King Ghidorah rocketed over the Eastern seaboard, those on the ground far below only able to see a shimmering shape high above, easily mistaken for a jet plane moving at high speed. The ocean ahead of the space dragon would be useful. If there was an island out there, away from large native activity, but still rugged enough to be used to the dragon's advantage, King Ghidorah would most certainly use it...

The hunting creature in Tokyo watched curiously as people began to panic and flee, pursued by what looked like large, crocodilian creatures, things the hunter had never seen on his native island. He remained hidden in the dark alleyways, watching curiously, preferring not to get involved. Maybe some corpses would be left behind to feed on...

The Ice Dragon let out a roar to annoucne his presence, but was still a good distance away from the island. The most the attackers could make out of him at this distance was a white splotch...

"Sir, response inbound from the Owl. SAT-CAMs bringing in video feed" said one of the men behind the computers as a bird's eye view of King Ghidorah turned up on the main screen covering one of the walls. what was seen was a large golden object, Draconic in shape, with 3 necks, wings, traces of legs beneath them, and a tail that forked halfway down, splitting into two. the Owl response was short and to the point. "Subject Code: 154. Origin: Deep Space. Nature: Draconic. Durability: Impressive. Course of Action: Monitor UFN". the next one to turn up was Mechagodzilla, the mech's metallic form easily identified. "Subject Code: 155. Origin: Deep Space. Nature: Mech. Saurian design. Durability: Unknown. Course of action: Monitor UFN". then came another saurian creature, Infernus, in Argentina. "Subject Code: 156. Origin: Earth. Krakatoa. Nature: Saurian. Durability: Unknown. Course of Action: Monitor UFN". next came the serpentine dragon. "Subject Code: 157-8. Origin: Deep Space. Nature: Draconic. Durability: Unknown. Course of Action: Monitor UFN". last came Kori Khan. "Subject Code: 159. Origin: Earth. Nature: Draconic. Durability: Unknown. Course of Action: Monitor UFN". as the orders regarding the last one came up on screen beneath the live feed of the Dragon, the officer slammed his hand against the railing he stood behind, overlooking the rest of the room, the railings shaking with the force of the blow. "Monitor Until Further Notice. that's all they ever say. How the hell am I supposed to arm them for a Monster apocalypse if I can't even hunt down any of the damned things?" grumbled the officer before turning away from the screens, which returned to their standard monitoring work, the live video feed put into standby until requested...

A sudden shimmering blur passed infront of Spinnerax's gaze, followed by a black metalic object, clearly artificial. Scans showed residual traces of energy, one signature matching one he detected some time ago. Returning his attention to the people of the city, he could see panic as the inhabitants rushed for shelters, while large, bulky black turrets slid into place at the tops of the citadel's walls. The space wasp suddenly felt a strange sensation. He had felt it many times before. Watching a being die, watching an entire world be demolished, it always brought on this feeling. A feeling of sympathy. Knowing that precious life is so hard to find, but so easy to lose always made the cyborg feel melancholy. The frantic crowds, living in fear all their days was a hard thing to watch. It was almost as if they beckoned him to leave his place in the heavens to help them.

No, he couldnt help them. He could only destroy. His vision pulled back out from the world and the wasp could only see the sprawling city as a stretch of gray, enclosed in a thin circle. He looked at the drills mounted on his arms, the weapons slowly rotating with utter silence.

Yet he couldnt turn his back on them. Intelligent lifeforms were suffering below him. He knew how terrible some space creatures could be. Perhaps he wasnt an exception, but he was given these weapons, he might as well use them for a good cause...

Soon enough, King Ghidorah saw something: an island. Perfect. The golden dragon abruptly changed direction, heading straight for the island. By this point, Mechagodzilla had reached a similar height and was in hot pursuit of its target, simultaneously beginning weapon and shield diagnostics. It didn't want to be caught flat-footed by the dragon when it finally made landfall...

'Hunter' soon spotted the white dot in the distance, before roaring and speeding off towards it, leaving the Serag on their own...

