Something still told her that she had something else to say, but still, she ignored it. She sipped the last of her rum and retreated to her ship. She took one look outside and saw that it was getting worse. "We should probably stay on this ship.....it looks like it's getting worse."

James changed course from south-east, to east. they would hopefully avoid the storm, without losing too much ground from Will...

James said "no. it's too far behind us now. doing it will slow us down. besides, if we decided something else, how would we let Adeline know? our parrots aren't strong enough to fly in these winds. yelling wouldn't work since the wind would out do us in noise. we stick to the plan. to the east, with 150 feet between ships.". Yuke reluctantly nodded, and was escorted back to the ship. they sailed and the storm hit, and they followed the plan. it worked, none of the ships hit eachother and the sails were in perfect condition...

Adeline sighed in relief when she found that everything was ok after the storm. The plan worked perfectly. In no time, they were on the trail to follow Will again. The crew got back to work. Adeline watched in satisfaction. "Good work. I guess that little celebration worked after all." She got thinking into having another celebration, but not yet. First, they had to find Will and get James' father back.

James used the compass to get back on track, and continue following Will. the "Pirate Squadron" set full sail and continued on their way...

after another 3 days at sea, they could see some land. according to the maps, it was a place known as Oxbay. it was british, so all they had to do was go in as traders. they decided to leave the Dauntless out at sea, to avoid recognition from the British. they entered Greenford Harbour, on the other side of the island to Oxbay Harbour, to buy some supplies...

after buying an extraordinary amount of cargo, they left the port and went to the Dauntless. they arrived to see the Dauntless with all 98 guns run out, and 3 spanish warships sailing towards it. James set full sail, the moonlit night giving the Pearl an eerie glow, which would definately scare them. behind him, the Red Dawn and Barbarian sailed after him, all guns run out. soon, the Dauntless started firing, sending 49 shots into the deck of it's opponents. As the Black Pearl got closer, there wasa noticable drop in the Spanish ships' efficiency. they recognised the Pearl...

The Spanish Flagship, the Galleon Catalina, surrendered after 4 broadsides, 2 from the Dauntless, and 1 each from the Black Pearl and Barbarian. The Pearl then turned and fired a broadside into the side of the Schooner Trinidad, killing almost all the crew. the Red Dawn fired a broadside at it, finally sinking the ship. The Black Pearl, Dauntless, Barbarian and Red Dawn all aimed the guns at the last ship, another Spanish Galleon by the name of Libertad. It fired a broadside at the Dauntless then set full sail, attempting to escape. The Black Pearl soon caught it, with the other ships not far behind. The Pearl and Libertad both fired broadsides at eachother, but the Libertad took far more damage than the Pearl did. The Libertad finally surrendered, and was escorted back to the other Galleon, which was trying to escape. the Black Pearl chased it, and fired a shot at it as a warning. it immediately struck it's sails. Then, James, Nathaniel, Yuke and Adeline all went aboard the ships, starting with the Catalina, taking the cargo and crew...

James was getting men to move things off the ships, but then saw Yuke running toward him so fast he may have fallen on his face if he ran any faster. James asked "What's wrong!?" and waited for Yuke to catch his breath...

James looked at Yuke, confused since he had never heard of them before, and asked "Who?".

"Well, that's good. And do these two know his father?", inquired Adeline with interest.

James said "well, if they do know my father, i'm guessing they'll recognise me and tell me exactly what we need.". James went to Cotton and Gibbs and looked at them. Gibbs' eyes nearly  . he said "By god! even Davy Jones 'imself can't kill ya! Welcome Back, Jack!", James said "sorry, wrong Sparrow. im 'is son who he left with 'is brother when i was little, and now i'm lookig for him and Will Turner, who i heard would be able to help me find him.". James looked at Gibbs, then to Yuke, waiting for someone to explain what happened and what to do next...

Eventually, after a good amount of talk and rum, Mr. Gibbs spoke about James' father. Adeline listened carefully to the man. "So what happened to Will and the others? Where are they now?" The woman didn't have any rum in her hand at the moment. She didn't feel like having any at this time. The conversation was beginning to turn serious.

"Where are they now...", repeated Gibbs. He had a hard look on his face, a look of thought. "Why, they're headin' to get ol' Jack back, of course. Last time I saw 'im and the others, they were headin' in that direction over there."

James looked in the direction Gibbs was pointing. East. then he checked the compass. East. it seems that, although Gibbs was drunk, he knew how to navigate. James said "So, Gibbs. what split you from Will? i've been told you were all sailing together.". he looked at Gibbs' drunken face and saw that he was too lost in the depths of the rum swirling in his head, to answer. James had him taken to one of the officer cabins.

he set sail in the direction of Will...
