I was unfortunate enough to read all four books.

Boy do I regret it. Horrible writing, barely enough plot to make one book, let alone a whole freaking series, the characters are all Mary-Sues and Gary-Stus (that's extremely overly-described perfect people with outrageous abilities for people who don't read fanfiction XP), the writer is a complete lunatic, and the "vampires" run around wearing so much body glitter that they don't explode into flames in the sun like they should.

Don't even get me started on the movies. Worse, if possible, than the books.

The books are now resting in a box in my basement gathering dust, never to see the light of day again. Only because mom wouldn't let me treat them how they should be treated and burn them.

Ok, we get that you two don't like the books. Don't make me kick you out of the topic like LV.
