Post Profiles In This Topic Only.

Chaos was sweeping the land like wildfire as the drums of war started playing their grim tune. the Dragons of the Order had been dying for unexplained reasons. the Blue, Black, Silver, Purple, White and Green crystals had disappeared, their owners dead and the races of the holders in confusion at the event, as the Imperial families tried to find replacements for them. The Green and Silver Dragons were against each other, the Elves were fighting humans of any type, the Giants were against anyone who came near their precious homes in the mountains, cliffs, caves and caverns of the world, the Dwarves having been betrayed and attacked by the Green Dragon Barakus, resulting in a hostility between the two races, and all the while the Demonic and Industrial super powers were fighting against each other and all the other races. it seemed a new age of pain and suffering would soon befall the world, unless the ancient powers were used to prevent it...the Alariel Gems and their almighty powers were the only things that could stop it, and the majority of them had disappeared...

Hydras hissed at his eighth head. "There's a fine unicorn,.." Hydra's seventh head started drooling. The main headd thought "Don't get anxious yet...." His seventh head thought "FINE!, Let me and 7 others STARVE!" The main head "Thought again "We'er goin to kill it, just wait..." This was a great advantage for Hydras. His stalking skills were high, seeing that he didn't need to speak to communicate. " The main head thought to his second head. "Stretch your neck behind it and eat it!" The second head did as it was told. Each head let out a long pant. "That was good." Hissed the fourth head. Hydras went back into the mud pit and sank beneath the mud, waiting for another victim...

Garroth was up, he knew it was time. The morning light in the sky beamed on him like as if it was meant to draw him out. He knew his parents family had already said goodbye to him before he had slept. His friends had said their farewells also. He was going to miss them but for a dragon, he was old enough now to go on his own. Many of the Green Dragons were also headed out to fight the Silver Dragons. Their leader had selected a number of the Green Dragons to go after the Orcs. Garroth was one of the lucky few. He knew something like this would be his toughest challenge of his life. First, they were assigned with the task of attacking the Orcs and weaken them. Then there was the Alarial Crystals which needed to be found, as they had been disappeared, their holders dead under unknown circumstances. He knew it was going to be a long journey...

A large black silhoute of dragon stood against the sky. A huge spike of ice towering to his left. A cold blizzard knocked against his side. The only colour visable were two glowing lamp like eyes. Stimeak stood up on the huge boulder watching the mountains below. In the distance he could see his old home. Idly thinking about his past. He snapped out of the trance and glanced below at the herd of Elks. He turned his head and bellowed "Neltharion! Come on!" The dragon leapt off the rock his wings extending out catching the wind and he glided down towards the herd. He outstretched his claws and at the bottem of his dive roared snatching up one of the beasts. He quickly climbed back up in the sky waiting for Neltharion to follow.

Neltharion flew toward his teacher, despritely trying to please him. Yes...Stimeak...? he bellowed as he neared him. The young dragon wasn't used to this constant flying...

Stimeak quietly cracked the elks neck to stop it from squireming and then bellowed trying to get his voice over the noise of the blizzard " Catch one of the elks or you'll be going hungery." The young dragon didnt seem to hear him, so he took one claw off the elk and clenched his fist. When he opened it A shell seemed to appear around them where the blizzard just moved to the sides. They were in a small bubble in the middle of the storm. He roared "I said try catch one of the elks or else you will be going hungery. They are too large for me to carry two of them." He beat his wings stronger trying to stay upright in the creul weather.

Neltharion nodded and flew toward the ground, trying his best to keep steady. As he neared the elks, he grabbed at one, only to miss, but caught it with his tail, sending the bloodied beast into the air. Neltharion smiled and grabbed the elk, flying toward his teacher. Ok, now what? he growled, flapping his wings idley.

Stimeak was already starting to fly foreward and he roared back at Neltharion "Seriously young one think for your self we are in the middle of a blizzard we have to land back at the peak!" He beat his wings as strong as he could trying to power himself through the bitter wind. He liked snow, but not when this much of it was slaming against your wings. He flew up higher untill he burst out of the clouds. The peak in veiw. He made a small dive to gain speed and tried his best to angle towards the cave near the top.

