"Arrak" said Khuurava, smirking as he said it. "Alternately, Vorcha-bait, bowl-neck, scale-ass, stumpy, lever-legs and twinkle-toes are all viable designations for him" he added as he plotted a course for the nearest space port, knowing he'd need any and all potential hull breaches checked and repaired before Grievous gave him another mission, or else risk the ship being torn apart during a rushed entry or departure from a planet's atmosphere in pursuit of Saren...

A soft clicking noise was made by the Seeker as his head tilted slightly to one side. After the the short period of silence, the robot responded with "Acknowledged. Organic naming scheme questionable. Would these sub-designations be applicable to yourself, Khuurava-Commander?"

"No, they wouldn't. These are exclusive to Arrak" said Khuurava, amused by what the robot called him. It would be the first time anyone outside the military actively called him 'commander'...

"Then this one will address the 'Scale-Ass' as such" Ecliptor declared. He then proceeded to do a strange dance, arms raised and his hands spinning about on their wrists while he stepped about in place. It was as if the robot was doing some kind of ceremonial dance of sorts.

Khuurava eyed the machine, raising a scaly brow as his mandibles clicked, giving voice to his obvious confusion. ".....What are you doing?"...

"The organic practice of bodily movements in tandem with communication is a vital part of interaction among this one's kind, yes" Ecliptor answered, still continuing his seemingly random movements and gestures.

"....what?" responded Khuurava, completely confused by the machine's response...

When his dance came to an end, Ecliptor replied "Your kind is not like Us. We wish to be like your kind. This one gathers data on your kind's behavior so that We will be like you. Our final goal hides with your kind. This one and others like it search and through observation we will find"

"I see. Well then, first thing to learn: It is impossible to generate our gestures randomly. They must be learned from the society you are present in" said Khuurava simply...

"Is there a database that this one can use to aid its queries?" Ecliptor replied. If he couldn't find an archive with the information he sought, then the next best thing was a hub where various organics met. The Citadel itself would be his field...

"The extranet could probably serve that purpose...though you learn more by watching and learning" said Khuurava. He was unusually talkative on the subject, having had to learn such gestures and body language when he was first learning how to interact with the various species beyond Khuurakriidi space...

"Extranet" Ecliptor said, remembering the Asari's mention of it. "Attempting to find nearest data communication relay. Network found, access gained" he continued saying, narrating his unspoken inner processes. Peculiar, low frequency hums with the occasional beep and whistle started to emanate from the Seeker, Ecliptor sifting through gigantic quantities of information at once, well over what would be expected from a synthetic of his size. How could something this small and isolated from any major processing unit be able to steal an entire starship's manifest and continue to absorb more data...?

Khuurava raised a scaly brow at the sounds, before turning away, deciding not to linger on the oddity of the scene, directing the ship's navigation systems for the Citadel...

It wasn't long before the Ezdelera was pulling into a dock on the massive space station, choosing a non-Citadel Member civilian dock, the Khurakra lacking an embassy there. The ship powered down, as repair crews made their way to assess the damage, while the Khurakra made his way for the airlock. "Do not attempt any 'experiments' here. And don't talk. There are strict regulations against AIs here. Revealing yourself as one will likely spark extreme hostility by the authorities, and in such a scenario I will not assist you" warned the Mercenary as he walked out of the cockpit, making his way to the airlock...

Seemingly in compliance, Ecliptor did not reply, he only followed the Khuraka to and out of the exit into the galactic hub. It was at that point that he seemed to have disappeared, his latent trace vanishing instantly. Yet the Seeker was still clearly in sight. Stealth systems active, Ecliptor was already plotting his next course of action...

Arrak was waiting by the airlock by the time Khuurava and Ecliptor had arrived. He shook his head as the Seeker vanished. "You DO know we can just pretend you're our VI 'assistance mech,' right?" He whispered to the synthetic. "But if you really want to go run off and get blasted by C-sec, be my guest. It'll technically be Khuurava's fault anyway..."

Being relatively new arrivals to the Citadel, Khuurava and Arrak were forced into a narrow corridor at the C-sec checkpoint to be scanned for entry into the Wards. A single Turian, in the standard blue-and-black C-sec uniform, was tapping at a console next to the door at the other end of the hall. He glanced up expectantly at the approaching group, and said, "Please hold still. I need to register you into our system with the scanner..."

"Your concern and advice has been noted, Twinkle-Toes. They will be ignored" Ecliptor replied flatly, keeping pace with the others as they went down the hall. He was scrutinizing his surroundings with scans and was constantly looking for an opportunity to break off and go tend to his own agenda.

Khuurava stifled a chuckle as they entered the screening area, allowing C-Sec to get a positive identification of him. He had been here in the past, so he was certain his profile was still registered...

"Twinkle... what? Khuurava, I'm gonna kick your a** later..." Arrak grumbled. If the C-sec officer heard anything, he paid no mind. The scanner passed over the group for a few seconds. "Hm... What the..." The officer looked up at Arrak, a confused look on his avian face. "Sorry sir, but it looks like you aren't in the system. I think the data was corrupted." Arrak shrugged nonchalantly, not saying anything. "Sorry for the inconvenience, sirs, but you'll both have to speak with Captain Bailey in the office past the checkpoint before you go do anything." The officer thought he had picked up another anomaly on the scans, but chalked it up to being a side effect of Arrak's corrupted registry...

The officer tapped a couple keys, and the door next to him opened, letting the group out. To the right, just outside, was a small C-sec office, with several humans and Turians seated at desks. Captain Bailey was sitting closest to the door...

"Aaah, Citadel, how I've missed you" said the Khurakra sarcastically as he continued towards the exit. "...And all your ridiculous glitches" he added as he walked towards Bailey, the massive alien eyeing the C-Sec Captain briefly. "We were told we needed to speak to you? Something about my friend Arrak here having a corrupted registry in your system" he explained, trying harder than usual to sound civil, knowing humans tended to be particularly sensitive to aggression and eager to respond in force...Last thing he needed was to make a scene. It was bad enough with the seeker following them around...

Bailey looked up from his monitor, eyeing the two carefully. "Yes, Sergeant Haron informed me of the situation." He tapped a few keys, searching for something. "Not every day you see a Khurakra on the Citadel," he remarked as he worked. After a few seconds, he looked up again. "Well, it seems the data on your Turian friend here was either damaged or erased, if he was ever here at all." Arrak simply replied, "Just mark me up as a new arrival, I guess. Name's Arrak." Bailey nodded and looked back at his console again. "Usually you would have to go back through the station's security administration to reactivate your ID. Then to Customs and Immigration to gain access to the Citadel itself, AND probably a stop by the treasury. Tax dodges and whatnot." He paused, looking up at Khuurava and a rather annoyed-looking Arrak. "But, I can see you two are busy men. So why don't I just push this button right here, and we call it done?"
