*The Admiral's voice crackles over a loudspeaker in the arena* Alright, all energy weapons have been set to their lowest power setting, but your blades are as sharp as always, so be careful with them. My warriors do not appreciate visits to the doctor from training exercises. That being said, you will be fighting numerous Sangheili soldiers, but your overall objective will be the Zealot in the final wave. If he is incapacitated, you win. Are you ready?

*The flashback then continues on from where it had just ended, as a dark orb floats behind Shinobu silently before ramming into the back of her head, seemingly taking sudden control of her like the orb in the 'flashback' had done to the demonic version of me...*

*Shinobu ducks at the last moment, the girl having figured that the flashback was there as a distraction to something, the orb saild over her head and right into Evil UR...*

*Kanna's wings seem to grow, both wingsnow large enough to engulf the Daora, the wings begin to turn a whitish color, before two massive beams of light energyfire from the wings, the beams seem to spiral around one another as they pierce the twister, dispelling it, while also engulfing the Daora in the massive beam...*

*Durama growls in irritation, before swinging her tail into Deadpool, sending the mutant flopping onto his back, unconcious. The dragon ten quickly presses her foot back onto MR's throat, the Space Dragon finding it hard to breath...*

Meta-Ridley: Damn you... *****....

Durama: You do not understand the pain that I have felt... the betrayal that stung my flesh, th ehorrors I have had t put up with before death...

*A small tear streaks down the Rathian's face, before it falls to the ground.*

Durama: But now, I shall get revenge on the fools who left me for dead... the idiots who refused to help... THE COWARDLY BAST*RDS!

*My wings begin to glow white, before the very beam that was absorbed into the barrier is fired right back into the Aura unit. The mecha screams in pain as the beam tears right through it, before exploding, the explosion sets off a chain-reaction, due to the Aura unit having been linked directly into the core of Phaaze. The Leviathan Seed begins to launch from Phaaze, but due to the Aura unit's destruction, the opening that allowed it passage shuts down on it befor eit can fully fire, crushing the seed completely. A small bit of the seed flies off into the deadness of space...*

Pant, pant... alright... that's one fool down... now, to meet up with the others...

*Begins to bash head against the door, trying to break it down...*

*The robotic Lili's adamantium claws flex in anticipation, the ghost inside actually slightly uneasy...

Switch: I'm not sure if I've figured out how to control everything properly... such as my own cannons' power settings... but other than that, I think so...

*A crackling white rift opens at ground level on the tarmac at the base in South Africa, a large, heavily armored Saurophaganax stepping out and glancing around, hoping he received the right coordinates. Moments later, his question is answered by the sound of three approaching rotorcraft. He looks to the north, the green Chinook and two Comanches coming in low, touching down a short distance from the expansive buildings that make up the airport facilities and more than likely, other things so classified, that not even he knew of them yet...

No worries, the arena will make sure your weapons will not be lethal to my warriors. However, like all plasma weaponry, they drain shields just as quickly as they always do. *The Admiral chuckles as he watches he arena from the booth above* This will be most entertaining, even for a demonstration! *I stare out the window as well* Well, let's just hope everything is in order...

*The orb changes course the very second Shinobu ducks and speeds on towards her yet again while the dmeonic me watches from a distance in the shadows...*

The Daora looks as his form disintigrates with rapid speed, horror upon his draconian visage.

Daora: "NO.... NOOOOOOOOOO!"

The Daora roars as his form reverts to pure phazon, signalling his death. The phazon then fuses itself with the Prophetess........

My guys continue along towards the Site Logo...

Alright, hold onto your butts people. *The Imperial Admiral hits a holographic panel, which flashes*

*Down in the arena, a large door opens at the far side from Switch, a pulsing red light above it. Half a dozen Elites, five of them blue-armored Minors and one a red-armored Major, emerge from the doorway, taking cover behind metal panels that spring up to chest height all around the arena from the floor. Three of the Minors are armed with Plasma Rifles, the other two carrying larger Plasma Repeaters. The Officer is equipped with a Plasma Rifle holstered to his leg armor, as well as a Concussion Rifle*

Let the games begin!

*The red light suddenly flashes to blue, and the Elites bristle, preparing to fire*

*The Phazon Rathian bites down onto MR's neck, lifting her foot off of him, before hurling him into a wall, the space dragon's breath knocked out of his lungs upon the impact.*

Durama: You filthy rats... You will all taste the pain that I felt!

*Flames begin to gather in Durama's mouth, Meta-Ridley too injured to move...*

Damnit! This isn't working! Headbutt does NOT work!

*Sighs, the golden mask that makes up my face begins to shine...*

*SHinobu rolls to theside at the last moment, causing the sphere to hit the ground...*

*Darkrai watches the Elites and Switchy prepar to fight, the ghostly being watching froma safe place...*

*The orb crashes close to Shinobu and seems to explode, splashing in every direction, some of which spraying the NPC and begins to start the demonic posession...*

Beryl: One against six... this should be interesting...

*Elbows Beryl* Hey, don't underestimate her. She learns pretty quickly...

