He then mewed "I wouldnt want to think you spent the night in the cold because of me now...did you?" He put the paw back to the ground and stretched out, a cold breeze sifting through the trees...

Insolitus gave Renny a curious look. Did I touch a nerve? he wondered. Maybe he had. but it didn't look it. It looked more like Renny was just caught up in the environment.

Lightstorm had woken a little while ago and was neatly tucking into a small vole. Hawkclaw was turning a scrawny mouse over with her paw not far off. The prey was going to get scarcer, and what the cats could catch would be a mere mouthful for a hungry warrior. "We'll have to go hunting today, brother," she murmured. Lightstorm's ears pricked in surprise, but he nodded, swallowing the last mouthful of his vole. "I agree," he meowed.
"I was going to see the other side of the lake," Insolitus mewed. "Maybe explore a little before leaf-bare sets in."
