Steeltalon gave Switchblade another nudge, getting up and nosing her gently toward the root cave entrance. She managed to get her out of the root cave and growled to Redtooth, "It might be a while before she wakes up. Poor thing was terrified." She gave Switchblade a final nudge toward Redtooth and went back into the root cave, giving Silver a reassuring nuzzle. She laid her head down and rested beside the young hatchling, not allowing herself to fall asleep for fear of losing Silver.

green eye finally calmed down slightly. he was watching his son attack a large lizard that had been chasing a centipede. sunlight quickly bit the lizard on the back, killing the red scaled creature instantly. green eye let his son eat the lizard.

Darkness continued to stare at the root cave until he couldn't take it anymore. He rose from the ground slowly, still as dark as before. Darkness started to walk over to the root cave, not thinking, just knowing what he had to do. He reached the roots and crouched down beside the opening. ...Steeltalon... he growled from the shadows outside the small plant cave.

Shadow leaf watched over sandstorm worriedly, he was doing alot better and it seemed he was pulling out of the sleep. She sighed and laid down, hoping things would be alright, and she still didnt know where Clawfist or quicktooth was...

Redtooth hissed a sigh of relief and gently picked Switchblade up. he growled, "I'm sorry about all this, if I did cause it." He heard Darkness say Steeltalon's name, and decided to leave.

Sandstorm coughed again and his eyes opened. He started panting and snarled "what... the.... hell.... just happened to me...." shadow leaf smiled but knew better than to make a big deal about things, it would make him panic. She answered softly "dont worry, the same thing that happened to Slice when the edmontosaurs stampeded" She was very happy to see him alive, but she knew the danger wasnt passed yet. Hungrily he ate the para chunk and drank the water.

RawClaw was getting hungry again. He let out a cute growl and tried to use his nose to smell food...no, that won't work. I just have to keep going. He sprinted some more, the strange sounds of the jungle getting to him. Howlers were taunting him with their howls. Tropical birds were squaking annoyingly and some were staring at him with their beady black eyes. RawClaw felt alone...he needed someone to play with. Probably there was another hatchling around, another pack?

Steeltalon lifted her head when Darkness spoke her name. "Darkness," she growled softly, keeping her gaze level, not giving anything away. Her muscles relaxed.

[TyrannoTitan]

Steeltalon.... Darkness growled, trying to find the right words. I may not be able to find the right words to decribe how I feel.....but I feel as I said before... he growled, still a few feet away from the entrance to the root cave.

Steeltalon tilted her head to one side, thinking over what he said. "You never did answer my question you know. Why do you think I should have a mate?" She shifted slightly so she could talk more comfortably.

[TyrannoTitan]

...I just thought you might want companionship....maybe having a mate would be a good thing...you could have help with Silver.... Darkness growled.

Steeltalon laid her head back down, thinking it over. "I guess so," she growled softly. She'd gotten used to living alone, only having visitors or injured friends drop by. It was hard to picture herself having a mate and hatchlings she could call her own.

Darkness smiled, even though Steeltalon could not see. Sounds good....doesn't it? he growled, not knowing what else to say....

Steeltalon closed her eyes, putting some serious thought into it. She'd been alone for so long, running from her enemies, it was hard to think about settling down and raising a family. Darkness loved her, and Steeltalon loved him...She seriously thought about it for about a minute and then gave a soft sigh. "Yeah."

Darkness froze. What did this mean? How he wished she would be more specific! ....Steeltalon.... he growled, not knowing what else to say. Did this mean they were mates? Darkness opened his mouth again, but nothing came out. His colors started to change, brightening, but returning to the dark color.

Steeltalon lifted her head. "Yeah?" she growled softly, tilting her head to one side.

[TyrannoTitan]

Darkness fumbled with his words, not knowing what to say. Are....we...I mean...do you....I mean... he growled, finally sighing and laying his head down.

Al roared at her loudly "Not ever since you almost got killing by that Giganotosaurus!"

Smash roar swung her head in rage "HE WAS TAUNTING ME!"

Al growled "NO HE WASN'T! YOU WERE BOTHERING HIM!"

Smash stomped "GET AWAY FROM ME!! I DON'T NEED YOU!"

Al roared with anger "NO! I'M NOT LEAVING YOU!"

Steeltalon tilted her head slightly the other way. She didn't know much of love, but she knew that eventually Darkness would figure out what he wanted to say.

Sandstorm had fully camed down, his breatheing had returned to normal, and he was a lot more relaxed. Then Shadow leaf growled " By the way, You did something really stupid while you were angry.." He closed his eyes and growled "Ahhh crap...... what was it..." She smirked and hissed "I dunno ask Steeltalon or Darkness" Then he realised and growled louder "Ah crap! now im going to have to appologise and I dont even know waht it was!" The last thing he could remember was going back to sleep after scareing switchblade, he remembered some sortve plan he and darkness had but that was about it... He closed his eyes thinking about what it mightv'e been......
