As the genuine surprise dies down Welden was baffled at his acceptance. Searching the village for someone to explain to him the regions and cities that dot the landscape. Walking down the main road the Draconian is greeted by very large set of stairs, leading to an equally large building. Welden assumed if he were to find answers it would be there, ascending the multitude of stairs. Welden is greeted by to his surprise multiple guards stationed in and around the open building. Better stay on my toes. Welden thinks resting his massive hand on the pommel of his great axe. Entering the large building, Welden stands in the wake of a giant hall filled with many scrolls and books. Moving through the hall the Draconian soon finds a man sitting alone within a large chair, his features grayed from age, a large beard sprouting from his jaw. His head was down as if he were napping. Trudging over to the man Welden's footfalls shake the room alerting the man awake. The man looks around obviously startled.
"Who goes there?" the man babbles staring around him as if he can't see. Welden soon observes that the man is indeed blind in both eyes.
"I am Welden, and I seek knowledge." Welden growls deeply, the man seemingly unfazed at the sound.
"I can hear that you are of the dragon family, Draconian perhaps?" The man grumbles guessing correctly.
"Do you know of the lands surrounding your small village?" Welden asks his mood enlightened by the old man's knowledge involving dragons.
"I do, there are many cities, kingdoms, and far off regions surrounding our village Vrok, what would you like to know?" The man asks.
Welden thinks deeply for a long while deciding on what he should ask...

The guard simply nodded sarcastically, then turned his head back to the main show. Byakuren raised her finger to her lips and "Shhhh"d Discord, becuase at that moment, Trajan had advanced out to the edge of the box, and placed his hands on the railings. The young ruler cleared his throat, and all went silent. No one spoke, and not a noise was heard, bar the wind that blew around.

Then, he began, "Friends, Germanians, Civilians, we are gathered here today for the execution of the mastermind behind the murderer of Jeetis. As we all know, jeetis was a great Pope who tried to root our corruption within the city, and was one of my dearest friends. His murder came as a shock and a tragedy to me, an event that I cannot overlook. Several days back, his murderer was executed here, and now, the person who employed him shall now be brought to justice." Here, the crowd roared in agreement, but Trajan raised his hand up, and silenced them all. "Today, the daughter of Jeetis, Dione, shall be put to death." Here, he leaned forward, and pointed down at the girl who was chained in place. "Dione, do you wish to acknowedge that you were incharge of the murder? If you do, then your soul's stay in purgatory shall be lessened, and your punishment in Hell will be less severe."

"I told you already! You have the wrong person! I wasn't the one who did it, I'm innocent!" Dione cried out, but still didn't try to struggle against the chains. It pained Trajan to see her like this, and he wanted to help her out, but he had to do things this way. He couldn't simply let her off the mark without evidence to prove her innocence... A tear formed in the corner of the ruler's eye, but he wipe dit away before anyone could see it...

From behind him, the church officials were getting restless. "SILENCE, WENCH!" The main archbishop called down to her. "Just accept your damn fate and shut up! That's all your good for!" At this, the other church members began to crack up...

In time, the two robed figures found themselves inside the confines of Grymhaven's economically driven sector, the stone buildings towering over their wooden counterparts on either side of maroon colored brick road. They looked like small castles with walkways arching overhead, iron fences with diamond shaped tips stretching across their lengths. Potted plants with willowy limbs hung from below, strange flowers blooming on their hanging vines. In the center of the district there was a large fountain, a circular and rounded marble rim reflected the golden glow of torches as water trickled down the spiraled sculpture of the Draxonian deity of Greshlynk... though due to the creature's serpentine form, it barely registered to Desrium that it was meant to be a dragon. No, what did stir his thought was the clear divide in social classes in the city. How did the peasants feel about being seemingly disregarded and meant to live in wooden huts while others lived in buildings clearly made by skilled masons and metal smiths. In Zuppoland, the city seemed uniform in its elegance, with only the the home of King Sheemaka being given special attention and detail. Then again, perhaps it was because all of the homes there were made of shells and coral.

"There" Desrium said, gesturing to an especially large bastion on a slight rise in the land, giving the already magnificent mansion the illusion of added height. "I believe what we seek is there" he added, running his eye along the long path that ran straight to the keep...