Orion woke up to a beautiful morning in the forest. The glaring sun shimmered against his midnight coat. He snorted, yawned, then finally stood up and tried to shake the sleepiness out of him. "A new day," he thought and sighed as he started to head to a stream in the east of the forest at a trot. His ears swiveled and listened to the sounds of the waking birds and the whisper of the trees as they blew against the soft breeze that was entering the forest. When he finally got to the stream, he lowered his head and started to take a drink. The water was cool and refreshing to him. It really woke him up and reenergized him. Still, as he was taking his drink, he wondered what today would bring. Would Damarian come to visit him again to talk some buisness about the elves? Would he be alone, forced to wander the forest out of boredom? Would he try to find Bloodrose Valley again to see if he could find other unicorns like himself? He hoped that he wasn't the only unicorn. Probably there were more unicorns in the world. They are just hiding somewhere...

Garroth rose up and stretched his neck and tail and wings. He rested on a tower, similar to a bell tower but meant for dragons to sleep in. It had nothing but a small flame burning on a small pillar that sat at one corner of the tower. The flame had died already. Garroth checked that his wings were well and spread them out so they could receive morning’s embrace. His emerald scales glistened in the sunlight. Garroth yawned before shaking himself to focus. Then with a quick leap, he flew off the tower. As he descended his wings caught the wind and Garroth began to glide as he gained altitude. He flew across the green hillsides below. They certainly were beautiful. It was a shame that he would be leaving these lands. He past the negative thought aside and remembered how he was chosen to go on this quest and flew to the meeting place where he and several other Green Dragons would meet before leaving on their quest…

"Wrong again, Inferno! you'll never master the Pyro Beam like that!" yelled the elderly Red Dragon, whose Black Horns curved forward like a Balrog's, his eyes glowing with fiery might. the Red Emperor stood before him, trying to teach him one of the most powerful breath attacks a Red Dragon could use, one which was exclusive to Imperials. "Focus your mind on a single target, and begin charging your breath. once you have reached the limit and cant charge it anymore, choose your target and focus on it as much as you can, and unleash the beam". Inferno was following The massive Red Emperor's words, and finally targetted a large flightless bird which was standing a distance away. he unleashed the blast, and a bright, rich white beam, small bits of yellow and black fire within the white beam, came from his mouth, engulfing the bird, making it fall to the ground, a massive hole in it's side from the beam. "Very good Inferno! Fieras, your turn". the young Female Red Imperial nodded to her father, and targetted another bird that had come to see what had happened to it's flock member, and went through the steps her father had just told Inferno, and charged her fiery breath as much as possible, before letting it loose on the poor bird, engulfing it in a wide fiery yellow beam only slightly smaller than Inferno's, killing the bird with similar results to Inferno's kill. "Excellent. Congratulations, both of you. you have now mastered the Pyro Beam. your ultimate natural attack. be careful where you use it though. the older you get, the more powerful the beam will be. eventually..." he started as he closed his eyes, and then opened them, staring right at a very thick tree, a Malorne Tree, as it was known, immense, as wide as 3 Redwoods side by side. he unleashed a rich sky blue beam which burned a massive hole twice as wide as Inferno's, right through the tree. "...You should be able to do that". Inferno watched the hole wide eyed for a moment, then decided to try and match him. "What are you doing, Inferno?". Inferno snarled "Trying to match it". Mortus grunted "Good luck. you'd be the first to do it if you actually can top that. i have outdone so many students if you actually beat me i'd be reassured i was right in making you my heir". Inferno grinned. he hadn't done EVERYTHING as Mortus told him to earlier. he hadn't fully charged his breath the first time. it was half of it. this time, he went all out. preparing his beam and charging it as much as he possibly could, he let it lose on the same tree. the beam started thin, easily fitting in the hole. as Mortus began to chuckle, the Beam suddenly began to widen, until it was enough to widen the hole by about 5 feet in every direction. Mortus looked at him in surprise, the grin wiped off his face. "Inferno....you DO know what kind of power you need to do something like that...right?". Inferno nodded. "That is the first time a student has been able to outdo me in a Pyro Beam". Inferno grinned proudly, but was suddenly knocked back as Mortus' tail connected with him. "Dont get your hopes up yet, Inferno. we're only just starting" grunted Mortus with a chuckle. Inferno groaned. he was enjoying his moment of glory until that happened. Fieras was giggling. "Come on, you two. I think that's enough for today. time to return home" snarled Mortus as he spread his ragged, torn wings and lifted off, the two younger Dragons soon following...

