"Mudswirl, go get Shadowsoul, last I saw him, he was heading for the lake. He needs to know about this" Riverstone mewed, her sister nodding and running towards to the moon lit lake, kicking up dirt as she went. Riverstone turned back to the tom, pressing her weight further on his head. "Who sent you fox dung?!" The cat spat. Most of the cats in the forrest had stopped at the scent of the clan boarder, exceptions being the daring Firestreak. If anything, if this cat had any sense, it would have shot up a tree. Riverstone snarled menacingly...

[Hopeflower]

"Who...sent me?" Insolitus mewed, blinking. His expression was completely bewildered. "No one." He wriggled a bit, trying to convey that being stood on wasn't exactly comfortable.

[C S]

"Then you wouldnt mind turning tail and spending the night on a branch back in the forrest?" Riverstone growled to the cat, just about to draw her claws incase the cat tried anything funny. Maybe Shadowsoul wouldnt have to be pulled into this issue at all...

another distant howl had caught Wraith's ear several moments ago. he sighed. how he wished the wolves would just disappear. it was the remains of a past he didn't want to remember. a sadder time where he was robbed of all he had cared for in life, and was powerless to stop them. the faint scent of blood caught his nose and the tom rose to his feet, glancing around across the lake's edge, catching the form of Sunclaw with something dead at her feet. most likely a shrew by the smell of it. he smiled. his daughter had grown into a fine huntress, and a capable clan cat. thinking back, he was proud of his whole family. his lesson that morning should be enough to make sure that the only flaws they were at risk of suffering from were eliminated. Nightclaw was at this moment learning the basics of Medicinal abilities, and would hopefully become skilled enough to be considered an apprentice medicine cat given a moon or so of refinement. his only conscern was Stormheart. he was more or less convinced he learned from the lesson that morning, but still, he needed to learn to control his temper...but how..how would Wraith teach him to do that? it seemed that this would be something he'd have to learn on his own...

"Er...funny story, actually," Insolitus mewed, his ears twitching uncomfortably. "I had a place to sleep...but when I panicked I didn't notice which direction I ran in or how far I came...heh." He chuckled nervously. He paused. "Where exactly am I?" he asked.

[C S]

The sound of shifting gravel sounded behind Shadowsoul as the brown pelted cat skidded to a stop, panting. "Shadowsoul!" She growled. "Riverstone caught a rogue just about to enter clan territory. We need your input as to what to do with him!"

Riverstone's eyes turned to slits. "Stormclan's boarder... but you probably knew that already..." She hissed distastefully, now thinking that the rogue really was sent by a clan enemy, just another cat wanting to see the clan fall once more...

[The Kingpin]

Wraith stood, looking at Mudswirl, somewhat surprised, though his expression didn't betray it. "Lead me to them, Mudswirl" he growled, turning towards the cat and moving forward...

[C S]

Mudswirl nodded and turned tail again, glad that she was one of the more exceptional messengers in the clan, able to move back and fourth with near uncomperable speed and stamina...

[Hopeflower]

"Actually, I had no idea," Insolitus mewed, surprised. "I try to avoid the Clans when I can, so I don't know much about where exactly their borders are...or what they smell like," he tried to explain. "I'm sorry I crossed yours."

[The Kingpin]

Wraith bolted after Mudswirl, heading further out of the camp's range and towards the border, wondering what excuses he'd hear from the intruder...

[Shade]

Sunclaw saw her father and Mudswirl trot in the direction of the border, she didn't think she should interfer, but she couldn't help herself and started to trot after them.

[C S]

"Great...then you'll turn tail once I let you up?" Riverstone snarled again, finding the conversation tedius. weither the cat was an assailant or a scared loner didnt matter now. The she-cat's suspicion would be quelled once he moved on his way...

[Hopeflower]

"Yeah, I'll go," Insolitus mewed. He spat again, trying to get the taste of dirt out of his mouth. "My first meeting with Clan cats and I'm eating soil for the whole conversation." He chuckled at his luck.

[C S]

Riverstone leapt off of Insolitus, landing between the rogue and the rest of the way to the clan, ears flattened. The warrior she-cat still didnt trust the rogue's words...

[Hopeflower]

Insolitus sat up slowly, shaking his head. "Much better," he muttered. Seeing the she-cat's hostile stance, he meowed, "Keep your fur on. I'm on my way." He arched his back in a stretch, yawning as he did so.

[C S]

"For a scared tom, your taking your sweet damn time!-" Riverstone snarled as her sister skidded into the scene, blocking the tom's exit back to the lake, planting her claws into the ground as she mimicked her sister's stance, letting out a wordless, long hiss...

[The Kingpin]

"So this is the intruder you told me about, Mudswirl" growled an older tom's voice in the trees, a pair of amber eyes staring out of the shadows of the branches, his dark form otherwise concealed by the darkness...

[Hopeflower]

"Well, you see," Insolitus began, just as the second cat burst into the scene, "As intimidating as the both of you are, wolves scare me just a bit more. I will leave, don't doubt that. I have no intention of staying in your territory for much longer." He jumped when a third voice sounded from the shadows. What now? he wondered, the muscles in his shoulders tensing the slightest bit.

[C S]

"Not before he has a word with you" Mudswirl growled. Riverstone perked her head up over the tom's shoulder, nodding with satisfaction at her sister's action...

[The Kingpin]

"Sounds to me like this situation has already been resolved" growled Wraith, eying the three cats from above. "However...a certain comment you made has my attention. Wolves?" the Leader added, eyes narrowing...
