summoned clouds with surprise. The saurian then noted plasma diamonds raining down, striknig his armroed flesh with a vicious efficiency. Infernus ignored it and slammed full force into Bagan, knocking him off of his feet, as the saurian brought his foot down towards his face, intent on squashing the invader's head like a ripe tomato....

As the two beasts clashed, another figure emerged from beneath the waves, the powerful thumps of the beast's strides shaking the ground for miles, massive 6 toed foot prints left in it's wake as it approached, steam rising from beneath the figure's armour, sea water vaporising on contact as the crack-like patterns across the visible parts of its body shimmered brightly with energy. A low rattling snarl came from the beast as it looked around at the lush forests before it, then at the sky. A world rich with life to be exploited. a crack of what sounded like thunder rang out, a shockwave flowing outwards around the beast as trees corroded, reduced to greyish dust which began to swirl around him, a gurgling sigh coming from the beast as the life force of all within range was drained, flowing into the beast, feeding him for the first time in millennia. It appeared The Warlord had finally found a new domain...

Infernus immediately turned towards the new threat, kicking Bagan aside and leaving him on the floor.

"Another intruder?! What is so interesting about my home that keeps drawing all these invaders?!"

With a thunderous bellow, Infernus blasts the beast with his heat ray, the blast surroundign the Warlord's face with a flurry of blistering fire....

Slowly, Bagan rose back up onto his feet, and was about to retaliate at Infernus, when his eyes laid upon the Warlord. Something about this new arrival rubbed him the wrong way. He couldn;t tel exactly what it was, but he could sense it, and the evil that seemed to surround the titan. Bagan shook his head. No, no matter who he was up against, he wouldn't back down. If this thing here was a stepping stone that he could use to get revenge on Horus, then he'd gladly accept it. Bagan, deciding that Infernus was the least of his worries, charged right at the armored goliath, horns crackling with energy...

Snarling, the Warlord swung its left hand forward, a large shield unfolding on its arm as it swung up at the charging Bagan, the broad lower end of the shield colliding against Bagan's chin loudly, the sheer force of the swing launching the monster into the air, catching him as he dropped on the beast's spear-like shoulder limbs, the wing/spears stabbing into the monster's flank as Damaar raised its arms, roaring loudly as it hurled Bagan at Infernus, knocking both to the ground with an earth shaking boom, the Warlord changing posture as the shield was brought forward in front of it, The mechanical monstrosity's 6 fiery golden yellow eyes staring at the two monsters as it prepared for another attack...

Infernus shoved Bagan off of him with his feet, realizing the power of the beast before him. No normal beast could simply fling a multiple tonned monster that easily, and no such creature looked so monstrously without being some sort of abomination. Perhaps....

Infernus made a nodding gesture to Bagan, as if attempting to tell him of some form of truce, before the saurian lept to his feet, thumping menacingly before the mechanical abomination. infernus sniffed the beast. It reeked of some bizarre scent, and gave off an aura of dread. With its menacing appearence, it was certainly a sight to behold. Before long, Infernus roared again, and launched a series of explosive fireballs at the monster.....

As Bagan rose back onto his feet, shaken by how easilly he had been thrown back, he nodded in agreement. A truce would have to be made if there were to be any hope of taking down this far more powerful entity. he himself was starting to run low on energy, thanks to his fight with Infernus, and if he ran out completely, he would be forced to retreat. Once more, electricity crackled around the giant's horns, as a primed Plasma beam spiraled out fo his mouth and toward the mechanical monstrosity...

Raising an arm forward, a semi-transparent domed barrier formed in front of the beast, hexagonal patterns forming what looked like a net along the surface of the forcefield, the beam deflecting off to one side as the explosive fireballs collided with the at an angle, hitting the floor in front of Damaar and exploding, a cloud of smoke and dust engulfing the scene. A low snarl rumbled in the massive cloud of debris, the dusty brown cloud gaining a blackish tint as Damaar exploded from within, charging forward as the shield slammed sideways into Bagan's face in a brutal backhand move before proceeding to bludgeon the beast in a hailstorm of stabs, slashes and crushing blows from the shield, The Warlord mercilessly pounding the monster into submission, showing no intention of relenting...

While the mech focused on Bagan, Infernus snapped his massive jaws around one of the Warlord's legs, yanking it out from under him and forcing the hapless mech down to the floor. Infernus brutally stomped a foot down on the mech's back before he could get back up, forcing him back down, before he unleashed another fiery beam from his maw, the beam tearing across the feirce machine's shoulders and the back of its head....

A rumbling snarl came from the Biomachine as it's spear like shoulder limbs twisted, one stabbing into the chest of the Volcanic saurian as the other stabbed into it's throat, pushing Infernus off of him before spinning round, the shield smashing into Infernus' jaw with such force the saurian was blown off his feet, knocked away as Damaar snarled lowly, turning to face it's earlier victim with the intent of destroying it, the armour on the Warlord's back glowing from the heat, though otherwise looking unharmed...

What Damaar got was a primed Plasma blast to the face, sending him onto his back. Bagan, not willing to let this beast up anytime soon, kept up the beam, efficiently pinning the Warlord on the ground... He would make certain this fool suffered for his actions...

the shield was brought forward, blocking the plasma beam as Damaar's tail lashed out, tearing through Bagan's left leg, breaking the beam's flow for a second, the Warlord rolling back onto his feet, bringing the shield up as a rattling snarl escaped the monstrosity, smoke billowing from it's armour in the wake of the attack...this creature was proving to be a nuisance....it would need to be dealt with quickly...

Infernus had quietly gotten to his feet while Damaar was distracted. He growled low and examined his wounds. they were bad, but he could deal with them for now. Saurian noted how much closer the Warlord was to him now. Suddenly, Infernus chomped down onto one of the spear like growths on the mechanical abomination's back, and pulled on it brutally, attempting to rip it off....

A furious rattling roar was unleashed as the Warlord's tail stabbed right into the neck of the beast, it's other shoulder limb stabbing between the ribs, the whole limb lighting up as Damaar began draining the life force out of the beast as it reached round, grabbing Infernus by the neck with one clawed hand and lifting him up, before hurling him at Bagan, the combination of the injuries and the draining forcing the volcanic saurian to let go of the limb, Damaar looking at the two beasts on the ground through fiery eyes, flexing it's shoulder limbs to ensure the attacked one was intact, the limb moving in tune with the other, a plume of luminescent white vapour pouring from it's mouth as the beast snarled...

Infernus groaned with a mixture of pain and anger. The beast seemed to have sapped his strength, for he could feel hismelf growing weaker when the beast stabbed him. Lumbering to his feet, Infernus shot out a cloud of smoke right into the beast's face, disrupting his vision long enough for Infernus to uppercut the mechanical monster with his skull, sending it flying backwards a good 100-150 feet....