Spinnerax's left arm shot out to his side, the drill firing a weak vector pulse, the wasp's body starting to turn about. His legs were locked in place and shortly after, so were his arms, pointed backwards. Spinnerax's red gaze looked straight ahead at the planet, his body aimed directly downwards, before an intense flash appeared high in the sky, a bright ball of flame streaking across soon after, faster than anything the Earth had ever seen. A loud, thundering crack rippled over the city, shaking buildings, but the altitude reducing the overall damage of the sonic boom, the flaming object heading out to sea...

Kori Kahn cocked his head at the dragon before roaring in reply. The cold radiated off the dragon's form, two jets of icy wind puffing from his nostrils. The ice dragon flaps his wings and begins to near the creature, readying his ice breath in the event it attacked him directly or even indirectly.....

Infernus continued his merciless rampage, burning anything that he came into contact with. The casualties in the city heavy, with nearly half of it being burned down already due to the raging fires. The authorities could literally do nothing to the behemoth but anger it more than it already seemed to be, and the fire department seemed unable to contain to rampaging infernos. Soon, the Smoke Clad King bites into a nearby radio tower, ripping out part of the steel structure and chewing on it voraciously. The saurian was beginning to get hungry.....

'Hunter soon speeds by Kori Khan, slashing across his opponent's side with his powerful steel claws and burns the wounds along with most of his right flank...

The Icy Dragon bellows out in pain from the searing blows, scorch marks and blood being seen on the icy king's hide. snarling, Kori Kahn's nose horn shines brightly before a beam of icy energy sweeps itself across 'Hunter' 's form, icicles already forming upon the beam making contact with a solid object....

'Hunter' screeches in pain before twisting his highly flexible body around and attacks Kori Khan's underside, burning that with a stream of firey breath. He quickly turns back around before the ice king can do much and drives his claws into the beast's stomach, digging in deeply...

In almost no time at all, Spinnerax could see the two monsters below him. Though his vector thrusters had stopped firing just before Spinnerax entered the atmosphere, the great force of the beam was still propelling the wasp, despite the fact he was losing altitude quickly. By now the flames licking his body had died out, his carapace and metal plates steaming as they cooled rappidly. He spread his four blade shaped wings with a sudden movement, cutting through the air in an almost glide like fashion before they started to beat, becoming blurs and making a subsonic buffeting. The wasp's legs lowered and so did his arms as he descended towards the three headed dragon being chased by the saurian robot...

"Sir, Subject 154's suddenly changed course. heading directly towards us. 155's close behind." came a voice on the Comm as the officer neared the elevator that would take him down to the Holding Bay. with an irritated sigh he turned, heading back to the Control Room. "Are you sure?" he asked. "Positive sir. changed direction towards the island, and is descending" said the man. "Sound the alarm. I want the civilians moved to Atlantis immediately. And get those engineers to finish the work with Primarch-1. we need weapons online YESTERDAY. understood?" responded the officer. "yes, sir" responded the man, as he tapped commands into the console. "Sir?". "Ugh. What is it, private?!". "A third monster's approaching. just entered the atmosphere. moving at insane speed. Seems to be on an intercept course". "For ****'s sake...".

A series of sirens went off all across the city on the far side of the island, the powerful Thunderbolt 1000T Raid Sirens blaring loudly, civilians immediately abandoning their workspace, moving to the basements of the various buildings in the area, towards the Tunnels leading to the Tram to the Atlantis underwater Bunkers. Many were frightened, but all knew what they had to do...

Back in the Holding Bay, a voice blared over the Comm system. "All staff working on Primarch-1, double-time it. We have incoming threats and need to mobilise ASAP. Staff in charge of other weapons, Get Projects Hydra and Brahman mobilised". almost immediately, the pace picked up, all staff off duty leaving the break area and moving into the work-place, working to get the weapons mobilised...

Back on the surface, large metallic panels shifted on the ground, camouflaged to look like the environment, a series of powerful Railguns being charged, magnetic rails alongside the flattened ovular barrels of the cannons shifting, each of the two rails splitting down the middle and running over the top and bottom of the barrel in an X shape, as the generators back at the base fed their reservoirs with energy in order to fuel the powerful magnetic rails, projectiles stored in insulated compartments beneath the cannons, ready to drive the massive Space-Titanium slugs into place if the creature moved too close to the City or Base...

