"Heh, guess I was right. Name's Arrak," the Turian replied quickly. He had gotten so used to the fake name by now, he pretty much considered it his real one. "You here on a job or something?"
Aria leaned back in her chair, unfazed. "And why would I just hand out information like that for free to someone I've never had dealings with before?" "I am willing to pay handsomely for the information," Grievous replied sourly. "With my supply lines less hindered by the Blood Pack, I will be more than capable of paying whatever price you may demand..." Aria smirked. "ANY price?" "Within reason." "500,000 credits?" Grievous paused. That was an immense amount to pay for only some information. The cyborg growled, then replied, "150,000. As an added bonus, I will make sure none of my operations interfere with yours." "Is that a threat?" "Take it as you will, T'Loak. I control the most powerful droid army this galaxy has ever seen, and I am most eager to test it on an enemy worthy of my time." Now it was Aria's turn to pause. She doubted that Grievous would pull a stunt like that, and risk the rest of the Terminus Systems reciprocating, but he was a complete unknown. Besides, even she knew that 500,000 credits was highway robbery (not that it made a difference in Omega). Still, conceding to his demands so easily wouldn't look good. "Make it 200,000 credits, and we have a deal, General." Grievous dipped his head in a mockingly polite nod of assent. "Very well."
Aria stood up, activating her Omni-Tool and typing away. "I'm uploading the current location of Garrsk's HQ on your... onboard systems, I suppose. He's the head of the Blood Pack on Omega. Take him and his goons out, and you likely won't be dealing with them ever again." Grievous's head-mounted antennae swiveled once. "I have linked up a credit line directly to your Omni-Tool. You will get your credits in due course. A pleasure doing business with you, Ms. T'Loak." Aria smiled, and sat back down, waving at her bodyguards to let him go free. "Go find a nice girl to keep you warm, General. You look like you could loosen up. I'll unlock your ship when the credits come through." Grievous grumbled something unintelligible, then stalked off, back down towards the dance floor. Aria smiled at the tiny victory. She doubted the good general would enjoy himself on the station for what little time he was here...
