SharpClaw could see that RawHide and RawClaw were still asleep. She couldn't help but wondered what the other raptors were doing back at the cave. The things they always do. Eat, sleep, take care of the young," she thought and grunted. She decided to lay down and bask in the sun again.

the ground shook as Hunter, Rampage, Lightning, Razor and Rox, walked into the small clearing which was their nest. the thing they had always liked about it was the overhanging trees, which offered some shade from the heat. they could see RawHide and RawClaw sitting in a small area of dry grass near the edge of the nest, and they could see SharpClaw lying on the ground under a small hole in the overhang, which had let in the beam of sunlight which SharpClaw was basking in. they saw Crusher resting in the center of the nest, though they knew he wasn't sleeping, since he never slept at this time of day. Razor, who was now a few feet larger than a raptor, and a bit heavier, ran up to SharpClaw and nudged her. he looked at her curiously. soon, Rox joined him and they looked at her, wondering what she was doing. "Hi!" barked Razor. Rox just stayed next to him and looked at her, wanting to know what she was doing. Hunter picked Rox up by her back, and set her down in the middle of the nest. Rampage did something similar with Razor. Rampage then took a bite out of the now nearly skeletonised Anatotitan, which had taken the brunt of Hunter's hungry jaws soon after they had returned to the nest...

SharpClaw just growled and turned over. "Hello," she managed to say. She was a very relaxed raptor. Her ear holes heard the birds chirping in the trees. Her eyes closed at the sound and she let out a deep breath. There was no pack to tell her what to do.

Darkness awoke slowly from his sleep. He opened his eyes and made sure he wasn't on his back again. He got up and yawned, still waking up. He walked over to the stream and lapped up the cool water. He yawned again and walked back over to his spot. He flopped back down lazily, but stayed awake. He stared blankly at a bush, not really thinking and not really sleeping...

Switchblade turned to Redtooth. "I was thinking about a dream I had and about the Saurophagnax attach on my family. Then I got really mad for some reason. I don't even know why. I've never been mad like that before. I kinda scared myself."

Tri,Bull's daughter, walked up to Switchblade "Who are you?"

Neptune almost stepped on Switchblade. He didn't see him.

Silver finished her kill and came out of the caves. She saw Steeltalon sleeping and Darkness not really awake, so she went over and nudged Steeltalon. The older female stirred, opening blood red eyes to stare at Silver. "What now?" she growled. "Don't tell me you want to fall out of another tree." Silver shook her head. "No, I just thought we could go train some more." Steeltalon glanced at Darkness and lowered her voice. "Keep your voice down," she murmured. Silver nodded and watched as Steeltalon raced into the forest. Silver followed, pretending to look worried. The two ran silently through the forest until they reached a clearing surrounded by brambles and sheilded from the rain by thickly interlaced branches. They could spar here unseen.

Switchblade looked up at the newcomer. "I, um, I'm Switchblade," she squeaked. She wondered what kind of dinosaur this was, with three large horns on her head. She was a little bit nervous about this dinosaur.

Tri was young. She didn't know what a Raptor was yet. "What are you?"

scarback saw the trike he had seen before. this time, it was looking at another dinosaur. scarback could also see a juvenile trike with the adult. if he had been hungry, scarback could have attacked the young trike. however, the juvenile trike was being protected. scarback now had to wait before he could go to the stream on the other side of the herbivores.

"Actually, I'm a liliensternus. I guess I'm sort of rare now that my pack is gone."

[TyrannoTitan]

Darkness rolled over, still awake, but had his eyes closed. He was restless, and decided to just get up. He yawned and rose from the ground. He looked around and saw that Steeltalon and Silver were gone. He snarled in surprise, but didn't put too much thought into it. Darkness stretched and walked toward the stream again. He lapped up the water, almost falling in. He slowly walked under a nearby tree, to get away from the sun. He layed down and watched two dragonflies battle it out in the air...

[Stallordasaurus Rex]

" whats a liliensternus?" Tri bellowed.

Neptune's herd was gone. The trees there were almost picked clean.

Claws and her herd headed towards the stream. They prowled to side of the light blue water of the river. They lowered their necks and drank.

Claws flashed as Silver and Steeltalon duked it out, careful not to give serious injury to the other. Twisting and dodging, so far Silver was doing well. She hadn't given an inch or shown an opening to attack. Steeltalon egged Silver on, with occasional jabs about being small and weak, until Silver lashed out and caught Steeltalon in the face. Steeltalon staggered back, shaking her head and watching as a small bit of her blood spattered the ground. The two circled each other, teeth bared in mock anger. Silver rushed forward first, nipping Steeltalon's ankles. The older female spun around and hit Silver gently with her tail, causing the hatchling to stagger and lose her balance. Silver fell onto her side, and Steeltalon gently put one foot on the hatchling's flank to pin her down. "Don't let yourself be so easily unbalanced. Roll with the blows I give so you can get up quicker," Steeltalon hissed. Silver nodded and got up when Steeltalon lifted her foot. Both females were breathing hard, so Steeltalon ended the lesson there and they ran to an alternate entrance. They were to play it off as though they had been there the entire time they were missing. Silver licked her injuries clean and made sure they wouldn't bleed anymore while Steeltalon did the same. They climbed out of the main entrance and Steeltalon went to lay down while Silver curled up beside the cave entrance.

scarback snuck around the trikes and found his way to the stream. the problem was, the thrinzo heard he had seen before was there as well. he knew this wouldn't be easy. scarback found a section of the stream where the thrinzo's were farther away from. scarback went over there and got a drink, eeping an eye on the thrinzo's.

Claws and her herd didn't take notice to Scarback.....

Claws looked up looked around in front of her. He turned behind to see any danger. None. SHe turned back around and continued to drink.

Darkness looked over at Steeltalon. Welcome back. he growled simply. What were you two so interested in? Darkness barked, trying to make simple conversation without questioning too much...

scarback saw the thrinzo's weren't paying attention to him. that must have meant they thought he wasn't a threat to them. scarback knew that he wouldn't be able to cause much injury to a fully grown thrinzo.

[Hopeflower]

Steeltalon shrugged. "Thought I heard a fight, but it was just some raptor being chased by a trike," she growled.

[TyrannoTitan]

Darkness nodded and put his head back down. Then, he turned back to Steeltalon. ...Silver told me about why you were angry... he growled softly, trying to say it without opening old wounds...
