Has anyone else heard about the Spore creature editor they're releasing on the 17th? Though it does cost money (10 dollars US) I think there's also supposed to be a free version out too. I don't think I'll buy it, but it should be pretty interesting to see what's done by those who do.

Its tail and neck are wierd, looks like its about to suddenly fall foreward and break its neck. I'll post some of mine once my bro gets off the comp.

Where'd you get the creature creator? I thought it wasn't being released until tomorrow. Any idea if it will come with the game or if you'll have to buy it separately?

The creature editor is kind of an important part of the game, so I'd say you won't have to buy it seperately...

The creature editor is built into the game, yes, but they are releasing it alone as a demo for people who need something to keep them busy until the retail game is released

Alright, I went through the entire download thing on my laptop. And while Vista's being an ***, I manage to get it running. And then when I load it up, I realize my laptop lacks a middle mouse button, kinda impairing its functionality somewhat, though I'll see if I can assaign it to another button.

So I try to download it on my desktop. And that works just fine-download's not nearly as annoying, installation goes smoothly, all that. And then when I try to load it up, the graphics card is below minimum specifications. :evil:

I'll see if I can get pics up later...
