"No problem," Redtooth growled. He ran out into the open and paniced the herd of Bracs. The female they were hunting was already going in the direction where Fishtooth was hiding. "This is too easy," he growled as he herded the Brac to Fishtooth.

Compy scavanger Kp wont be back for a long time so I would just get the hell out of there for now. and another note: after Largefangs murderous rampage now everyone wants to kill a brach

Clawfist and thep ack jumped out of the tree and moved foreward. Softfoot called back "Steeltalon lets go! we really need to check on our eggs!"

BTW im gone for the weekend so HF feel free to control them if you need to.

Steeltalon dipped her head in farewell to Greeneye and sprinted after Clawfist's pack. She caught up after a minute or so and slowed her pace to match the pack's. She tipped her head to one side, wondering if the next generation would be as trusting of her as Clawfist, Sandstorm, Shadowleaf, Softfoot and Quicktooth were. If not...she might have a problem.

OoC: Yeah i aint too suprised why everyone now wants to kill a brach because i killed one, anyone could've done it a while ago. But you have to think science as well, Brachiosaurus was never under threat from predators like Allosaurus as they were too small. Plus everyone knows from the game JPOG that no predators can even tough the brach, well they try to but of course when they do the Brach rears up and yeah the predators run like cowards. Well I thought i ought to set that problem straight by killing one. Oh and yes like Doc says, KP is going offline for a while due to final exams so I am going to try to move the plot away from his characters for a while until he gets back. I won't be using Goldfang in the meantime because he is with Fatalis. And no no one may control Goldfang either. I still have Largetooth around to play as. And yeah i don't mind the killing of brachs but just remember ppl who made the first kill here! LOL! At least he brought down a fully grown adult male and this one so happened to be the leader of its herd. Oh and by the way i too will be busy as have SWL going on during the days i don't have exam other than the weekend so don't expect online much at all.

Largefang knew Sauroposeidon was the tallest dinosaur on the island, bringing one down would be like an instant sign up for a suicide attempt but he knew that it would do good for his pack and make predators on the island fear him to the limit. Brachiosaurs had not been brought down before until now by him (it is true ya know). Crusher was busy so this fight would be hard. The Sauroposeidon he was looking at was browsing trees away from its herd. Largefang had recovered from the brach fight and so he got ready...

Savage, running away from crusher's mate was not watching where he was running. He was looking to his rear to make sure he wasn't followed. He looked foward in releif. I'm nest free he thought. Thats when he saw a raptor in his path. It was too late to stop and he hit it.

Fishtooth bared her teeth as the Brach got closer and closer. It ran awkwardly, it's long neck swinging from side-to-side. As it got close, she leaped out of the jungle, roaring. It tried to stop itself and turn away from Fishtooth, but it instead tripped and fell to the ground. Fishtooth ran over, put her foot on it's neck, and took a bite out of the neck, near the head. It moaned, a final dying moan, and then let out a death rattle as it's life ended.

Fishtooth stood up on the Brachiosaurus and roared, a signal to all carnivores who dared oppose her that they would meet the same fate as this Brachiosaurus. She then looked down at the Brachiosaur, and pulled a strip of flesh off it's ribs.

OoC: Finally at least i am famous for something around here.

The Sauroposeidon Largefang was aimed for was a fully grown adult, the bull of its herd. A Patriarch. It's herd was elsewhere grazing on trees with the brachs. Largefang called 9 of the bull gigas with him. "If we are to have predators stay away from Crusher's territory, we must also bring down the Sauroposeidon. I know some of you may die but we must if there is any chance of survivial for the hatchlings. We need to lure the animal close to the nest and then bring him down and then we'll have enough food to last for months on end, possibly a year. And though predators fear me for bringing down a brachiosaur. They need to fear our pack altogether. The Sauroposeidon should keep as many carnivores away from us as possible." Hissed Largefang. The 9 males nodded. The females and the other males stayed watching the hatchlings. Some were out hunting on their own. 10 gigas was enough for this fight...

Redtooth ran up, panting. "Whew, those Brachs can sure run quick when they're panicked! Hey, save some for me!" he managed to hiss.

