I can vouch for TT's explanation. KP told me what happened as well on AIM... he was getting mad at the increasing fail...

I will not lie and say I know how phpbb works. There's several hundred thousand files and moving just one can mangle the site. And I'm forced to move things round when I update. So it was inevitable.
Next site update will probably be around December 2013, unless something happens that demands an update at an earlier time.
Oh and, just a heads up. The Webhost is doing system maintenence at the moment, so you might find the site randomly dies at intervals for the next hour or so. They're doing their best to finish up quickly, and I'm fairly sure they're done now, but just in case, at least you know what's going on.

I might not be on that much today because I'll be playing WoW or Fallout 3 a lot.

About halfway through Halo 4 on heroic and saw a move from the knights that I haven't seen before: They move ala Wesker's speed and the third time they move, they're close enough to attack with their blade.