As the duo passed through the city, peasants and peddlers alike (and rich folk in the upper section of the town) gave them odd looks, distrusting of the outsiders. Though they showed no animosity, it was abundantly clear that the people were not so welcoming of them. The Dragon was alright, although many were wary of it. The armored being, however, reminded them of darker times....

The keep was guarded by two guards, who were similar to the ones outside the gate, although they were clad in much more ornate and extravegant armor.

"An unjust trial and obviously corrupt religious figures?" Discord muttered thoughtfully. "Looks like nothing's really changed since I've been gone, has it?" He grinned. As usual, chaos had continued even without his guidance. It was what he loved about it the most. In the end, there was no "King of Chaos," only those who supported it. And Discord was the biggest fan of all...

Draco nodded, and produced the map from his royal garment.

"Here you are, my friend. Use it well."

The tendril wrapped around the map and brought towards Zazikel, who studied it briefly. "And you are certain it is correct?"

"As far as I know," Draco replied. "It was drawn by one of the old Draxonian scholars, so I'd assume it is correct. I've honestly never met anyone who tried to find the Writ of Sealing."

Zazikel studied the map a moment longer, than tossed it carelessly back to Draco. "We will take our chances, then. I am prepared to get underway."

Draco nodded before he spoke again.

Draco replies, "Alright. Let me get my armor then." With that, Draco, map in hand, heads off to get armored up.

Draco stomped his way into the palace's armory. Seeing how late it was, he was surprised to see the blacksmith still at work in his quarters. The blacksmith was just as surprised to see Draco.

"My leige, what are you doing here so late?" the blacksmith inquired.

"Business," Draco said. "May I have my armor?"

"Yes, king Draco," the blacksmith said.

The man worked with haste, getting the king's exquisite armor ready and soon clad his lord in his gear with surprising speed. To finish the ensemble, the blacksmith handed Draco Hellrender, the former prince's trusty sword. With a nod of respect, Draco headed out to meet up with Zazikel...

Trajan turne dhis head, not as Discord, but at the church officials. Immediately, they shut up, though the hungry looks in their eyes told him that they were only doing that to continue to give the illusion that he was in charge. With that, he returned back to the main issue at hand. " You say that you are innocent, but you lack the evidence to abck that claim up. The evidence that does exist points toward you as the one in charge of the murder. As such, your demise has come." He announced, his voice booming for all the audience to hear. And then, pain gripping his soul, he ordered, "Unleash the serpent!".

At this, the crowd went wild as the two guards that were beside Dione went forward and opened up the massive door, before bolting to the sides. As they did, a ear-deafening roar blasted out of the dark tunnel, an donce more, the gigantic serpent slithered out. Unlike before, where it had moved with an obviously malicous intent, it simply slithered across the ground, before rearing up to it's full height of 50 feet, all 8 heads starring back down at Dione. Now, she felt the same fear she had seen on the murderer's face as he had been devoured and killed. her knees banged together like rubber, and the terror in her eyes was visible even to Trajan. The Orochi reared her heads back, her 8 maws opened up, revealing the sharp fangs glistening in the setting sun, the poisonous smog billowing from her maw and gathering around the wooden platform Dioen was on, the acidic venom melting through the wood as if it were toilet paper...

"An Orochi?" Discord piped up, amused. "And being used for executions? Oh, I KNEW this would be a good show!"

Zazikel had easily made his way to the front gate, now hidden outside, waiting in the shadows...

Shortly after armoring up, Draco got his trusty steed from his stable before he strode over to the main gate. Upon his majestic horse, he glanced in Zazikel's direction.

"Are you ready to go?"

"Who are you talking to?" one of the gate's sentries asked.

"None of your business," Draco snapped.

Zazikel emerged from the shadow of the castle walls as little more than an amorphous cloud. He could change into his true form later. "Let's go," he growled simply. "We must get there before the eclipse is over."

Draco nodded, before he said to the guards:

"Open the gates. With haste."

"Uhh.... of course, my leige."

With that, the wounded but now functional gates cracked open, before Draco rushed out of the gate, hoping Zazikel followed....