Valroz had gotten permission from Beliar to fufill a personal grudge. He wanted revenge on the Red Imperial Dragons for trying to stop his destructive rampages on more than one occasion. As a matter of fact, most Dragons had tried just that and failed. But he wanted to exact revenge on the Red Imperials first, to get the pests out of the way. Only their close-range weapons had any chance of hurting him, so he would have an advantage. He grinned at the thought of killing their leader. The demon flew to the cave he knew they lived at. He saw below him two fried birds, and knew he was close...

they arrived at the cave, Mortus landing with Fieras. he led her inside, as he watched Inferno fly off into the distance. "A Threat draws near Mortus. a threat draws near" a whispering voice came in Mortus' mind as his Alariel Gem glowed slightly. Mortus looked at Fieras, and growled "Get inside, and go to your mother. i have other things that need to be done". at that he leapt off of the rocky ridge at the entrance, and flew off, luring the threat to him using the Alariel Gem to engulf himself in flames, as he flew towards the Frozen Spire...a place that would likely give him an edge. he didn't like the place much, but it was perfect for fighting, as it intensified the strength of his flame weapons...

Valroz saw what seemed to be a huge fireball flying toward what he knew as the Frozen Spire. It seemed to be a trap, but he didn't care. Whatever that fireball was, it underestimted him. As he followed it, he got in close and lashed out with a clawed hand. He grabbed the end, which felt like a tail. He absorbed the flame surrounding what soon became clear as a dragon. He grinned and let go. He stopped and hovered watching what the dragon's next move would be.

Neltharion nodded at Stimeak and followed him back to the peak. As they arrived, Neltharion tore into the Elk, not noticing the battle raging before them...

Stimeak landed into the cave, neltharion was already eating his elk. The cave was right at the base of the spire itself. A massive pillar of ice. At the back of the cave was a frozen wall of ice. he dubbed it the ice fault as there was hollow just inside, where he could keep anything of value. From his position, He could make out a demon and another dragon fighting. The small silver gem hung around is neck started to glow faintly. Sighing he reached out with his hands and they started glowing. then he made a movement as if to push something invisable. The blizzard that they had just flown through suddenly moved towards the fighting pair. He didnt want them anywhere near Neltharions and his home. Hopefully they would just fight out there. Then he turned back to his dead elk and started eating. He didnt like when people approached the spire. When ever they came close ussauly he would conjure up a storm to scare them away. One or two times however, they had been persistent.

Valroz noticed a blizzard, which he had avoided earlier, moving toward him and the dragon. He decided to leave, not wanting to get caught in something that could pose a threat to him. He swiftly flew away, back to where he had seen the fried birds, but he watched the dragon carefully, to see what it would do. If it went back to its family, he would follow it.

Mortus was surprisd when the threat absorbed some of his fiery shield. a Demon...well, it could easily be dealt with. sensing a Blizzard forming, he turned around, and flew away. the Demon had disappeared, but he still felt a threat to his family, so he started searching for the Demon...

Valroz noticed the Dragon searching for him. "Well then," Valroz growled, "come and get me." He formed a firey bow in his hand and summoned an arrow of flame into the other. He notched the arrow and let it fly straight at the Dargon. Even if it missed, he could control the projectile and make it follow his opponent.

Mortus saw a burning arrow flying towards him. he was going to dodge it, until he realized that it was made entirely of fire. he nearly laughed as the arrow hit him, his body absorbing it instantly. "You cannot harm me, Demon! Leave before decide to reduce you to a pile of cold, dry rocks!". Mortus roared challengingly, awaiting the Demon's reaction...
