Valroz bowed deeply to Beliar, growling, "It is an honor, my Master." Turning to the army behind him, which was punctuated with many catapults and ballista, Valroz bellowed, "FIRE AT WILL!" Magical fireballs and massive arrows of flames arced through the air as the siege machines fired, raining down at the two battling parties before them. Valroz wouldn't risk a full-on charge just yet. It would be better to leave them in confusion first...

Chronos watched the battle, watching as various projectiles from an outside source rained down on the battlefield, catching many combatants unaware. While Soridormi directed the gold flight and Chronos' doppelgangers assisted the best they could, the golden emperor himself remained behind the lines, watching uncertainly at the battle raging before him...

Ragnok's sword cleaved up the Industrialist's chest, slicing deeply below the breastplate armor, before the blade was yanked free, beheading the dying captain soon after. The necromancers recalled many nearby undead to aid them, using the lesser beings as shields to try and put as much distance between them and the riders as possible. Seeing the attack made against the more vulnerable necromancers, Ragnok charged back toward the nearest rider, sword raised above his head in an overhead swing...

Numerous fiery blasts erupted up out of the battlefields, the Industrialists looking up to see fire falling from the sky, but not from the dragons, coming from above them, the projectiles pelting through their ranks and hammering into the soldiers below, throwing them into the sky, the firery bolts impaling others. The general watched in confusion, quickly sending messengers out to his officers to see if any knew what was going on... The sky was a total mess, smoke, ash and rain hazing over everything, nightmarish bursts of flame ripping through the clouds and pulverising anything in their path. Snapping him out of his trance, a burning shape wheeled out of the sky, crashing down some 20 meters infront of him, flattening several soldiers with it. The beast wriggled, roaring in pain, a slender silver Royal dragon, a rock embedded in its side, demonic, almost living flames wrapping around it and burning the creature alive. Shouts rose up and cracks rang out, bullets hammering into the dying monster. It roared fiercely, struggling to its feet, lightning crackling around its paws, eyes glowing. It picked up a clawed hand, opening it wide, only to have it impaled into the ground by a pike, a mace battering its head shortly afterwards, a plethora of spears and other weapons stabbing through its hide, the soldiers rushing the monster and bringing it down quickly. The commander watched with grave apprehension, as the flames seemed to delight in engulfing the fallen dragon... He growled beneath his breath "Demons..." He nodded to one of his honour guards who took out his horn and let out a long droning bellow, giving his army hope that he was still there with them, that they could win this battle...

Drionach was caught off guard by the rain of fire, his eyes flicked around the slope, watching with horror as the demonic projectiles were catapulted into the air... This wasn't good...

Meanwhile, in the forest, the riders charged forward, attempting to out maneuver the undead, their nimble horses darting through the trees, the front-most rider drawing his sword and going to run a necromancer through...

The rider at the back had been covering the others and saw the Death Knight charging towards him. He quickly swung his sword out to block the death knight's blow, the blade clashing noisily while he simultaneously pulled out his pistol, aiming it towards the demon and pulling the hammer back with his thumb...

The Demonic siege weapons fired again and again, creating a hail of fiery death the fell into the melee, Valroz laughing with insane delight as he watched the attack sow confusion and destruction amongst the enemy forces...

A young elf wanders through bloodrose valley. Tired, hungry- he has nothing going for him at the time being. He sits down on the ground and rests a bit. However, lurking in a cave nearby is a creature. the monster peers out of its cave, waiting for the time to strike. Suddenly, the basilisk strikes out, its massive head lunging towards the unwary elf. The Elf quickly turns around when he hears a noice, and narrowly dodges the massive basilisk. The elf pulls out a sword and charges the massive creature, but the basilisk quickly overpowers him with a flick of its tail. Pinning the elf to the ground, the basilisk opens its massive maw. The elf reaches for his sword, but it is out of reach. Looking ahead again, he sees the basilisk's massive jaws come upon him. *CHOMP* The Basilisk has him in its vice-like grip. As much as the elf squirms, he cannot free himself from the jaws of the basilisk. Suddenly, the elf slides into the basilisk's mouth, and *GULP* the basilisk swallows him whole.

Khorne, having just eaten an elf, returns to his small cave and takes a long nap, the elf still squirming inside his gut as he is digested alive.......

Valroz watched as the Demonic barrage intensified, though the Demon Commander began growing bored with the assault. He relished to get in the thick of the fight, itching to slice through the enemy ranks and cut a bloody swathe into them. Glancing towards Beliar, he growled, "My Lord, are we to simply stay here and let them be pounded into ashes?"

