Infected

This is a song in the style of Tom Lehrer and Weird Al. It's to a tune which is like the mouse trap theme song but double each note, slow it down, and change the high notes respectivly.

Infected

first the house wife got it, was bitten by a rat,
than it spread to her family, including the dog and cat.
than the kids brought it to school, spread it to their friends,
then they spread it to the staff, oh when will it ever end?

one of the parents was an elected official,
he spread it to the senate, who brought it to the house of representatives.
they spread it to the white house, who, in turn, met with the courts,
then the judges got it, shame to those boys and girls.

in weeks, the US came down with the flu, everyone had it,
then it went to Siberia, which didn't have that much in it.
In months, the whole world had it, all were sick, lazy bums,
except for me, who's been shooting these zombies, all the friggin day long.

Then the infected came for me, I was taken to the phyco ward,
turns out I had dilaria, and everyone else was cured.
Actually, there was no disease, it was all in my head,
I suppose I need a good night's rest, so let me get back to bed.
