The Daora seems unphased by the attacks, kanna only serving to harm herself by making contact with his pure orange phazon skin. The wind diety chuckles before slashing Kanna with his claws, each claw being tipped with the deadly orange corruption...

*Switch floats up to the machine, the ghostly Lili smiling slightly as she looks over her new robotic body.*

Switch: Very impressive. You must have some skilled engineers to be able to build something so complex and... accurate this quickly.

*Stands up and walks over to the Lili(s), looking up at the robot's sleek head, equally impressed.*

I agree with Switch here... This'll be a valuable addition to our forces...

*Beryl grunts and looks as though he's trying not to show too much interest.*

*The Imperial Admiral puffs out his chest proudly* We are the Covenant! Our technology is most impressive! In addition, the Huragok are most excellent technicians. Just go ahead and enter the machine. It will have a power cell from which you can control it.

Ok, ok! I'll stop.

*The demon roars before shoving one of the abyssal demons aside and charges forward somewhat slowly, the spiked hand spinning before being driven forwards towards Tina and the mob of lesser demons distract Mortum and Blaze. The few compies with me that were in the magic bag are pulled out and stuffed into a single test chamber. The soldiers signal down the chopper in the sky, which makes a landing a few moments later. Inside the crate, something growls before shaking the large, metal box slightly...*

Beryl: The... Huragok?

*Steps back a bit to give Switch some room and continues to watch interestedly.*

*Switch floats closer until she's face to face with the robot, her eyes flashing bright blue-violet as she redirects her energy, her whole ghostly form blurring and skewing like a bad TV signal before suddenly disappearing with a very small zap. All is still for a few seconds, then a faint click is heard and the robotic Lili's eyes flicker to life, glowing the same blue-violet as the spirit's. It takes another few seconds for her energy to take control of the power cell and spread through all its electronic circuits, becoming aware of how they interconnect. The Lili's hand twitches, fingers flexing, then slowly, she completes her integration, learning every motor and system within the robot, her new head turning to look at those around her with a quiet mechanical whir...*

They are what you Earth races call, "Engineers." Forerunner creatures of artificial origin that look completely organic, and are excellent at fixing or building just about anything. *The Imperial Admiral turns to Switchblade, nodding his approval* Excellent. The body seems to be performing to specifications.

Tina rolls to the side, while Mortum uses his dark magic to halt the beast's charge. Blaze continues fighting off the abyssal demons, while Mortum snarls,

"Don't you dare turn your back on me!"

Before surging botls of dark magic into the demons. Tina runs to go aid Blaze....

[Pyronychus]

Beryl: Ah, I see.

*Switch takes a jerky step forward, pauses and takes another, slightly smoother.*

Switch, her voice distorted a bit by a heavy electronic tone: This will take getting used to... Oo, so will that. I haven't heard my own voice in months...

*Swivels her head around and curves her tail so she can look at the tip, a metallic scrape heard as the blade springs out of the armor plates. Suddenly one plasma cannon extends from her flank and Beryl and I take a step backwards.*

Switch: Whoops, only meant for the blade to extend...

*Retracts the cannon and makes sure it's powered down, then takes a few more steps, her motions getting smoother.*

Well... I think she likes it.

*The Imperial Admiral eyes the robot curiously* How about a combat test? It's best you get used to the body before you go on your little hunt...

A large shape can be seen digging near DM's fortress....

The Locusts, havign gorwn bored of waiting for my Doppelganger to do anything begin moving out, cyclops and Theron sentinels leading the horde outwards, while RAAM and Skorge control the two main legions....

Me and my temporary draxon army continue on our way...

*My fortress' security systems detect the intruder, and the teleportation rig charges up, ready to vaporize the intruder if it enters he designated safe zone*

*The doppleganger disappears after the locust move out, having business elsewhere*

*Switch turns to face the Admiral.*

Switch: I think that's a good idea... I won't be of much help to them if I can't control myself well...

*Beryl seems to perk up a bit.*

*The Admiral quickly glances at a holographic transmitter on his armored wrist, the nods* Alright, follow me. I will show you to the testing arena. I WOULD send you out to find yet another new intruder that has appeared near the perimeter, but it seems too large. I would rather not risk damaging your new form before our real mission. Besides, it is not made to fight large enemies. *He turns and walks inside with the Honor Guards, and I follow, gesturing the rest of the group to do the same*

The Riftworm suddenly changes direction, feeling threatened but nonetheless continuing to wander aimlessly....

*Kanna manages to leap out of th way of the claws, before firing a beam of shadowy energy into the Wind Dragon, the beam begins to burn into the dragons chest, pushing it back...*

*From the side, Deadpool rebounds off his feet, then charges at DUrama, this time pulling out two knifes, before stabbing them at her. The vengeful being grabs both knifes, before crushing them with her hands, not even feeling the blood puring out of her hands. She then kicks Deadpool in the stomach, sending him flying back into Meta-Ridley, causing both of them to tumble end over end...*

*Flies right at the Hatchers, the ghostly streamers being my wings turn silver as I fly right past the Hatchers, the silver wings slice right through the tentacles of the Hatchers, causing them to begin to bleed in death. The AURA unit growls in anger, before firing a pin-point laser from its single eye into me, the laser begins to burn through my chest, causing me to screech in pain...*

*The Imperial Admiral arches a brow and looks at the hologram again* Odd, the intruder appears to have retreated. Excellent. Let's continue, shall we? *The Admiral taps a few controls near a door, which then opens automatically, a pair of what appear to be floating gas bags with long, six-eyed necks and trailing tentacles drift by, chirping occasionally, glancing curiously at Beryl's armor and Switchblade's robotic body, before continuing* Those were Huragok. Don't worry, they are quite peaceful. In here to the training arena...

The Daora snarls in rage, shaking its head before sending a stream of wind into Kanna, the irradiated blast burning her and pushnig her away....

The Riftowrm continues digging on its way, rememberign where this place is so to strike at it later....

*The three of us follow silently, Beryl's gaze following the strange looking creatures as they pass by, the raptor intrigued by them.*

*The arena is very large, but apparently bare, except for some bleachers lining it, as well as an elevator leading up to some sort of command booth* All of you, come with me to the booth. Switchblade, go to the center of the arena. We will begin training shortly... *The Imperial Admiral enters the elevator with the group, going upwards toward the command booth*
