After going through the fight where one first fights Armorked Kantus, I found that part to be less frustrating than the one before heading to Char. I died from a Serapede only once, despite the guides making it look like they'll seek you out no matter what.

I noticed something, despite my activity on the site drasiticly dropping, my stats for post per day hasn't dropped very far

Finally beat Gears 3 on insane. It was close to 1 in the morning when I finally killed the tempest. During one of my tries in the 3rd phase, I died when I killed a Shrieker and it fell on me.

As far as I know posts per day isn't weighted towards recent activity, so it probably just gets the ratio of your posts to days you've been on the site, so it'll take a long time before days of inactivity start to eat into it.

I find it sad that this is the last time this century that the day, month and year will ever be identical. :<

Next time it happens will be 01/1/2101

I love how in 2010, everyone was freaking out over the world ending.

And now it's 2012, and nobody gives a crap.

Well think about it. How many end-of-the-world scares have been made in the last decade alone? It's like there was one for every year since '99 :P

All the same, even if it seems like nobody cares, I'm sure there will be some idiots going out and doing stupid sh*t just because they believe it'll be their last day and "YOLO".

(I hate that phrase.)

So yeah. Be safe, everyone. God forbid you get mowed down by a drunk moron in a Smartcar while out for a walk or something. :P

I can see those promoting the doomsday nonsense struggling to explain to the press why nothing happened once the 21st comes and goes.

When the world ends... I will be sleeping and drinking eggnog while also being on here. A perfect way to end my existance.

That game was incredible. Pity it was short and linear. I would be willing to pay for a free-roaming version of it [ala FallOut or S.T.A.L.K.E.R.].

Word of advice: Don't take open book exams lightly. The reason they're open-book is because it'd be nearly impossible to answer without the book.
