The man headed up the apartment, now a distance behind the man with the sand. The man bared his fangs, annoyed at the man's persistence. It was like he was in love with the strange girl...and it annoyed him. The man hid behind a wall, deciding to wait to see how this would play out...

Yoruichi poked the bat, amused, sitting back on her heels. She yawned, baring her vampirelike teeth, before she leaned back against the wall behind her.

[Zephyr]

LEgato and Savren remained hidden waiting to see who it would be coming closer an closer to the room.

Gaara arrived at the door, sand swirling out in front of him and blowing the door off it's hinges as he walked in...

"Ah, holy crap!" Yoruichi yelped, her head snapping around to stare at the door in alarm. "Oh. Hey, Gaara," she said, relaxing as she recognised the man.

[Zephyr]

Legato burst from the closet whipping the cloak of his arm to reveal the light as he pointed at Gaara. Savren however popped up from behind the couch and recognized him. Its alright hes her friend. Legato lowered his arm. So im asuming the one downstairs is the one we need to worry about, he said to Savren. Apparently as long as hes still there i cant hear him anymore.

"Hey Yoruichi" said Gaara as he spotted the girl. looking around at the two men who had revealed themselves, he turned towards the door as he said"Well if the footsteps i heard behind me earlier were what i think they are, expect company". he put a hand on something on the side of his left leg, hidden by the trenchcoat he was wearing...

Legato walked to the doorway and peeked out slightly for a look at the mysterious intruder if he was there

Suddenly, an ice shard whizzed past the man's face, just barely cutting his cheek as it stabbed into the doorway. The man stood at the end of the hall, crouched, hand raised, showing at least 6 more shards. "I believe you have someone I need to speak with." he said, smirking.

[Zephyr]

Ignoring the cut Legato turned to Gaara, he wants the girl...

Suddenly he leaned out the doorway and took a wild shot with his arm cannon to keep the intruder on his toes...

Yoruichi let out a catlike hiss, anger rising within her. Would she spend the rest of her life running from this man?!

[TyrannoTitan]

The man's neck bent unnaturally to the side, the bullet flying past him harmlessly. "Your going to have to do better then that..." he said, walking forward calmly, shards still in his hand.

[The Kingpin]

"Oh. him again" said Gaara as he crossed his arms, the sand in his gourd pouring down into the ground and digging into the floor...

[Zephyr]

OOC: beam of light not bullet but meh doesnt matter

Plans anyone? Legato said with a calm but grim expression

JoJo flew up to man, reverting to mere ink, falling to the ground forming a pudle. 2 tenticals rocketed up, the tips housing a fist, which punched the man.

[TyrannoTitan]

OOC: Ah, sorry.

The man's head moved slightly, throwing a shard down at the ink, the ice spreading over until the ink puddle was locked in place, sealed by the ice. Kicking the thick ice aside, he moved forward once more, expression calm and sinister...

[Zephyr]

Legato turned and fired again with some actual aiming as it pierced the man below the knee. He then turned back behind the doorway. We could try the fire escape...

Yoruichi began to quiver with anger. She let out an inhuman snarl, and she fell onto her hands and knees. Her eyes faded to a dark orange, and her fingers retracted into paws that sprouted long, sharp nails. Thick black fur grew all over her body, her face elongated into a muzzle, and her fangs grew to two inches in length. She let out another snarl, as a tail grew from the end of her spine, and her wings sprouted from her shoulders. She stood up, revealing herself to be four feet high at the shoulder. She let out a loud bark and launched herself at the man who'd been persuing her, fastening her jaws around his throat and tearing at his body with her claws.

The man grunted, grabbing the wolf creature by the throat, ripping it off of his throat, leaving yet another wound, holding it up, despite its size, turning as he lept out of the nearby window, moving his body until the creature was below him, landing on top of it, front flipping forward, now in the parking lot beside the building. He turned around, flexing his neck, blood dripping from the wound. "This will make things easier..." he said calmly, his knee bleeding as well...

Blue-white flames exploded from the earth around the wolf, encasing her and the man. They wouldn't harm her, but they'd burn the man badly. She twisted free from his grip and bared her fangs, lifting her tail in a display of aggression and dominance.