Soon, Steeltalon and Clawfist's pack arrived back at the caves and Steeltalon dipped her head in farewell to them. She slid into the caves, listening to the sound of the five raptors running toward their home. The drumming of their feet faded until Steeltalon was sure they had gone. She tasted the air for Ghost's scent, but it was faint. He had not been here for several hours. Steeltalon sighed. She hadn't expected him to stay for longer than a day, so she wasn't surprised to find he had already left. Her jaws split once again into a yawn and she curled up in the hollow in the cave walls she usually slept in. She soon gave in to sleep, welcoming the darkness eagerly as exhaustion finally caught up with her.

The gigas moved in, taking up positions a good distance away from the enormous herbivore. The Sauroposeidon had not even seen them yet and was continually grazing. Largefang was going to go out at the front of the beast to get its attention whilst the others attacked from its sides, luring it away. Largefang was ready, it was the right time of day to do it. As soon as everyone was in position they began to move in for the kill. Immediately Largefang burst out and ran at the Sauroposeidon, roaring. The huge herbivore saw Largefang below him and bellowed. Then the other 9 gigas came out, snapping at the titan from behind. It turned around and bellowed at the 9 gigas who were roaring back. Largefang quickly ran side to side roaring and snapping at the sauropod as it swished its huge tail at the other gigas. The others were carefully ducking under its tail before it began to move toward the giga nest right where they wanted it. Largefang kept the herbivore going by simply baring its fangs but not inflicting wounds. The others were busy keeping an eye on the sauropods feet. If they were to get hit by that tail on the head or neck, it would mean certain death. And then those feet and neck could kill them too. This was a fully grown adult. Sauroposeidon bellowed at Largefang swishing its neck and tail side to side almost like a horse would when annoyed by flies trying to swat them aside in distress only that the gigas were the flies in this case and the huge titan would not care less if the whole lot of them were crushed. The others snapped away at the titanic herbivore, moving it further and further away. Largefang was careful so as not to receive a good kick in the head from the herbivore or that could be very fatal....

Finally the herbivore was close enough to the nest where the killing could start. The others began to snap and then start to run in and out biting. Largefang ran around the back of the herbivore to try to get on its back so he could get to its neck but as he did the tail from the Sauropod pummeled him in his side, sending richotting into the dirt with blood coming out. He got up to recieve another whip mark on his side again and again. Sauroposeidon was now delivering lethal blows to Largefang. Largefang was unable to get away. The gargantuan herbivore was giving a horrendous onslaught, Largefang could not possibly resist this for long. Suddenly the herbivore let out a roar as its leg started to bleed. One of the males had managed to dive under and deliver a lower bite to the huge herbivore's back left leg. Largefang saw this as a quick escape from his near fatal onslaught he was receiving and rolled back onto his feet before retreating a few metres from the tail before it could knock him aside once more. The other gigas were doing well. They had started to cause the legs to bleed from their continous bites as well as slashing and kicking as one giga was doing hacking away at the front left leg before running out to dodge a kick. Largefang ran toward the herbivore once more with one last charge. Just as the herbivore prepared to swipe at him with its tail, Largefang ducked before jumping a good distance onto the Sauroposeidon's back. The herbivore began to shake as it desperately tried to get Largefang off. But Largefang dug his feet into the herbivore's rump which was tough but it did not take long to dig them in deep. The Sauroposeidon thrashed around, knocking trees down. The battle was to be over soon. Largefang quickly began hacking at the neck with his claws and then placing a huge bite across the neck and holding himself there gripping and harder into the flesh. Suddenly the Herbivore reared up on its two back legs. It sounded like 100 trumpets blowing away all at once as the Sauroposeidon suffered pain on end. And as Largefang looked down he saw to gigas snapping from the front. Suddenly the herbivore came down with a crash and the two gigas under it were done for. Largefang watched the site as two of his pack members had their heads and brains splattered under the crushing power of a Sauroposeidon. "oooh! That won't look good for the females who liked those two warriors who just got squashed." He thought to himself as he struggled to dig his fangs down further. The sauropod managed to shake Largefang off as he slipped and lost his footing and fell to the ground before getting back up again. He ran around the front. He saw his gigas keeping up well until 2 more of them were hit by the tail, they were killed instantly as they bit the dust and skidded across the dirt and grass with dust kicked up beneath them. Largefang saw the herbivore prepare to rear up again. Within the last few seconds as the Sauroposeidon pressed down on the ground to rear up, Largefang roared before leaping at the herbivore's neck but that was not enough, he was pulled up with the herbivore and was now dangling a few metres in the air. Largefang desperately hacked away at the herbivore who was bellowing so loud. The battle continued for sometime but finally it began to lower its head to the ground and Largefang made one last and final crushing bite to the herbivore's throat and hacked away with his claws slashing along with a combination from the constant biting slashing from the other gigas who were attacking the legs, did the Sauroposeidon finally give up. The Herbivore let out one huge bellow before falling all the way down on its right side near the brach carcass Largefang had killled earlier. The others backed away from the herbivore as it hit the ground which shook as over 100 tonnes collided with the earth. The rubbling seemed to go on for a minute. And a huge clob of dust filled the area. Finally after the dust cleared, there was silence and standing there were 7 gigas plus Largefang standing near their nest with a gargantuan herbivore. Largefang and the other gigas let out a huge triumphant roar that was extremely loud and stretched for miles. Today, predators would learn the true meaning of the word "FEAR" around these parts and if a giga was to smile, Largefang was doing it right now...

