"Your pitiful attempts only delay the inevitable, animal. I have seen your kind many times before. Beasts that stood proud and defiant, wanting to destroy whatever they felt inconvenienced them.... creatures that trembled and cowered, their tails between their legs once they witnessed where their path would lead them. Many have tried to wriggle their way out of retribution...Your excuse bores me...and your intentions are transparent" rumbled the Dragon, as at that moment, a white hot beam of concentrated solar and thermal energy burst from the Dragon's jaws, the sheer force of it blowing Bagan off his feet, hurtling away in a massive trail of smoke and flames, a deafening thunderclap booming out from the sheer intensity of the heat of the beam, the flash blinding everything around him for a few brief seconds, the silence following the deafening echo broken only when Bagan's smouldering form hit the ground nearly a kilometre away, his armour glowing white with heat, the area in direct reach of the beam scorched black, to the point that it was difficult to see just how much damage had been inflicted upon it, the Sentinel looking down at the Beast through fiery eyes, glowing white...

Anguirus stayed hunched near his opponent, his spiked shell an effective deterrent from melee attacks. Either the hunter would retreat, attack from a distance--where Anguirus' reflexes would come in very handy--or simply attack headon and a risk a faceful of spines...

Gidantria watched as The Sentinel sent Bagan flying,This doesn't look like something I'd want to get in the middle of he thought I'll just wait here till it's over and I can ask The Sentinel my question

The fiery saurian soon spots prey off in the distance: a group of giant squid, far below him. Catching their scent as they dive down into the deep, Infernus homes in on the group, swimming like a humongous crocodile, bubbles rising from his mouth. Soon closing his nostrils and eyes, along with preparing his jaws, the Smoke Clad King continues on his way towards his food....

Kori Kahn soon awakens from his long slumber. Stretchnig his wings, the Lord of the North shakes himself, knocking off any dirt particles that may still be on him. He looks at his wings. They were still slightly injured, but well enough to fly now. Roaring to scare away any possible threats, the icy dragon beats his wings up, and is off of the ground. A cloud of dust and dirt gathers below, being sent in wild directions, before Kori Kahn fleis back towards his home in the arctic....

The pain... it hurt so much. Bagan lay there for a few moments, before he slowly began to get onto his hind legs once more. It wasn't the heat of the attack that caused so much pain; to be blunt, he hardly felt the heat, due to his body being used to incredibly hot temperatures. What hurt was the sheer force of the attack. It had been a veyr, very long time since Bagan had felt such a powerful attack, and that was from... Bagan shook his head, before he slowly began to lumber away, toward the sea. He didn't want to deal with this Sentinel creature anymore... This cyborg dragon was far out of his league... Whose the arrogant one again? thought Bagan sarcastically as he waded into the sea, going to find a place where he could regain his energy in peace...

"Consider this your first and final warning. Next time we meet, You will not rise" boomed the Dragon emotionlessly. the blow had caused a smouldering molten crater in Bagan's chest, though smoke and shock had probably dulled it's senses to it. additionally, it's armour seemed thick. likely of a volcanic nature designed to handle high temperatures. it mattered little however. Horus' arsenal would make short work of it if the need arose...

Bagan turned his head to face the Sentinel, pure red eyes staring into Horus's own. 'We shall see about that, Sentinel..." Bagan hissed darkly as he swam off. The crater in his chest would heal rather soon, and the other wounds he had were already regenerated. But regeneration costed much energy, and energy was something Bagan was low on. With that, the beast swam into the depths, knowing he would find food in the deepest reaches of the Ocean...

Meanwhile, Blight had made his way to Mt. St. Helens, and the great dragon was ready to sleep. He landed on the top of the volcano, before curling up, and goin gto sleep, unaware of 8 angry ees starring at him from the base...

Kumongua, it turned out, had followed him... and was ready for revenge...

The rhythmic footsteps echoed in the giant holding area as Jackson made his way back along the catwalk, the recreational room just ahead. His venture into the unknown had been an...enlightening experience. It wasn't until now, the aftermath of society's collapse, that the man had a clue of humanity's ingenuity. The monsters had brute strength, but humans had the power of the mind, and it was that power that proved to be the species' greatest asset. The man in the tattered cloak stepped through the doorway into the room, wondering what Talon had been up to in the time since his departure.

a rumbling sigh came from the Sentinel, the glowing eyes, though unmoving and blank, giving Gidantria the distinct feeling it was being watched. Electricity crackled across the beast's crest and horn as the deep, booming voice rumbled once more. "Aaaaah.....It has been a long time...since I've seen one of you"...

