Aircrest opened his eyes at the sound of Alira's receeding foot steps. He pulled his head back from Selena, managing to get a sight of her light blue eyes. "Its moments like these that would stay in my memories" He thought. Maybe they would overwrite those that haunt him- or did haunt him. Maybe it was time to let the past go. He couldnt change what he did in those years, and he had a life to live in the present. He caught himself staring at the face of his mate when he came out of his thoughts, and with a quick turn of the head, looked to the sky, realizing how late it had become. The moon was rising over the dark blue horizon, with a few wisps of clouds drifting in its silver shine. Pulses of yellow light glimmered in the darkness as fire flies zipped about near the reservoir. "Hey, you wanna spend the night here, or do you want to find another spot?" He growled to Selena

"Wherever you like," she replied simply, stretching her jaws in a wide yawn almost immediately after she finished speaking.

"Then Ill be seeing you from...above" Aircrest growled, giving Selena one last nuzzle before rolling back onto his feet. He made his way back to the tree line, intending to find himself a branch to spend the night on

"I'm sorry this tree is taken." Darkness growled as Aircrest approached the nearest tree, hanging his head down from one of the lower branches, suddenly wide awake and apparently having moved without the others noticing...

[C S]

"Really?" Aircrest growled. "Did you piss all over it or something?" He growled in his usual light hearted way, leaping up into one of the low branches. He landed with a thump and the leaves rustled, before he sprung higher into the tree, not really caring Darkness was in it...though he was wary, incase he wanted a repeat of the other night

[TyrannoTitan]

"Feeling brave, are we? Who knows, maybe I'll decide to kill you tonight." Darkness growled, still hanging from the branch, claws digging into the bark to prevent the dark raptor from falling.

[C S]

"Maybe" Aircrest growled with a shrug, having landed on a thick, moss covered timber. He nestled himself amongst the leaves that sprouted off the limb before lying down, getting himself comfortable on the tendril. "I see you havent killed Switchblade yet" He added, looking to the dark gray raptor, as if expecting an explanation

[TyrannoTitan]

"Too much bothersome company." Darkness growled plainly, referring to Crusher...

[C S]

"Aint it a b*tch?" Aircrest growled as if he had to deal with things like that on a daily basis. "When you cant kill someone for one reason or another?" He added, resting his head on the branch, enjoying a breeze that blew through. Leaves fluttered and batted his sides

[TyrannoTitan]

"I'm glad you understand." Darkness growled sarcastically, hoisting himself back onto the branch...

[C S]

"Well thats good to know" Aircrest growled in response. He took a deep breath. The air was moist and the occasional breeze was cooling against his skin. "Nice night" Aircrest commented, looking at the moon and twinkling stars. Stars that would normally be drowned out by the glare of city lights, which have all long fallen dark.

[TyrannoTitan]

"Save the romantic dribble for your mate." Darkness growled as he pulled himself on a higher branch, moving to the edge to see through the leaves.

[C S]

"Ah...my mate" Aircrest growled, a faked sorrow in his voice that came out quite convincingly. "She's kicked me out of the grass and told me to get lost in a tree. Well...here I am" He finished, lifting his head and then letting it fall back onto the mossy branch in a mock fit of sadness.

[TyrannoTitan]

"And that nuzzling before? I guess her way of telling you to get lost?" Darkness growled with a smirk, having long since been awake to see the two...

"Yes" Aircrest growled matter of factly, shifting onto his back and balancing on the branch. "Females, strange creatures they be" he barked, looking through the tree top into the night sky

[TyrannoTitan]

"Truer words were never spoken." Darkness growled as he balanced himself on the edge of the branch.

[C S]

"Hmm. And to think this is all a lie. Irony at its finest" Aircrest barked, a grin on his maw. "That reminds me. Since your here and all...wanna hear a story I got?" He asked, turning his head to face Darkness.

[TyrannoTitan]

"If its based around any part of your life, I'd rather not." Darkness growled, only partly joking...

[C S]

"Eh, I'll tell you anyway. Maybe you'll fall asleep again. It was nice when you were asleep" Aircrest growled. "I met this one raptor the other day..and I met him again today. Creepiest. Creature. Ever" He barked, beginning his tale

"One creepier then you? Doubtful." Darkness growled in response, smirking.
