I wish they at least had some kind of transition, I mean when an animal gets out of there egg they just apear. And when they grow up, if you blin the are instantly an adult. It is annoying.

Yeah, but it was worse in the original. There was no warning whatsoever. THAT ticked me off.

The ostrich's eggs are bigger than the other birds' in the game, but nowhere NEAR as big as they would be in real life.

True enough. In fact, once the lion cubs grow up and I place them in the larger enclosure, their parents don't seem to give them a second thought. -puts the kitten in a basket with its siblings-

I think with the help of modding you can make whale sharks bigger if the codes aren't to hard. I was going to try to learn that stuff, but ZA is down. So I can't.

I heard that the whale sharks do get bigger after some time. It says so in the zoopedia. The thing I'm happy about in ZT2 is no inbreeding!

Was there inbreeding in the original? I don't remember, since I never really kept track of who had cubs and who was brother/sister.
