Aaaah, really digs its claws into you, this site. It's like Hotel California. You can check out, but you can't ever truly leave :P

But yeah. Things go well. I'm in New York working as a Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant at SUNY Binghamton. Going to be here until May assuming all goes well. Work means I'm not QUITE as active as I used to be, though now I'm getting used to the swing of things I'm starting to pick up the pace again.

I was going to go to school in New York originally. I applied and got into NYU.I am studying film and media. I decided against going to a four year school because I didn't want the debt. So I'm going to community college right now and I'm going to get my associates and look for a job . I live in Jersey so who knows we might run into each other. Yeah I was feeling nostalgic for the site. It's a weird story I was in the middle of studying and this wave of nostalgia hit me out of no where

You people and your dimensions. Driving me demented!

I'm working at Apple now. iThis and iThat. iShit all over the place.
But I do it for the $$iCashMonies$$

Funny to pop by while everyone is chatting. RPGT had fallen off my bookmark bar; I've put it right back up where it belongs, in the coveted spot just after youtube.

Cue the Hotel California guitar solo.

:P

Glad to see everyone's doing well and doing some life-building. Maybe one day we'll be reading about eachother in a newspaper or journal. Some conspiracy theorist comes up later and connects all these brilliant people to RPGTopia and then start theorising that it's actually a government program meant to produce superhuman pioneers to take over the world.

Yeah I should stop. Got reading to do. KP out.

If anything they'll connect the destruction of a small New York town to us.

We think we're sneaky but they're probably watching.

You may find this thought I had a little interesting, KP. When I was thinking about the past version of GEW, I thought that if Bane were to be a monster hunter creature, then the blade weapons made from his materials would have a chainsaw built into them.

Hm...Interesting. Any particular reasoning behind it?

I remembered seeing the work of someone on Deviantart who had drawn Godzilla monsters as though they were creatures in the world of Monster Hunter and the user mentioned that it wouldn't take much for Zilla to fit in as a Brute wyvern.

I'm getting ready for my first real fight with a Gore Magala in MH4U. Any recommendations for a good armor set for fighting this guy?

Haven't seen it. I don't know if I will until someone ropes me into watching it online.

Got to see it last Saturday. I can safely say that those who didn't like the prequels won't be disappointed by this one. Some things in the film did have echoes of A New Hope, but this didn't detract from the film.

I've found that the switch axe is one of my favorite weapon types in MH4U. I had thought it wouldn't be that great of a weapon in MH3U and stuck mostly with the Longsword, Great Sword, Lance and Hammer.