A sharp clank sounded off in the forrest as Gallant engaged an industialist, sword locked against the blade of the human, Brimstone rearing up and lashing his flaming whip of a tail about and spewing the fires of hell to keep the surrounding fighters at bay. They stabbed and, the few who held a gun fired off, the ball rounds slamming into the horse's shoulder blades and sending cracks about the impact, but the rounds simply shattered afterwards defying all natrual forces. From the deathknight's eyes and mouth came a blue vapor as a deathly cold aura began to eminate in all directions from him, the man's movements becoming jittery as he shivered, his blade sliding about Gallant's edge. "Whats wrong mortal?" Gallant asked with a gravely tone. "Does the cold strangle your flaming spirit? Dont worry, it will all be over soon" before wrenching his blade back, disengaging and spinning about again, slamming it into the man's side, the blow knocking him off his feet and into a near by tree, where he clung onto gasping for breath, the azure aura seeping out of his wound as Gallant ran past, the trail wisping about behind him...

The necromancer smacked the sword away with a strike of its staff, which caused to decorated weapon to shatter in the process, but still saved the demon's life. The lesser undead continued to put themselves directly in the way of the horsemen, obviously being trampled, but their mangled bodies hung on the horses, one in particular slamming its jaws shut on one of the beasts' legs, causing it to lose its balance and crash violently into the ground.

Ragnok charged after the riders, attempting to draw their attention from the weaker Necromancers, which continued to flee, trying to put as much distance as possible between them and their enemies, while their undead continued to attack suicidally...

Khorne, becoming hungry again, searches for food. He claws his way out of his cave, and wanders deep into a nearby forest. He hears a battle going on, and decides to investigate, just in case he finds easy prey......

He couldn't grip his axe tight enough. He didn't like that they were in unfamiliar territory...no...they knew where this would lead. Through the valley, they would end up in the elven forests...they, especially, saw his kind as barbarians and savages. Elves were also notorious for using underhanded tactics to deal with intruders...hiding in the trees like cowards, rather dying a warrior's death!

This valley...was unlike the elven lands, however. The stench of death permeated every corner of it. They had been told that it was easy access into the forests, without having to worry about the elves. Treachery was unlikely...the source was one of their own. But did the orc realize what lived here?

"Saurfang. The stench gets worse up there." Garm growled quietly, gesturing with a nod in the direction of the smell. He could smell the difference as well...they were approaching the lair of whatever lived here. Fighting the murlocs seemed like child's play now...hopefully, this creature would prove a worthy challenge, where ever it may be lurking...

A snarl can be heard from a nearby cave, as Khorne peers out, his yellowed eyes peircing through the darkness like a beacon through the night. He smells the air. This creature...... it is unlike his usual prey. no matter.... they all tasted the same, anyways. The Basilisk lied in wait in his cave, bones scattered across the front of it, waiting for his prey to grow close...........

Saurfang held up a hand as they approached, the two other orcs stopping immediately. Stepping forward slowly, holding his axe tightly, the orc neared the cave, immediately spying the many bones tossed around the area. It wasn't much of a surprise...they already knew something was here. The problem was...where was it? Saurfang kept his eyes on the cave ahead, not making a step closer. Garm and Urok would keep watch from behind...this beast would show itself eventually...

Khorne hisses from the cave, before the mighty basilisk lunges out of his cave and into the view, his peircing gaze looking at the orcs that have gathered at the foot of his lair. The basilisk hisses,

"Who, of the brave fallen, are you, and where have you come from? I am Khorne, last of the great basilisks, and those who have challenged have never returned. Who, may I ask, thinks that they may challenge me to a battle?"

"One who seeks passage through this valley. Your death is not what we seek...but if we must slay you to move through, then so be it!" Saurfang growled in response, getting into a defensive position. The fact that the beast could speak wasn't much of a shock; though his clan usually dealt with the animal-like murlocs, intelligent beasts were not unheard of...

Amused, the Basilisk hisses before slashing towards the orc with his scythe-like claws...............

Saurfang, knowing an attack was imminent, jumped back, the claws swiping the area where he had just stood, placing a foot behind him to suddenly redirect his momentum, swinging his two handed axe toward the creature's outstretched arm...

The axe hits its mark, but does not cut the basilisk's skin, but damages the muscle under it. Growling, Khorne whips Saurfang in the back with his tail with lightning speed...........

Grasping the ground with one hand, Saurfang slides to a stop a few feet away, now in a somewhat kneeling position. Garm and Urok, realizing that a fight was at hand, charge up from behind their leader, Garm wielding two battle axes, while Urok was armed with a bow, an arrow already streaking through the air at the basilisk, aimed at its head...

Khorne manages to turn his head before the arrow srikes his head. Instead, it gets lodged in its upper neck. Hissing, Khorne tuns his head around and fires a stream of acid at Urok and Garm..........

The two orcs throw themselves to either side, avoiding the spray. Saurfang, now standing up once more, charges forward with a roar, swinging the axe above his head before leaping at the basilisk, swinging the axe down toward its head...
