"Lissarkh, Spectre, come with me," growled Grievous, walking out of the conference room. "You want some combat, I'll give you combat." Lissarkh, a grin on her face, followed her uncle out, back onto the landing platform...

"About time..." Spectre droned, following after Grievous. "Yet another lengthy trip, I assume." the armored figure said, referring to their very frequent trips throughout the Malevolence...

"You get used to it," replied Lissarkh, tossing her Lightsaber into the air and catching it. "If it makes you feel any better, we probably won't be onboard very long." "Am I getting that predictable?" asked Grievous, looking over his shoulder, referring to his plan to attack the commander's ship from the ground, not wanting to risk damage to Vassek...

"I would guess so. The Vong would surely know you'd return and try to retake your planet. However, these newcomers might not make the same assumption..." Spectre droned, almost machine-like in response...

Grievous walked into the shuttle on the landing pad, replying, "Even if they did see us coming, I doubt they could do anything about it. It's time to show these Daleks the TGDA is not to be messed with, you two! Get aboard!" Lissarkh trotted up the ramp and took a seat at the magnetically attached table, tapping her claws impatiently.

Spectre stepped aboard, taking a seat within the shuttle without another word...

The shuttle swiftly took off, heading back to the Malevolence...

Several minutes later, the trio were on the bridge of Grievous' flagship, and the massive ship was already in Hyperspace, heading back to Trandosha, a small TGDA battlegroup following it...

The Clógmór turned away from Trandosha, leaving the system. It didn't need any more specimens or vessels. A few hundred ships followed, leaving the rest to secure the system against a 2nd Vong assault. 4 Longbows set up positions in high orbit over the systems Star, long range scanners active. the Tortoise watched the TGDA force approach Trandosha, wondering what they were going to do. It could probably guess, but there wasn't much need to.

The TGDA force arrived at Trandosha, made up of the Malevolence, the Invisible Hand II, several Brawlers and Providence-class cruisers, as well as a few Munificent-class frigates, in order to keep enemy targeting sensors scrambled and give the TGDA force another edge. The shuttle in the Malevolence carrying Grievous, Lissarkh, and Spectre headed for the planet, trying to make it their as quickly as possible, to avoid detection, while the ships took up defensive formations...

Inside the sphere, specifically in the husk of one of the wreckage, a small tendril poked through the twisted metal, a small eye like device on the end, surveying the area for any possible threats. The drone focused all its energy on stealth systems, not wanting to be found before it had a chance to record what was inside the sphere...

As the shuttle entered the atmosphere, the Daleks picked it up on their scanners, and an HK was sent to intercept it. Now, the ship was busily jerking from side to side, dodging plasma blasts from the equally agile Hunter-Killer flying behind it. Eventually, a single missile whizzed by the shuttle so close it exploded prematurely, the fireball scorching the ship's side and making it lose control momentarily, the shuttle tumbling to into the city. Latching hard onto the floor with his claws, Grievous shouted, "Hold on!" moments before the shuttle landed in an open street, it's leg-shaped landing gear snapping under the ship's weight and causing it to slide forward, several unfortunate T7-T Spiders being knocked out of the way before the ship finally skidded to a stop, nose bumping the side of a small building. Grievous clambered up to the back end of the wrecked shuttle, cutting a hole through the hull with his Lightsaber. "Is everyone okay?" he called over his shoulder. Lissarkh, getting to her feet and rubbing her head, groaned, "Yeah, peachy..."

Spectre, bracing himself with an arm, quickly straightened up. "Yes fine. Lets get this over with." he droned, swords drawn in seemingly half a second, a low hum now audible...

Grievous finished slicing open the door, then kicked the hunk of metal outward, only to come face-to-face with a T7-T, its single red eye glowing angrily. It immediately opened fire with its rapid-fire plasma cannons, and Grievous ducked back inside the shuttle to dodge the gunfire. "Lissarkh, you got this one?" Lissarkh nodded and raised her hand, Force Lightning erupting from it and arcing through the door, electrocuting the now-twitching Spider. After a moment, Lissarkh relented, and the Spider collapsed in a steaming pile of scrap. Grievous and Lissarkh jumped outside, looking around for other threats, before heading off towards Vassek, which was only a short walk away...

Spectre moved forward, hands at his sides, heading after Grievous and Lissarkh, giving only a passing glance at the now-destroyed machine...

