"Destroy myself" Desrium echoed, cocking his helm. "...What?" he asked

Septimus furrowed his brow in thought. "How sure are you that it was there?" he asked. He had sensed an odd presence about this place. It wasn't difficult to imagine things weren't as they seemed...

"Not very. It disappeared a few seconds after it turned toward me," Jiier explained with a frown.

"Your parasitic nature will be your end unless you get it under control," Tzeentch explained with haste, striding out of the room.

Desrium's gaze trailed after the new arrival until they had vacated the stone chamber. "Parasite" he thought, reflecting back on the days that had passed. The first time he was Mana Infused since causing Zuppoland to sink into the ocean was due to him absorbing-no- being fed pure magical energy by the Traitor himself. Every other time since then was him being around enough energy that the surge caused his transition. When he was around Jiier, Septimus, even Radamand, he was sapping at their mana reserves.

"...Parasite" the armored being repeated, his sight still fixed on the corridor the elemental disappeared into.

"Hmmm" said Septimus simply. He had a hunch, but he was by no means certain. He had read of spectres and phantoms haunting abandoned ruins. Especially ones with a rich history. This place fitted the description, but he couldn't be sure he was correct. "I'm going to see what got Desrium's attention. Coming?"...

"I suppose so-" Jiier began, before a robed woman appeared at the entrance to the temple, looking out at the still-drenched courtyard, her face nearly impossible to make out from under the hood. Jiier only stared in silence, contemplating whether this was another of what he saw before, and whether he was, in fact, going insane.

The Germanian Army could see more than just the meeting place in the distance: a massive army of Lizardmen were heading for the shrine as well, their organized battleline like a dark line across the horizon. Discord took notice of the distant army from his position above the troops of Germania, and smirked. "Looks like we're not the only ones little miss shapeshifter wanted..."

Septimus watched the robed woman as she exited the shrine, before glancing over at Jiier. "I'm fairly sure she's not an illusion, Jiier" said the dark elf as he headed towards the steps...

Desrium walked over to the golden idol's pedestal and braced the spear against it before sitting himself down at its base. His gauntlets thunked against each other, knuckles braced, the Blood Omen immediately entering a meditative state. He had questions for Inarius.

Guame was quick to respond. "Of course. Seeing that we're up against an enemy of unknown power, she wanted all of Aster to be joined together against this foe."

"But, what if our forces aren't compatiable." Djinn asked. "What if the forces that gather simply cannot work together?"

"I'm certian they will." Guame replied, but Djinn's question was one he hadn't thought of. He had asumed that, with this greater evil, everyone would band together, but now that Djinn had brought this point up, he wasn't so certain...

Byakuren and Dione were standing just behind Trajan. "Is there something troubling you, Trajan?" Dione asked, not feeling comfortable with how the Emperor was just staring out at the lake...

" Could both of you head down to the lakeside? I think there might be something odd occuring there."

Byakuren and Djinn looked at each other. "Sure, I guess." Byakuren said, and with that, both of them wwere on their way over to the lakeside, wondering what Trajan seemed worried about...

"If you say so," Jiier growled, keeping his distance from the robed woman. Tzeentch herself regarded Septimus' approach with a nod, but said nothing.

Septimus returned the nod casually, though he sensed that this being was a lot more powerful than its appearance implied. Ascending the steps, Septimus headed into the temple, soon reaching the chamber where Radamand stood, and Desrium now meditated...

The armored being looked around his ethereal surroundings, pillars of light jutting up all around him as the dreamscape changed before his eyes, rocky platforms turning to weathered stone tile, as if he were emulating the temple itself. Walls burst from the floor and slid up into place, folding upon each other like a monolithic geometric puzzle before locking in place with a deafening thud. Chunks of rock were destroyed by this and cracks riddled the structure, though these were replaced by webs of blue, electrical beams.

The winged elemental was no where to be found in the mental reflection of the temple. "Inarius?" he asked, his voice echoing and amplifying exponentially within his mind, mirroring the loneliness he now felt. Even his friends would suffer from their relation to him.

A bright burst of light appeared in front of Desrium, Inarius' armored form emerging from within, once again opposite the Blood Omen, though standing this time. The elemental was considerably taller than Desrium, now that he was at his full height. "Yes, brother?"

"You did not tell me I was a parasite" Desrium stated, the echoing of his voice fading somewhat, though was prevalent within the room.

"Another guest, I take it?" asked Septimus as he gestured over his shoulder, referring to the old lady, as the Drow looked up at Radamand inquiringly...

"Do you think you are a parasite?" Inarius asked simply.

"The one who has coordinated this effort before my involvement," Radamand explained, opening his eyes and standing straight once more, turning to regard Septimus.

"Then we have a plan?" asked Septimus, his mood lightened by the fact their coordinator had apparently arrived...
