In other news... 5 day weekend is fun.

Work was downright terrible today. On my day off, I got called in to work eight hours, and had to watch over a pool party full of 40+ little kids. Then for the last hour, I was left as the only staff member at the pool, and I was forced to do all the clean up work by myself. This resulted in my staying one hour and a half later than intended. Blah... I feel so sore. And tired.

And I finished watching Matrix Reloaded yesterday, and everyone knows that you can't watch that movie without watching Revolutions too. That doesn't exactly help my day get any better. I hate Matrix Revolutions.

But alas, I MUST FINISH WHAT I HAVE STARTED!!!

Nearly done with Halo 4 on Legendary. The weapon combination that's helping me through the last room is the Light rifle paired with an incinerator.

On a random note [as if I really had to say that considering the topic title], I like orange juice.


Oh, and Arashi's backstory-plot is nearly concluded.

KP:Solo. One of the hardest parts on Legendary is before you board the Covenant ship after destroying the second Railgun, especially if you lose the rocket turret on the mammoth facing the side where the enemy vehicles will be. You have to fight off so many ghosts and a number of Wraiths. I wound up having to steal a Wraith to be able to get to the point where the objective was to board the Covie ship.

Got back to playing Gears 3 on insane after completing Halo 4 on Legendary. I'm now at the part where you have to fight off Locust, Formers and Lambent. In my opinion, this is the worst part of the game I have reached thus far on insane. It makes the Lambent Berserker boss fight like like a cake walk in comparison.

Fortune Street has consumed my soul. Addicting, simple, frustrating, and with awesome music.

Bowser's Castle especially is just... WTFawesome in music. it's borderline GODLY. Not the best piece of music I've heard, but nearing the top of that list...

Went into town today and pre ordered Dead Space 3, Aliens Colonial Marines and Gears Judgment.

Got through that part on Gears 3 that I was stuck on with fewer tries today than I was expecting. The only way I was able to kill the formers in time to start focusing on killing the lambent locust was to plant a grenade trap, then spam the rest of my grenades before using my retro lancer on the last few.

Gah.... formers were annoying as hell. They didn't hit hard, but DAMN, did they gang attack!