Redtooth jerked his head up from the corpse and snorted, "Did you hear that, Fishtooth? That sounded like a 8 or 9 Gigas!" He was worried. The last time he had seen a Giga, it was a rough meeting. But 8 or 9? Not even he could stay calm with that many around.

[Legendary Elite]

After the roaring stopped there was utter silence across the plains and anywhere nearby. "My pack, we have succeeded in the chance for survival of the fittest, and this here is the answer to all our problems. Though there is a loss. 4 of the males died out there today. We shall mourn for their loss but they died a warriors death today. They did today what was necessary for our survival and we are glad of that, now the hatchlings and us shall grow. This kill will only be shared by our pack, with Crusher and his family and the Lone Wolves but NOBODY else. Especially not the spinosaurs or any other scavengers. Today this kill is OUR kill. We earned by giving our lives up for it. Now let us feast! Call the females and hatchlings over to what we have in store for them!" Growled Largefang. Immediately a giga nodded before heading off to get the others. Within a few minutes the whole pack arrived gazing down drooling at the kill and within seconds everyone began scrambling for bites at the carcass of Sauroposeidon...

Redtooth resumed eating. "Ah, forget it. I've had too many bad run-ins with Gigas to even look around." He continued to strip the carcass, going for more wholesome parts. He particularly preferred the main body, though he had never eaten a Brachiosuaurus before. He eventually settled on eating the gut area, where there was plenty for probably 10 Spinos.

Al watched as two Spinos ate their meal. "I gotta wait till their finished..."

green eye followed steeltalon. when he caught up with her again he growled:"crusher is not with the lone wolves. i think there was an intruder in his territory and he had to chase it out." green eye waited for steeltalon to respond...

Redtooth heard something, and lifted his head from his feast. he turned to the source of the sound and thought he saw an Allosaur, but he couldn't be too sure. He was full from the massive Brach, so he decided to check it out. After all, what's so bad about an Allosaur?

Fishtooth continued to eat, unaware of any allosaur. She unwilingly bit into the intestines, and the remnants of digested plant matter spilled out. "Ugh! Gross!" Fishtooth hissed as she backed away from the intestines, which were spilling out their contents. Looking up, she saw Redtooth walking off, apparently looking for something. She growled, then turned back to the Brachiosaur. It's intestines had spilled digested food onto the ground, so she went around to the other side of the brachiosaur and began to pick the flesh from it's ribs. It was chewy and tough, but she liked it. Swallowing a piece, she followed Redtooth.

Al's eyes widened. He couldn't find anything to say why he was watching them through the trees. "

Redtooth turned and saw Fishtooth following him, obviously wondering what he was doing. "Just so you know, I think I saw an Allosaur over here, but I'm just making sure," he snorted.

Al snapped at the Spino that was looking at him.