"I watched your kind evolve from nothing....appearing and disappearing in the blink of an eye....You barely lasted a few million years before the destructive power of nature itself annihilated you....Though I suppose it was a bit too much to expect all of you to have been destroyed. It intrigues me that you haven't decayed over the millennia, however. Last I saw, your kind had need of food to maintain their bodies" rumbled the behemoth as he eyed the thorn-covered worm. others of it's kind had kept to themselves, the extent of their damage being their tunneling, which was overall, harmless, unless they congregated in one place. this lack of a threat to the earth had meant he was given no reason to attack them. he wondered how this one would fare in that regard...

All I ask of you great Sentinel is if you can tell me exactly how long I have been in hibernation? Things seem so different, shortly after awakening I saw strange insect like creatures harvesting entire acres of rain forest, and all this noise, whats been going on since I went into sleep?

As he swam through the ocean, The words that Horus had said began to sink into Bagan's mind. So there had been others of his kind that had lived before him... yet Horus had wiped them out... Rage began to fill Bagan's heart, twisting what had once been a caring and benevolent creature into something... more sinister. How DARE that Sentinel act like the guardian of th eplanet, yet wipe out entire species as he see fit! Bagan's mind roared as he set off for the west...

While Blight slept, Kumongua crept closer and closer, the giant 8-eyed spider taking extra measures to make certain he would not awaken Blight this time... This dragon would suffer for destroying his home!

The giant squid were fast, there was no doubt about that. However, swift, crocodile-esque swimming ensure that Infernus closes the distance in record time. Most of the squid blasted ink at the fiery tyrant and swam away, but some of the... less active squid... were still rather unaware of his presence. Opening his massive maw, Ifernus catches two of the lathargic old squid in his maw, nearly rippnig them in two. They squirmed and fought, but all they did was ensure that their fate was death. Ink and blood filled the ocean, as the squid's tentacles battered helplessly against Infernus' weakened, but still rock-tough hide. Soon, the strugglnig stopped, and the squids went limp, pain and organ damage sendign them into shock. Infernus, successful, shakes his head violently, rippnig them both in two, before eating two of the peices and carrying the rest in his mouth back to his home. It is easier for him to eat on land, after all.

"What you saw, was the race that now rules this planet. Their dominion of it is not unconditional, however. Just like any other sentient creature on this planet, they will be warned to correct themselves and the damage they have caused, or face punishment. they have potential for great benevolence, but also great malice and destruction. it was the mistakes of such a race that destroyed my own home, eons ago" rumbled the Dragon as he eyed the worm, considering how best to go about dealing with it...

"And they will listen to you, Sentinel?" hissed the massive worm, the small eyes hidden on the head of it's thorny form locked firmly on the Dragon,he wondered how much power this creature truly wielded if he intended to "punish" all sentient life that didn't see the error of their ways. His small black eyes quickly darted across The Sentinel's body, terrifying features, spikes running from the back of the neck all the way down to the tail, shaped almost like a medieval battle axe,the face one of power and might that looked like the stuff of nightmares, even the wings had sharp spines running down them. You wouldn't be able to see it in his expressionless invertebrate face,as featureless and hard as a mountain but Gidantria was afraid to be in the presence of such a powerful creature at a time like this,if these insect creatures,or anything for that matter refused to bend to The Sentinel's will they wouldn't stand a chance....

"They will listen....or I will force them to comply" rumbled the Dragon calmly, an almost molten shimmer visible in the streaks across his armoured form and between the scales. he considered the options he had at his disposal to ensure his plans would go through. His hibernation had cost his new home dearly.....but he would not let it destroy it. He would correct the mistakes....and crush the opposition....this planet would NOT meet the fate of his own. He would make sure of that...

Gidantria bowed his thick armored head to face The Sentinel as a servant bows to his master,And shall the sentient creatures of this world be warned of their own potential malice soon enough?the enormous worm asked, voice hissing out of his mouth like steam from a boiler. He wanted to make sure he was on good terms with this almighty creature when he was to "correct" the races that refused to see the error of their ways

"They aren't fools. they know. They just need encouragement" rumbled the Dragon simply as he eyed the worm, deciding to leave it be for now. time would tell if his decision would ultimately be the right one, or not...
