Bloodspill got up and trotted over to Claw, meowing, "I'm going to BloodClan's camp. Where might I find it?"

Claw almost laughed. He meowed, "BloodClan camp? Do you honestly think I would know? All I did was run as fast as I could in some random direction. And besides, even if you did find it, you wouldn't stand a chance. They have dozens of warriors. That Clan is bigger than you think." During the whole thing, he looked down out the fresh-kill, taking bites every once in a while.

"Apparently you were once part of BloodClan," Bloodspill prompted. She sighed and added more sharply, "Nevermind. I'll go alone." She turned and bounded out of the camp without saying a word to anyone, following the rapidly fading scent trails of the three cats who'd chased Claw.

Claw rolled his eyes and forced himself to bound after her, mewing, "Oh no you don't! If qanyone's going to that camp, it's going to be me! I'm coming with you, whether you waant me too or not."
Spottedstar saw Bloodspill, fllowed by Claw, leavng the camp. He made no move to stop them, thinking they were going hunting.

Bloodspill skidded to a halt. "Right then," she meowed. "Whre's this camp of yours?" She kept her voice low, so as not to be heard.

Bloodspill lowered herself into the hunter's crouch and drew herself forward, paw by paw, until a rank, unfamiliar scent hit her nostrils. She curled her lip and twitched her ears in the direction the smell was coming from, the gesture meaning Is that it?

Claw nodded slowly upon seeing the signal from Bloodspill. He crouched low once he smelled the odd stench, waiting for what would happen next...

Bloodspill started to follow the scent, having to dive into bramble bushes to avoid being seen by a group of cats. She could tell the scent was getting steadily stronger.

Claw followed Bloodspill's movements. hiding behind cover when necessary, and slinking low along the ground quietly.

Bloodspill finally crossed another set of scent markers and was nearly overwhelmed by the stench of an unfamiliar group of cats. And yet...one scent stood out from the rest. The black she-cat couldn't understand why.

Claw shrugged and followed Bloodspill. Soon, they had gotten through WindClan territory without much trouble. Claw looked up at the darkening sky and meowed, "It's getting dark. Maybe we should speed this up a bit?"

Hawksight came out of the nursery and sat beside Streamflower and Skye, who gave her friendly nods. "What's going on?" Hawksight mewed. "Bloodspill and that newcomer took off," Skye meowed. "They seemed to be in a hurry." Hawksight blinked, utterly confused. "What...what tom?" Streamflower smiled and meowed, "While you were resting a young tom ran in here followed by three more. He was looking fine when he woke up, though." The white queen gave Spottedstar a friendly nudge with her shoulder and added, "We have Stormtail to thank for that."

The tom sniffed the air and his eyes widened in surprise. He hissed quietly, but urgently, to Bloodspill, "Get in this bush, now!" He bounded into te cover of a small bush nearby, watching the outside...

Streamflower purred in agreement. "I wonder who he was taught by?" she meowed thoughtfully, staring at the medicine cat's den.
