Hawksight let out an amused purr. "Yowling at StarClan, huh? That'll come back to bite you in the--" She was cut off by a raven swooping down and starting to peck at Snowclaw's head. "...tail," the dark brown tabby finished, barely restraining a laugh.

Shadowstar watched the raven attack Snowclaw with an amused expression, while several members of the Clan were cracking up.

Snowclaw rolled onto his back and furiously swiped at the bird. When it flew off he got up and noticed that his fur, that took all night to dry, was wet again. "That...smarts..." Snowclaw growled.

Firestreak glanced at the cats by the fresh-kill pile, snickering as the raven attacked the tom. He had finished his mouse, the gray tom glancing around aimlessly, still in deep thought about clan life. Firestreak was tired of the subject being brought up in his mind, but knew it was an important once. He sighed, just wanting to relax. Firestreak layed his head down, closing his eyes, listening intently to the events around him.

Shadowstar sighed, knowing it was time to ask Firestreak about his choice. She padded over to her Clanmate and sat down beside him, meowing, "Have you made your decision?"

Snowclaw padded over to Hawksight and shook. Water flying out in all directions. He then mewed playfully "Yes, very random" He padded back into the den, ignoring the snickering cats.

Yes, I have, Shadowstar... Firestreak mewed, sighing. I've decided to return to a life as a loner...Clan life is just too different... he meowed, glancing at Shadowstar. Maybe my views will change with time...I'm not entirely sure... Firestreak mewed, standing, glancing from Shadowstar to the ground.

Firestreak bowed his head to Shadowstar, turning, padding out of the camp. He continued on out of ThunderClan territory, enjoying the freedom. Firestreak padded over to a nearby tree, laying down against its base, enjoying the warmth of the sun. He continued to think about ThunderClan and life as a loner, but eventually shook the thought from his mind, deciding to just enjoy the morning as a loner.

The breeze picked up, causing branches to clatter together noisily. Unnoticed so far, a starry cat was padding towards Firestreak, its paws leaving behind a sparkling trail. Its jay-feather blue eyes were narrowed slightly as it gazed at the loner. "Would you abandon your Clan in its darkest hour?" the cat hissed.

Firestreak looked up at the starry cat, shocked. Dark...Darkest hour? he mewed, finally coming out of his trance. Firestreak stared at the cat, not sure as to what it was saying. ThunderClan was peaceful when I left... he meowed to himself, still staring wide eyed at the starry cat.

Firestreak nodded again, standing, bounding back toward ThunderClan territory. Apparently I chose wrong... he mewed, still running, feeling slightly ashamed at his leaving. Soon Firestreak reached ThunderClan territory, the gray tom continueing to run toward the camp, not sure what was to happen...

Shadowstar hissed, having been hunting when she was attacked by an adder. The deadly serpent had bitten her and slithered off, leaving the ThunderClan leader to limp back into the camp. Along the way, she'd grown increasingly weak. Nowshe barely clung to conciousness...and life.
