we have a giant movie screen set up, were starting the movie at 8pm. Jaws is such a classic, I always watch it on the 4th of july

No, my friend... that, was Man Bear Pig, in the flesh...
Despite its name, it's more closely related to the ground sloth than anything else, so the one shown in the film is called a Sloth...

Was practicing driving today...
Let's just say that my driving experience, as well as several other things today, made this the worse day of summer yet. (Not the worse day of my life... that was the day I got mauled by a cat... Dang thing stil scares me in the few dreams I have...)

It would appear that summer has, instead of increasing my activity on this site, drawn all my attention and energy to other things, some of which seem so ludicrous and absurd to you people that I'd rather not describe them. I have had almost no motivation to post in just about anything on this site in awhile, which I didn't expect to happen (which would explain how abrupt it was).
Again, I'm very sorry, but I'll do what I can to fix that soon, even if I've been left in the dust for awhile now.