Mechagodzilla detected another incoming energy signature, but it was still at extreme range. However, its single-minded drive to accomplish its mission made it ignore the signature for now. If it proved hostile, though, Mechagodzilla would not hesitate to fight back...

King Ghidorah quickly descended, landing near the middle of the island, looking around with its three scaly heads, hissing angrily when it saw structures in the distance. It seemed the island was, in fact, inhabited. He doubted they would provide much threat, however, and even if they did, he could probably get them to lash out at the mech instead. For now, the space hydra turned to look at the sky, watching the distant figure of Mechagodzilla rapidly grow closer, his wings beginning to glow as the dragon prepared his opening move...

Kori Kahn roars in pain from the attacks, before wrapping his paws around the dragon's neck, bringing his head up to eye level, and biting down on the dragon's nose, ice slowly beginning to freeze over the opposing dragon's mouth.....

Infernus smashes his way even more through the city, sating his ravenous hunger on the various steel structures within the small argentinian town. After his rampage and the cause of total destruction, the Smoke Clad King thumps back towards the beach, done with his attack...

The town was in ruins. Few structures had remained standing. Whole buildings had burned to the ground, and countless lvies had been lost in the beast's rampage. The radio tower was bitten nearly in two, with the top of the structure hanging by a single pole of steel. The streets were blazing with fire, and the stench of smoke pervaded the area. Ash rained down from the heavens from the sheer amount of flames that had assaulted the area. Fiery footsteps were scorched into asphalt and concrete, a mark of the Smoke Clad King's raid- and his inevitable return.

The cybernetic wasp's drop from the sky ended once he was several hundred meters over the water, the wind from his powerful wing beats blowing down on the water and causing waves to ripple out from underneath him. Spinnerax's form was distorted suddenly as he shot across the water and around the island, the wasp like monster being natrually speedy, before coming to a stop some distance away from the side of the golden dragon. The image of crackling flames flashed in his mind momentarilly as he remembered a mishap when he first realized his destructive potential...he would not have a repeat of that incident here...

'Hunter' thrashed around for a bit before sending his tail in a jabbing motion at Kori Khan's underside, impaling his stomach with the tail blade he had while sending a stream of fire into the monster's mouth...

Kori Kahn grumbles in pain before kicking 'Hunter' off of him and sending him towards the ocean. The Ice Dragon then sends a beam of ice right into the serpentine dragon's side, freezing it over with incredible speed....

"Subject Code: 160. Origin: Deep Space. Nature: Insect. Durability: Unknown. Course of Action: Monitor UFN. Update to Course of Action for all Subjects: R.I.F.U." came a note on the screen as the Owl, the code name for HQ, re-established contact with the base. "Alright people. you heard them. keep all weapons on standby. I want the weapons to be ready to turn them into swiss cheese the moment they hit us. With a bit of luck, they'll get too distracted fighting eachother to pay attention. But I want us ready to fight" ordered the officer. "Understood, sir" responded the staff in the room, orders going out to the weapons operators and to the holding Bay...

King Ghidorah didn't seem to notice Spinnerax at first, all six eyes focused on Mechagodzilla. As the mech came within range, King Ghidorah unleashed the gathered energy in another plasma blast, rocketing straight for the incoming mech...

Unable to bring its shield up, Mechagodzilla was forced to swerve to avoid the plasma blast. However, it was moving too fast to move much without risking a crash, and the blast clipped its side, sending it into a free-fall towards the Dharma Corporation's base, its jets struggling to turn back on. At the last second, the mech's feet jets activated, slowing its descent until it could land safely on the ground, near the base. Ignoring the structure, Mechagodzilla turned to face King Ghidorah, who screeched a challenge. Mechagodzilla's armor had protected it from the grazing blow, but it still didn't want to risk getting to close. Scanning the area, Mechagodzilla detected the cyborg creature from earlier nearby its target:

Designation: Cyborg arthropod.
Origin: Extraterrestrial.
Threat Level: Unknown.
Protocol dictates communication over conflict.

Mechagodzilla marched towards the two monsters in the distance, a blue field shimmering to life and covering the mech's body as it did so...
