"Well....have you actively tried to turn them to your beliefs?" meowed Wraith...

Flamesight snickered. "I've never seen you quite this scatterbrained." She attempted to get serious. "We're some of the lucky ones. You saw the wound on Demontalon's shoulder, I assume?" she questioned, having seen him come out of the medicine den.

"But we will not force onto them what they dont want- thats not the way of Stormclan" Snowstar mewed. "As long as these cats dont launch an agressive campaign against us..then our existence will continue as it had for so long.."

Ulthwé smiled, but shook her head. "Not at all. They seem desperate to try and keep such beliefs as far away as possible. By what they way they talked of something called 'Starclan', it was as if it was a plague. Possibly an enemy clan of theirs? Maybe it was the cause of their bitterness toward such beliefs?" the Farseer thought out loud, sightless eyes staring into the pool thoughtfully. She nodded understandingly at Snowstar. "If they see our attempts at peace as a reason to attack, we will stop. But that doesn't mean I don't wish for more peaceful terms between us."

Silverstripe nodded after a moment's thought. "What happened? Were you attacked when Wraith tried to bring the survivors back?" he questioned, tail wrapping around his paws, glad that he was able to think straight...for now.

"Starclan is...well, the closest equivelent i can see from what i've heard you speak of is the endless sky. a place where all our dead go at the end of their time here. they are our ancestors and our guidance. they warn us of coming obstacles and are responsible for granting the Leaders with their 9 lives, used to protect their clans. it is our belief, but we do not enforce it on others. as Snowstar said, it is not the way of Stormclan" growled Wraith...

"No, thankfully. It's rogues," Flamesight meowed, shaking her head. "It would seem, since the collapse of the old Clans, they've been getting bolder. More aggressive. One of them did that to her, and...one of them..." She glanced at Thunderheart, hating to speak the words out lout. "...killed Sunstorm."

Ulthwé nodded thoughtfully, intrigued. "So they must have some connection with your clan, or at least heard of its beliefs. Perhaps they will realize in time that we do not mean to force our culture on others..." the leader of Novaclan meowed, staring back into the pool...

Silverstripe glanced at Thunderheart, who breathed in deeply, and nodded. "That's...terrible. We really need to get rid of those deceitful mouse brains..." Silverstripe growled, not completely aware of rogue activity, being in a clan. Life seemed rough out there...he wondered how the lot of them survived...

"I couldn't agree more," Flamesight meowed, seeing Swift appear from the warriors' den out of the corner of her eye. The scars on his face and back were more obvious in better light. They looked like wounds that had been aimed to cause worse damage than they had.

Silverstripe, following Flamesight's gaze, spotted another newcomer who had apparently arrived while the tabby was doing what he did best, sleep. After a moment, Silverstripe remembered who exactly it was: Swift, Bloodspill's son. The time before the black she-cat passed away seemed like a different life...much more chaotic and violent, but still distant. The thought also brought about another question: Where was Firestreak, Bloodspill's mate and the clan's old deputy? He had heard rumors that Snowstar encountered him in the forest, as a rogue...it really showed just how much things had changed. Finding himself drifting into another trance, Silverstripe shook his head somewhat violently, blinking to steady his vision...

Swift, spotting Silverstripe staring at him, gave the silver tabby a nod. Flamesight let her gaze wander back to her branch. "If only the rogues weren't just rogues...but cats who actually listened when we tried to make peace," she murmured, thinking aloud. "Maybe death and injury could be avoided..." She scoffed at her wishful thinking.

'There's bound to be some like that out there. I'm sure the clan would give a rogue a chance to explain, should they encounter one. If they're openly hostile, then killing them would make the forest a better place." Silverstripe meowed with a shrug. "Though that seems to be the majority nowadays..." he added, frowning.

Flamesight chuckled sadly. "Yeah." She gave her head a shake. "It's like the peaceable ones are being converted to bloodthirsty killers...or killed off themselves."

Silverstripe nodded. After being silent a moment, the tabby stood. "Would you like to join me for a walk? You know, to catch up." he meowed plainly to the flame colored she-cat, Thunderheart raising a brow at the silver tabby, surprised at his sudden ability to act normal.

Flamesight cocked her head, getting to her paws as well. "Sure. I'd like to know what my favorite brainless tom has been up to lately," she teased.

Silverstripe smirked, batting the she-cat's ear with a paw, before heading toward the entrance to the camp. Thunderheart shook his head. "That was...unexpected. Try to make sure he doesn't get in any trouble." Thunderheart meowed to Flamesight, only partly joking...

Springtail glanced at Thunderheart, before mewing, "Did he just say what I think he just said?"

Thorn groggily made his way out of the den and towards the fresh-kill pile, slowly picking through the prey for his preferred meal: rabbit.

"I think so...otherwise I think we all should visit the medicine den." Thunderheart meowed with a smirk, watching the silver tabby curiously...

Springtail chuckled. "Who knows, maybe you'll be a grandfather sooner or later." Thorn grumbled from nearby, "That's not as great as it sounds, believe me..."

Thunderheart raised a brow. "I...don't think I want to think about that." he meowed, but couldn't help but think about it, viewing Demontalon and Blazeheart as kits, even though they were grown. The prospect of being a grandfather...scared him. Especially since Auburnpelt was...the fact that he might have to experience such a thing alone scared him even more. "Now I need to go lay down...Thanks Springtail." he meowed jokingly, shacking his head for dramatic effect.

Springtail rolled her eyes. "Didn't think you were one to play the role of overprotective father," she mewed.
