"thank you, General" said Serephir, before walking into one of the remaining rooms to turn in for the night...

Grievous watched as Serephir left, then turned back to the viewport, and at the slowly setting sun. "Alright, Revan," he muttered. "Let's see if you're brave enough to face me now. This galaxy is mine..."

The Grand 501st Armada, personally led by the Dark Lord of the Sith mobolized his men. Revan folded his arms as he stared out viewport window in front of him, back in his casual spot. His armored helmet covered his facial features but through the mask..the cold merciless eyes stared into the vast and empty space in front of him.

"Kaine I'll follow you..open it up..you know what to do" Revan ordered.

"At once my Lord.." Admiral Kaine responded back. The vocal communication between the two was now complete. It was time they Blitzkrieg their enemy. Geonosis would be the first..

Back a the blockaide..the massive fleet was being prepared, led by the Executor Class Star Dreadnought...Reaper, Admiral Kaine himself was looking out through the open window view point..waitting..

Surrounding Geonosis was a fleet nearly identical to the one protecting Trandosha, as grievous had specifically made both fleets the same so, in case either planet was attacked, one wasn't more vulnerable than the other. Sassk was at the bridge of the second of the massive cruisers, this one called the Vengeance. The Trandoshan was bored out of his skull, pacing back and forth with the MagnaGuards given to him by Grievous. The droid pilots, however, were just as vigilant as always, keeping a close eye on the surrounding space should something come up. After the Endeavour's landing on Trandosha, all ships had been put on high alert, not letting even the smallest piece of space junk close to the planet without a quick scan first. of course, most of this came from the surrounding asteroid field, but nonetheless, the droids took no chances. Fortunately, Geonosis had another defense other than those it shared with its sister planet, something that would weaken an enemy fleet before it even got into firing range...

Secretley, stealth probe droids had been dispatched prior to invasion..these probes were to record data as soon as possible and quickly send it back. Destruction for them was perhaps guarnteed but they were able to quickly calculate data and record it back towards Imperial Control. The fact they were extreamly difficult to find also gave them a slight advantage to survive longer..

Kaine just needed some information..how to attack..where to attack the fleet..just a few answers and then it would begin.

One of the pilot droids on the Vengeance piped up, "Sir, a couple of fast-moving objects inbound." Sassk arched a scaly brow. "Fast-moving?" After a short pause, he hissed, "Send out fighters and blow them out of the sky." The droid paused as well. "Sir, the objects have disappeared." "Send out fighter patrols," growled Sassk. "I have a bad feeling about this." The droid nodded, tapped in the commands, and a small swarm of Vulture Droid Starfighters flew out of the hangar. Hardly a fraction of the cruiser's complement of fighters, but enough to adequately patrol that area of space. Besides, it's not like anything that small could be a direct threat...

The stealth probes were recording information as they moved about..slowly yet their stealth capabilities mostly kept them hidden. If anything..there was confirmation that there was a large fleet in defense. Numbers, types of enemy ships were quickly being recorded and being sent back to the Reaper. Kaine waited patiently as the data was coming in..

The starfighters weaved deftly through the asteroid field with ease and out into open space. They skimmed the edge of the asteroids, scanning for anything that seemed unusual... and terminate it.

"Good..have the probes move about, record as much as possible.." Kaine ordered. The officer in the crew pit then began to control the probes as more and more data was being flooded in. Even if one was shot down, there were others. The data itself was being given to the Reaper and Annihilator and Imperial Officers just waited and watched..quickly preparing statergies and tactics.

One of the fighters spotted a small, darting object on its scanners, and immediately moved to intercept it. Sure enough, a probe appeared in front of the fighter, and it opened fire, blasterfire slamming into the machine and turning it into a tiny sun momentarily. The fighter veered off, back towards the Vengeance, to give Sassk the information. Probes were never a good thing...

"Admiral, they've destroyed one!" An officer in the crew pit said as he looked up at the officer. Kaine narrowed his eyes looking at the officer when suddenly a commander next to the Admiral began to speak.

"Admiral..it would be simple to use our advanced hyperdrives..go in, then out, then back in and repeat and such. We can save lives.." The commander said as he looked at the Admiral.

"But we have to destroy enemy..I know want to save men lives was well but this is war, we have no choice..if needed, a third wave would arrive to make sure we can get out swiftly should it be needed but the forces that have been assembled for this invasion.." Kaine thought about the incoming battle..almost time.

Sassk narrowed his yellow eyes. Probes... If he knew anything about the Empire, it's that they used probes. A lot. And for good reason. Fortunately, any info they got would hardly change the outcome of this fight. Nevertheless, he sent a message to Grievous, while still patrolling the asteroid belt for any more probes.

Meanwhile, on Trandosha, the night was almost over, as the probes in space had taken awhile to arrive, and it had taken even longer for the fighters to discover them. Grievous was in a large stasis tube hidden in the room's wall, which provided him adequate amounts of rest in only a few hours. As soon as the warning of a possible Imperial invasion hit the general's antennae, however, the tube woke him up instantly. The wall parted, and the front of the translucent tube opened up, letting Grievous out. He growled in frustration. He didn't want to wake up his guests in the middle of the night, and there wasn't a battle underway just yet, so the cyborg decided to wait, at least until sunrise.

Serephir was up early as usual, doing a few swift exercises to loosen himself up before heading out of the room, spotting Grievous standing there. "Good morning, General" he said, eying the Cyborg curiously. had he been there all night?...

Grievous turned to face Serephir and said, with a distracted air to his voice, "Ah, good morning Serephir. Have a pleasant rest I hope?" He stood, staring out the viewport once again, this time at the slowly brightening sky.

"Admiral..the fleet is ready to move..all we need is your order" The captain said to the Admiral, just recieving the data. Pilots were by their fighters..ready to deploy as soon as they came out of hyperspace.

"Deploy the fleet...for the empire" Kaine after some thought gave the order. The captain nodded as the order was distrubited to every ship in the first wave. The captains in command of the vessels nodded, the coordinates for hyperspace was given. Pilots were by their fighters, an emergancy alarm informed to get ready.

It was time..

Sassk had called back the fighters. it was pointless by this point. The Empire was most likely going to attack them, and they'd be more than ready for them. Sassk hissed to himself. "Come on you cowardly b******s, it's time for an example of Trandoshan ingenuity..."

"Very pleasant, thank you" said Serephir as he walked over to a one of the sofas and sat down. "Something wrong, General?" said Serephir curiously. the Cyborg was distracted for some reason, and, if he could, he wanted to find out...

Grievous paused for a moment, then said, "It seems the Empire may be paying me a visit, and soon."

Suddenly a massive ship appeared, its great size was just a symbol but its true power was its weapons. The 19 mile Executor Class Star Dreadnought..the Reaper was now the current flagship. Fleet Admiral Kaine looked towards the enemy poistions..seeing the enemy fleet.

"Its about time.." The Admiral thought. "All ships fire at will, release all fighters at once show them no mercy!" Kaine ordered. The massive Imperial Fleet was a massive variety of ships..from the classical one mile long Star Destroyer to the groups of various Imperial Cruisers and Torpedo Spheres. The fleet began to move in..with the enemy in range..a massive swarm of heavy turbo laser fire was unleashed towards the enemy. The sheer energy coming from the turbo lasers was immense as the rapid firing weapons fired at will..

Missles and Ion Cannons were being prepared to fire as the fighter squardons themselves were being ready to sent out. Most of Imperial ships alone was unleashing gigatons of power in their turbo lasers..

Geonosis was to fall..

"Is that so?....any information on their numbers?" asked Serephir as he began taking in the information and calculating the changes in his original plan...
