Sandstorm sighed and growled "well Softfoot has always had a no mercy stance, but clawfist, its just horrible. He plans to exteriminate them, kill them all off, even the hatchlings..... hes changing since quicktooth died, getting more ruthless. Personally I feel the raptor I used to be best freinds with is dead...."

Darkness looked over and saw Steeltalon laying in the sun. Darkness rose from the ground and started to walk toward Steeltalon before the nagging voice told him to do it. He slowly approached the female and layed down a few feet away. Hello....Steeltalon... he growled, not knowing what to say. Darkness didn't face the female, but she should have expected it this by now. I see you've known....Sandstorm and his pack for while now... Darkness growled, trying to join in on the two raptor's conversations...

Ghost was still watching the eggs, Bloodrose had gone out to hunt and stretch her legs. Ghost looked at the eggs each one looked like a rock, but was so fragile compared to the latter. He needed to care for them with his life. Ghost shifted himself over to get more comfortable. Ghost looked back and forth periodically from the eggs to the Cave entrance watching for any welcome.....or unwelcome company.....

Steeltalon glanced at Darkness and nodded. She barked to Sandstorm, "So do I, Sandstorm." She added to Darkness, "We've known each other for some months, but they dissapeared without a word about a month after I started to settle here. It's a shame to hear the pack's split up. They were a great team, Sandstorm's pack."

He sighed "indeed we were, clawfist always had someplan for some situation which everyone was involved in and everyone was vital."He smiled, proud of Darkness. if only now he could keep th conversation going. Sandstorm always felt inferior to Darkness, but in this feild he was king compared to darkness.

Darkness nodded. How did you meet eachother? By accident like you and Silver, Steeltalon? Darkness growled, interested in both of their pasts...

Steeltalon shook her head. "Not quite...I went to them begging for death." She purred in amusement. "Instead I wound up being a part of their pack for a short time, before I decided that I was more used to working by myself."

"Yep," chirped Switchblade. "My leg hardly hurts at all excpt when I run on it, but I still limp a little bit. I can't wait until I'm better." Then she turned her head away whispered so only she could hear, "I can't wait to see Tri again. When my leg is healed, I'll go look for her."

Snadstorm laughed. " we needed help with a hunt, it went from there... by the end of the week we were all freinds, with us droping by every now and again. then fatalis showed up, I didnt like him"

He grunted "He was spying on us and saw us during a raid on a oviraptor pack. we killed the lot of them.... ever since then he got the impression of us being heartless monsters, he hadnt seen what the oviraptors had done." He spat out the last part, remembering his freinds dead face and the missing eggs.....

scarback was laying down in the cave. he was gettin g along with the other raptors of the pack. he decided to simply rest and talk with raozr edge, rawhide and sharpclaw again later.

Darkness shrunk back from the conversation, unnoticed. He wanted to continue talking, but this seemed like a sensative matter. Darkness continued to listen, not uttering a sound...

He cheered up a bit and hissed "bahhh it really doesnt matter, I shouldnt of goten so angry at you over it." He still remembered her tantrum that day... then he realised that darkness had fallen out of the oversation again, so he growled "Anyway, Darkness tell me, what were you up too before you met Steeltalon?"
