green eye heard the noise of a raptor scampering away. it seemed to be heading for his nest! green eye picked up his pace, but the raptor managed to get ahead of him. white scale had her back turned to sunlight and didn't notice darkclaw was behind her.

Darkclaw snuck up to Sunlight and knocked him out cold with a single tail swipe. Whitescale never heard it, and Darkclaw silently dragged Sunlight in a certain direction...

green eye arrived back at the nest and saw a very confused whitescale. green eye growled to white scale:"sunlight's gone! he must have..." green eye stopped when he picked up darkclaw's scent. he growled to white scale:"this time, i'll make sure the raptor dies!" green eye and white scale began to head in the direction of darkclaw's and sunlight's scents.

Darkclaw could hear Greeneye and Whitescale following him. He smiled with Sunlight's tail in his jaws. This was going perfectly.

green eye and whitescale ran after darkclaw. soon, the scents were getting stronger. green eye would make sure that darkclaw died in a slow way. if darkclaw had injured sunlight, green eye would break darkclaw's legs.

Darkclaw stopped at a small ravine filled sharp rocks. He tossed Sunlight on the other side, as the ravine was only about 10 feet across and 15 feet deep, and he was stronger than he looked. He then jumped over himself and began to pile dead plant matter and various other things on the ravine, hiding it from casual view. He waited.

green eye and white scale caught up with darkclaw. green eye snarled to darkclaw:"i warned you not to try and attack my son! now it is clear you have chosen to die!" green eye could see sunlight was laying not far from him. he snarled to darkclaw:"i will make sure you pay what you have done!"

Darkclaw laughed. "Hahahaha! Come and get me!" The insane raptor jumped up and down, asking for Greeneye to try and get to him.

green eye moved quickly at darkclaw. he would make sure darkclaw was in pain before he died. green eye opened his jaws and attempted to bite green eye.

Steeltalon froze. Something was wrong. She growled to Silver, "Stay here. And stay hidden. I'll be back soon." Before Silver could protest, Steeltalon was gone, running to the stream for a drink. She couldn't afford to leave Silver alone for more than a few minutes. It was too risky.

Greeneye ran right across the ravine he had hidden and fell in, smacked badly by the rocks. Darkclaw looked down at him and laughed. "Well, what do you know! My plan DID involve sharp rocks! Muhahahahahahaha!"

green eye's anger made him ignore the pain. the problem was he couldn't run. he had to limp around. unfortanetly for darkclaw, sunlight suck around him. then, without warning, sunlight began to bite darkclaw.

Darkclaw jumped back in surprise at Sunlight's aggressiveness. He hissed, "Ack! What do you think you're doing?! I'm supposed to kill you!"

Killer,RedClaw, and the pack heard Greeneye's roar and went to see if SUnlight was alright. they arrived to see Sunlight attacking DarkClaw. RedClaw stepped forward "YOU!!"

sunlight continued to bite darkclaw and eventually, made a wound on darkclaw's leg that began to bleed. green eye stood with his mate, watching darkclaw be attacked by sunlight. green eye didn't feel any pain from falling on the rocks, he only felt anger at darkclaw.

RedClaw shot out of the bushes and started biting on DarkClaw too. Killer stepped out "RedClaw!!"

Darkclaw jumped at Redclaw, slashing him across the eye and making him stagger away. He turned to face Sunlight and charged him.

sunlight simply took the blow darkclaw gave him. he got up and looked at darkclaw angrily. sunlight began to bite darkclaw on the tail and soon, darkclaw's tail was bleeding.

RedClaw ignored the pain and charged at DarkClaw again. He bit into his leg, jumped up onto his back, and dug into his back.

Darkclaw smashed RedClaw against a tree, knocking him out cold. He turned around, whipping his tail out of Sunlight's mouth. He slashed the young Rex ascross the face and knocked him to the ground. He jumped on him and began slashing him with his foreclaws.
