ONe of the greatest book series that i've ever read. The series main character is Roland, the last gunslingger of his world. He is searching for a tower hat is known as the dark tower. In the first book, he is after a man known for awhile simply as "the man in black". Discuss what you thought of the books.

Well, It takes place in a world which is very different from ours and it seems more like the midwest. There are humanoid creatures called slow mutants that live in a cave that was once a mine and the man in black is more connected to Roland than one might think.