The group made their way through the city silently and stealthily, hiding in the shadows when Hunter-Killers hovered past or other Terminators marched by on the ground, along with the occasional Dalek. Eventually they arrived at Vassek's front gate, and the two Dalek guards moved forward, weapons pointed at the trio. "Halt! Who are you?" One of them demanded. Grievous replied, "My name is General Grievous, Supreme Commander of the Trando-Geo-Droid-Alliance..." He was forced to dodge to one side when one of the Daleks fired, the red beam slicing past where his head had been a moment earlier. "All members of the TGDA are to be EXTERMINATED!" The Dalek prepared to fire again, but was momentarily distracted by a distant shout: "Romeo, now!" A rocket zoomed forward from behind a low wall, exploding violently against the first Dalek. The smoke cleared, revealing the confused Dalek to be mostly unharmed, but the second rocket succeeded to destroying the creature instantly. Activating his Lightsabers, Grievous sliced the second Dalek's domed head off, though with some difficulty as it met the shield, but the mutant itself simply jumped out of the wrecked vessel, the tentacled, green-skinned, one-eyed alien leaping at Grievous with a gurgling screech, only to be neatly bisected by the cyborg's Lightsaber. Looking down at the dead mutant, Grievous hissed, "Follow me. Let's see who that was." He marched towards the low wall, where the six troopers stood, Romeo reloading his Rocket Launcher...

"I'd rather wait here...you go play diplomat." Spectre droned somewhat irritably, annoyed at the entire situation. Once again he was denied any chance to fight...but then again, Grievous was more concerned with saving his planet.

Above the city, one of the Drone's spy satellites zoomed in on the squad fighting through the city, recording each member simultaneously... The Tortoise looking in at its video feed with interest... A Harbringer flew over the city, numerous jet exhausts aimed down to the ground to keep it hovering. It was collecting a few of the scouts which had been released earlier

Grievous walked up the soldiers and growled, "Which one of you is the commander?" Dare walked to the front of the group. "Captain Dare. This is the squad of ODSTs under my command for this mission." Grievous narrowed his eyes. "ODSTs? Mission?" Dare smiled beneath her helmet. "Of course you don't know. ODST stands for Orbital Drop Shock Troopers, which pretty much explains this group of neanderthals here." Romeo piped up, "We prefer the term 'leatherneck.'" "Anyway, the ODSTs are a special branch of the UNSC, or United Nations Space Command. Our mission is to destroy that ship at the top of the tower." Grievous folded is arms behind his back. "Then we have a mutual goal. I am General Grievous, Supreme Commander of the Trando-Geo Droid Alliance, and this is my home planet. I'm here to take it back." "Very convenient," said Dare. "Then I guess we'll join you." Grievous nodded. "For the time being, yes." He headed back the way he had come, the ODSTs behind him. "Those two are Lissarkh, my niece, and Spectre my... bodyguard." "How can she be--" "I am a cyborg, not a droid, and she is my only surviving family member." "Fancy," muttered Romeo. Dare nodded. "Understood. Allow me to introduce my own teammates: Gunnery Sergeant Edward Buck, commanding officer of this squad, as I'm only here for this mission, Corporal Taylor H. 'Dutch' Miles, our heavy weapons specialist, Lance Corporal Kojo 'Romeo' Agu, our demolitions expert and the one who you have already had the fortune of meeting, Lance Corporal 'Rookie,' and Private First Class Michael 'Mickey' Crespo, our marksman." By that point, the group had gotten back to the tower doors, just in time for them to open and causing a trio of T-600s to march out, aiming their chainguns at Spectre and Lissarkh. The ODSTs raised their weapons, but Grievous stopped them. "They haven't had any action for awhile," he said. "Let them have some fun..." One T-600 turned to Spectre, firing the minigun-like weapon strapped to its arm...

"About time." Spectre droned, bolting to the side to avoid the incoming fire, kicking off the ground, wall-running along one of the nearby walls, kicking off yet again as he flipped past the machine, sword swinging down as he did, hacking off the gun-carrying arm before landing behind it. Stabbing back with both swords, he impaled the machine with the weapons, launching himself upwards, the two swords slicing up and out of the machine. Spectre landed a few feet from the mangled Terminator, swords gleaming, still in pristine condition...

The Terminator staggered around for a moment, before collapsing. Swiftly cutting off the chaingun, Lissarkh finished off the second T-600 by slicing it in two at the waist, before Force Pushing the second into the wall, where it collapsed in a sitting position. Lissarkh suddenly tripped when the legless Terminator grabbed her ankle, but managed to roll away, only to be picked up and thrown away like a ragdoll by the other Terminator, which then turned its attention of Spectre, firing a single plasma shot from the plasma cannon in its arm. Recovering, Lissarkh managed to pick up the bisected T-600 and slammed its torso against the tower wall over and over with the Force until it was nothing but a mangled pile of metal...
