I never found Garuga like fighting Fatalis, though that might just be because I spammed cluster shots on him until I got a good melee weapon to fight him with.

G4E:Khezu shock blade will suffice for fighting village Tigrex. You'll want the Khezu shock blade for G-rank Tigrex, though.

Also, anyone know how to make thunderbug juice?

G4E:In one of the quests to the tower, there will be great thunderbugs (the glowing spheres that attack you). Kill them and they frequently drop a shiny, which will be thunderbug juice.

@ IK: Oh..... then it'll be a while before I make the devil slicer....

G4E: Devil slicer is a good early weapon to use on Lunstra, village elder Teostra and elder Chameleos. However, you won't be able to break their horns with that, since they need a dragon element weapon to be broken.

So what quests will send me to the tower?

There is one that will require you to slay Remobras and that is the first one that will send you to the tower. IIRC, that quest is a four or 5 star quest.

IK, when i compared the MHF1 Garuga to Fatalis, i was referring to general viciousness and difficulty. Garuga back then was a BEAST. now it isn't really that much out of the norm...

@ KP: When I faced Garuga for the first time in the first MHF, here's how it went:

first sighting: "That's the legendary yian garuga? He's smaller than most kut-ku!"

Five minutes in: "Wow, this guy's fast! I'm impressed."

After getting hit by a fireball: "Holy sh*t! That's a lot of damage!"

After getting spammed to death whilst it's in rage mode: "WTF?! I couldn't even get up! That's f*cked up...."

Well G4E I'm sure that could have gone better but anyway like I said about the Hunters (I think I died over 20 times and I diddn't really get past them, I just gave up)

the blockbuster near me is closing, I just bought 15 DVD for under 25 bucks and the DVD's are good quality DVD's. I bought the Lord of the Rings box set, the 12 disk one for like 4 bucks. Life is good

Blockbuster sucks thats why it's doing bad. Rental prices for DVD's is ridiculous, the range of Dvd titles is low, plus the service is bad. Netflix is dominating the rental industry. Well at least blockbuster closing has done on good thing. I got 12 movies for under 25 bucks, plus they were kickass movies

Well, with a Civil War just around the corner, I need to crank out the production speeds of BOTH The Monster Hunter and the Pirate-Covenant war up to 11... if Iwish for the grandaddy of all the fanficts I've written to be up here on time... believe me, what will be in that Fan Fict will explain a whole lot of things from the previous E-wars/ this Civil War...
