"Agreed," Flamesight meowed, following the silver tabby.

"Neither did I." Auburnpelt wrapped her tail over her paws. "Even when it seemed I'd never find you again."

Thunderheart pressed his nose against the she-cat's forehead comfortingly, both for her sake and his. Pulling back, the tom smiled. "What matters...is that you're safe." he meowed, breathing out a sigh of relief.

"All is well, my job is done!" Silverstripe meowed, seating himself near the camp's entrance. "Now for some well deserved laziness." he continued, yawning.

Auburnpelt let out a purr. "And that you're safe too..."

Flamesight snorted, amused. She stretched out beside Silverstripe, rolling her eyes. "You're working hard, Silverstripe."

Nightclaw smirked. "That'd be a nice way to live. just lay around and have others do the moving for me" meowed the tom...

Thunderheart smiled, sighing. Although they were still suffering the loss of Sunstorm, at least now their family was partially whole again...

Silverstripe grinned. "I do what I can for the clan." he meowed happily.

"Ah, but then you'd miss all the adventures," Hawkclaw mewed, smirking. "You'd die of boredom before a moon had passed." Insolitus felt a small, amused smile cross his expression at this.

"I'm sure the Clan is grateful to have you to let them know where the best dozing spots are," Flamesight teased. "What would they do without you?"

Auburnpelt purred again, and Demontalon stopped beside her brother, not wanting to interrupt their parents' reunion. 'It is her," she murmured, half to herself. Blazeheart nodded, pushing his nose into his sister's neck fur, wanting to share the joy he felt over having Auburnpelt back.

Nightclaw's expression of satisfaction dooped at Hawkclaw's words. "....Good point....i don't think i'm ever going to eat a fish again after that" he meowed, intentionally exagerating the reaction...

Wraith watched from a distance, at the entrance to the leader's den, as he saw Auburnpelt finally reunited with her mate, and her family. it pleased him to know that now the whole family was back together, united and safe in the Clan. it served more than just ensure their happiness. it'd also build the rest of the Clan's members' belief in the Clan itself, and went a long way to ensuring their comfort in the security of the Clan, and the forest, after the dark days that had past, and ensuring that they would be ready for whatever lay ahead...

"I'm sure you'll manage one or two," Hawkclaw purred. "A pity to waste a newly found talent for catching fish."

"Fall apart before your very eyes, that's what!" Silverstripe answered jokingly, tail flicking the she-cat's side.

"I'm sure you have a lot to tell us." Thunderheart meowed, smiling. He looked back, spotting Demontalon and Blazeheart. If anything could ease the pain of losing his kin, the return of his mate was definitely it. He no longer to worry about every little detail...the idea of watching Demontalon and Blazeheart grow up alone was not a fond one.

AdderFang was fed up with waiting, he erupted out of the bracken and approached the black tom NightClaw and the Dark brown tabby she-cat HawkClaw and spoke to HawkClaw " I am AdderFang and i would like to join your clan along with my mate who is very close to kitting and my son"

Nightclaw almost leapt to his feet, fangs bared, a long hiss coming from the tom. he cursed himself for letting his guard down, even if in the midst of friends. he hadn't even seen the outsider coming. had no idea it had been there until it burst out at them. "Sneaking up on Clan cats on their own turf is a very, VERY bad move, rogue" he hissed, fur bristled, claws exposed...

AdderFang flexed his claws, if the black tom wanted a fight he'd get one but first he meowed " i do not want to fight, take me to your leader so they can decide on my prapossal

"Why should we?" Hawkclaw hissed at the rogue, her dark tabby pelt bristling as she leaped to her paws. Insolitus had gotten up as well, and Hawkclaw flashed a glance at him, growling, "Don't you move! Did you lead us into an ambush?" The gray tabby looked stricken for a second at the accusation, but his blue gaze was fixed with hostility on the newcomer. "I know it looks like I did," he meowed. "But I swear by the all-mother - I've never seen this cat before."

Shadelight looked at her mate and trotted to him. She looked in the direction he was looking in and smiled. "They finally found each other," she purred as she reached him. She sat next to him then looked into his face.

Stormheart stalked through the brush silently. The mouse in front of him completely unaware.

Sunclaw laid in the shade of a few bushes and washed herself with little interest, just having an excuse to listen to things around her.

Robinflight felt his eyes narrow. The young deputy was crouched in the shelter of the thick grass, watching the encounter play out. His ears were pricked to catch the conversation. He'd followed the three cats out here, keeping Shadowsoul's orders in mind. If he were honest, things didn't look good for Insolitus. How had that new rogue gotten so deep into StarClan territory without being spotted? But Robinflight didn't want to look for treachery where there wasn't any to be found. He decided to stay hidden for a bit longer and see how things played out - and interfere if he felt things were getting dangerous.

Nightclaw moved so that he was at Hawkclaw's side, protective of his clanmate, and keeping both Insolitus and Adderfang in front of him, in sight. "You have yet to give us a serious reason to trust you, Insolitus. You only have my father's word to support you...but even he could be wrong" he growled...


Wraith nodded, smiling, his tail wrapping around his mate. "Let's hope the rest of the clan can share similar happiness" he growled...

"I haven't attacked you yet, have I?' Insolitus growled. His gaze was still locked on the rogue, but he turned his head enough to look at the two young warriors out of the corner of one eye. "If I were out to hurt your Clan, I could have attacked Hawkclaw while you were up in the tree, and left her unable to help you as you tried to stop me. But that situation did not come to pass, did it?"

Shadelight purred and rubbed her head against Wraith's shoulder. "Me too," she purred.

Nightclaw shrugged. "You have a point...but you'd be in a better position to harm one of us if, for example, one of us were to go back to call a clan senior to deal with Adderfang...the remaining one would be taken and killed by you and Adderfang and there would be no chance of interference, and the clan would be left in question as to what exactly happened...no witnesses to say definitively what happened...while i was in the tree i could have thrown myself down at you. at that height if i hit you you'd be hurt quite a bit...it'd be risky" he hissed, not dropping his guard, half expecting a third or fourth cat to appear...


Wraith nuzzled his mate. "Have you noticed Nightclaw's new...obsession?" he growled, chuckling at the end of the sentence...

Shadelight purred with amusement this time. "Indeed, it's so adorable," she said. "It reminds me of, well, me." She flicked her tail in embarrasment.