*Switch turns to the far side of the arena, and upon seeing the six soldiers, fully realizes what she's about to face. Having spent so long unable to harm or be harmed, she finds the feeling... odd, but quickly puts it to the side. As the light turns blue, she lowers her stance, blue gaze attempting to track each soldier while choosing one as a first target. She suddenly ducks behind a vertical panel, her mechanical body moving faster than she expected, then bolts for another nearby, taking a few seconds to communicate with the power core, her tail blade retracting seemingly of its own accord as she realizes she still doesn't have full control over it. Her mind works fast, trying to sort out the numerous motor control circuits, knowing she'll probably need them in a matter of seconds...*

*Just as the massive Rathian was about to let loose a stream of flames upon Meta-Ridley, a massive beam of shadowy properties blasted through the wall and into her side. Durama screeched out in pain as the beam blasted a hole straight through her, causing the dragon to fall over, mortally wounded. I fly out of th ehole in the wall, transforming into my Altered Forme, and land right infront of the dragon. I place a single foot down upon her neck, even as she turns back into her human form, keeping her pinned there.*

Game over, Prohpetess...

*Shinobu's demonic side activates, neutralizing the orb's demonic powers, her nails growing into claws, draconic wings bursting from her back, and a long, arrow-ending tail flickering around in the air, the girl now looking almost identicle to a Succubus.*

Shinobu: Nice trick you had there, UR... to bad it was too pathetic to work on me.

*A random flat-screen T.V. bursts from the wall closest to Shinobu before revealing images of me on it, the pictures generating and changing every three seconds to follow my movements*

You call, Shinobu?

*Bright blue plasma bolts whizz past Switchblade's former location and, seconds later, over her head as well. Some splash against the cover she is hiding behind, but the Elites seem to be having trouble getting a bead on her from this distance, and begin to cautiously move forward as a unit, using cover to protect themselves as they get closer. The Major stays farther back, his Concussion Rifle more suited for saturation fire than direct confrontation*

I reach the site logo research facility before knocking on the door.

"Hello, Gira? Bowser? Anyone in there?"

[Pyronychus]

*Switch makes a very soft electronic growl, still trying to sort out the numerous signals. The glow of her eyes flickers slightly as a motor in her left flank finally hums to life as she manages to deploy one cannon. It locks into place with a click and row of small, pale lights pulse smoothly down its barrel. The Lili raises her head carefully, just enough for a short glimpse over the top of the panel, then makes a dash to her right, making a skidding turn as she reaches another panel and pausing, half in and half out of cover, just long enough to release a single plasma bolt, directed for the closest blue armored Elite, though her aim was slightly off...*


*In South Africa, the armored sauro moves off toward where the three helicopters landed, a few dozen yards away from a hangar large enough to house a jumbo jet. The main door is closed, and Hurricane's suit's sensors can't pick up any useful information about what might be inside, so he simply keeps walking purposefully toward the single unarmored raptor and three humans getting out of their aircraft.*

Amy: Sy, will you carry the box while I get the converter?

*Sy nods and hops up toward the pilot's seat, hanging off the side of the chopper as she reaches behind the seat and pulls out a lightly armored, lunchbox sized container. She hops down just as Amy opens a hatch on the side of the Comanche and pulls out a gray cylindrical object with a short but thick wire protruding from each end.*

Amy: Do we have everything?

*Tobias walks out of the Chinook with the compy container in hand. Derek pulls an iPhone-sized object out of his pocket.*

Derek: Do now... Does anyone know exactly how we get in here? It seems pretty secure. I hope we still have clearance without Pyro...

*The Minor, who was halfway across to cover, spins as the plasma bolt crashes into his shoulder. He topples on his back with an angry snarl, but quickly rolls to his feet, his shields partially drained by the blast. He charges towards Switchblade's cover with an angry howl, firing his Plasma Rifle haphazardly as he does so, his aim poor and chaotic like that of an overzealous rookie*

[Giratina93]

*The turrets around the SLRF all lock onto G4E and his army, the plasma bolts ready to be fired if necessary. Yuna and Bowser both appear ontop of the Site Logo, looknig down upon G4E.*

Yuna: Are you friend, or foe?

Shinobu: Um... I was just dealing with the evil version of you over here... that's all..

*The woman looks at my face. the veil of hatred and bitterness that had engulfed her since her revival begins to dissolve, as well as TT's hold on her, as tears begin to stream down her face from her eyes...*

Durama; ...C-Crigan? I-is that you?

*Looks at Durama with an odd expression, before lifting my foot off of her neck.*

Crigan? Who'se Crigan?

*Notices Deadpool, who'se now fully awake, and looking through a book titled "The many NPC's of RPGTopia."*

Deadpool: Let's see here... Crigan... Crigan... Oh, here he is! It turns out, this Crigan fella was your earliest ancestor, Gira. He was the same guy who took down that Ryu-whatshisname 50 years back.

I see...

*Turns back to Durama, whose back onto her feet, the would in her stomach bleeding profusely, though that quickly regenerates.*

Durama: You're not Crigan, but his descendant? No wonder I mistook you for him... He was such a sweet, honest, and loyal young man. He was... like a father figure to me... The only one who helped me out when I was dying. He and his wife... they both were uch nice people-

Wait. His wife? Tell me, what was her name?

Durama: Her name? Her name was Ma-

Wait, what 'evil version of me'? I have yet to hear or see such a thing-hold on a second, I'll call ya back.

*the flat-screen suddenly shuts down but remains where it was, as another emerges from thin air, facing Yuna*

Mortum, Blaze, and Tina manage to get out of the abyss somehow and head to Gira's fort....
