Sandstorm nodded and spun around darting back over to the hole. He and Shadow leaf leapt down and helped Silver and rawclaw to their feet. Shadow leaf bared hurridly "Quick! Get the hatchlings! We have to get outv'e here!"

Steeltalon kicked up, clashing Amberclaw's chest and throat deeply. Luckily Amberclaw hadn't been able to bite hard enough to kill the half-mutant. Steeltalon lashed out, throwing Amberclaw off her and scrambling up.

Amberclaw, still on the ground, tripped Steeltalon with her tail, knocking her down again. She lept on her and clawed at her viciously.

Steeltalon lashed out with both killing toes, scoring them down Amberclaw's stomach and gripping the mutant's neck in her jaws tightly. She had something to do for her family. With a muffled grunt of effort, Steeltalon tore Amberclaw's throat out and threw it aside.

RawClaw didn't need to be told twice. He shook his head and went to gather the hatchlings, going as quickly as possible.

Meanwhile, back at Steeltalon's territory, Redtooth yawned and got up. Once he noticed everyone's absence, he hissed, "What the hell?" He caught the scent of them,a nd several unfamiliar raptors. He followed it to some sort of hollow, but he couldn't fit. The two raptors guarding it hissed aggressively, but he roared, causing them to scatter. He roared into the hollow, "Hello, Steeltalon? Darkness? Anybody?"

Shadow leaf picked one of the hatchlings up aswell and she climbed out of the hole, Sandstorm stood at the top watching incase anyone tried to attack her. She sprinted away quickly. She wanted to stay and fight, but she knew all to well that one of the attackers could easily kill the hatchlings as a last move...

Darkness gently picked a hatchling up and ran out of the hollow, running past Redtooth without a word. He would be back as soon as the hatchlings were safe...

Redtooth hissed, "Well, that explains that." He stayed outside the hollow just in case any raptor had the misfortune to chase them. He hissed,
"Switchblade you there?"

Steeltalon slashed the throat of a mutant, hissing furiously. "None can stay alive!" she spat, slashing open another raptor's stomach. There were only four mutants standing now, two of which had accidentally fallen into the hollow due to their haste to escape Redtooth.

Silver scooped up Switchblade and ran after Darkness, not wanting to stay to watch the fight. She knew that Steeltalon would massacre those mutants for what they did.

Not really paying attention to what he was doing, Sandstorm lightly picked up a hatchling and ran out of the hollow. Hopeing that silver and rawclaw were following...

RawClaw, sprinted with one of the hatchlings in his mouth, following Shadowleaf as fast as he could. He wanted to get out of here and go back to the safe territory, where Silver's eggs stayed, unprotected. First, they had to get all of Darkness' and Steeltalon's hatchlings to safety.

Redtooth followed Silver once he saw that she had Switchblade. He hissed, "What the hell's going on?!"

Darkness appeared at the clearing, setting the tiny raptor down in the nest. He made a low growl for it to stay put, turning to the other arriving raptors. I need to help her... Darkness snarled, running back into the jungle...

Seeing Redtooth was there Shadow leaf slowed and put the hatchling down, she looked at everybody as they left, sure enough everyone was accounted for. except Steeltalon who was still fighting in there , but she could handle herself.

Silver barked, "Those are survivors from Riptide's pack apperently...they wanted to make Steeltalon...suffer. Amberclaw was...going to kill Darkness and...the hatchlings." She was panting heavily, not sure which way the clearing was. She was just following Darkness, Shadowleaf, Sandstorm and Rawclaw. And praying that her eggs were safe.

Sandstorm bouded into the clearing and put the hatchling down next to the ones Shadow leaf and darkness had taken out. He gave a quick breath and then quickly checked the clearing making sure they were safe.

Silver set Switchblade down beside the hatchlings and prayed that her eggs were alright. "I want to stay and help, but I've really got to go..." She didn't want to say why, so she just bolted in the direction of the stone hollow. Maybe I can still talk sense into him, she thought as she ran.

Meanwhile, Steeltalon had made quick work of killing all of the mutants but Raven Now it was her and him, facing each other, waiting for the first move.
