a rare bug, but it's there. I was once told I had 2168 new Messages. suffice to say, my reaction was fairly predictable:

I had something like that once, KP...
the only thing was, it wasn't a bug... I had not read my E-mails for an entire summer, so I had over 300 unread messages, most of them from Facebook...

I haven't touched my fanficts in days, and the SotA one in weeks... I just... lack th emotivation right now. I feel like a lizard that's been in the freezer for far too long and needs to sun before it can do anything...

At my peak I had a grand total of nearly 20,000 E-Mails spread across my various addresses. big numbers are no new thing to me
hell, at present I'm sure I have at least 11,000, give or take a thousand or two...
and HF, I wouldn't celebrate yet. If things are that jumpy there is a VERY good chance they'll be back together again within a month, give or take a couple of weeks depending on how volatile their personalities are...

And I'm just a boring old California dweller. No accent, it's hot in excess of 100 between August and October, and the beach water is a sewage-y green color.

oh, AND, our weather alternates between 95% humidity and near zero visibility due to extreme dust storms caused by desertification and deforestation in Iraq. Joy.
