Romeo laughed and said, "You'd make a great ONI spook, you know that?!" "Cut the chatter, Corporal," barked Butch harshly. By that point, the group had made it to the top of the long staircase, at the topmost room, which was very elaborate, with a variety of furniture around it, and a massive viewport that dominated one of the walls of the round chamber. Trough the viewport, the bottom of the massive saucer-shaped command ship could be seen. Grievous pointed towards an entryway that had obviously been cut into the far wall, where a thick metal panel had been set up. "That must be the entrance to the ship. Cables protruded from the panel as well, connecting to the wall. "It must be how they locked down the entire building too." Before he could say any more, a shadow loomed over the chamber, and Dare shouted, "HK! Move it! Find cover, now! Dutch, get the Spartan Laser ready!" Everyone dove for cover as a plasma shell shattered the viewport, leaving a small crater in the floor. The Hunter-Killer floating outside began firing its machine guns, which flanked the main cannon, pockmarking the walls, floor, and furniture in the room. Dutch, hiding behind a knocked-over table, popped up when the HK turned its cannons away, raising a large, green weapon. The tip of it glowed red, glowing brighter and brighter until it finally released a thick, red beam of energy that slammed into the HK's engine pod, went through the top of its main body, and kept going off into the sky, dissipating when it was already out of sight. The Hunter-Killer wobble,d smoke billowing from its engine, before it spiraled away, towards the ground, disappearing from sight. At the sound a distant boom as the machine crashed, everyone stood up. "And you say we have nice equipment," growled Lissarkh, obviously impressed. Dutch shrugged. "It only has four more shots, unfortunately. And it takes hours to recharge." Suddenly, the door they had entered the room from exploded, and four T-600s marched out, followed by another, unarmed Terminator, though this one was much more muscular-looking. Pointing at the group, who had again scattered, the T-800 ordered the T-600s into a line in front of it, making a large wall of chain-gun fire. "Spectre!" Grievous shouted. "Take care of those droids! Keep them away from us while we find a way into the ship!"
