Steeltalon sighed as she curled up, too exhausted from her Fury driven attack on the humans. She shouldn't have expended so much energy defending the territory...maybe then they'd still be there. Maybe she'd be nuzzling her hatchlings as Darkness dozed by her side. Maybe Sandstorm and Shadowleaf would be returning from a sucessful hunt. Maybe Silver would be happily playing with RawClaw again.

She wanted the nightmare to be over. Just over, a dream she'd never have to relive again...

Hunter spotted his father, strapped on the back of a large human vehicle. he walked alongside it, hidden by the trees, making sub-sonic roars to get his attention...

Crusher opened his eyes to find himself bound down on some human vehicle, and noticed Hunter in the trees, calling to him. Crusher made a weak acknowledging groan, his Jaws nearly completely bound shut...

Hunter charged out, trying to get at the things that were holding Crusher down. suddenly, something exploded on his left leg, and he was knocked down, a large wound in his side...

Crusher spotted Hunter down, wounded. his eyes seemed to flare red, and he started jerking violently, his jaws opening up with such power that the straps holding them shut snapped and flew off. "HUNTER!" he roared, as he pushed his leg down as hard as he could, at first leaving a foot imprint in the bottom of the thing carrying him. then, a loud snap came. the strap holding his hip down had snapped, split down the middle and swinging down on either side of the carrier, crushing some of the men on either side. next, the strap holding his tail snapped, torn lose as Crusher's massive muscular tail swung up. Crusher tore his head from the back of the carrier, snapping the final strap and sending it flying. he stood to his full height, and roared, before walking off the carrier, and knocking it out of his way, walking over to his son, who was wounded. he looked at the humans, and roared. they got into the jeeps, come of them climbing on top of them, and shot off. Crusher looked at Hunter, and made a booming summoning Roar, calling Lightning to the place. he then charged off after the humans, gaining on them frighteningly fast, his fury powering him forward so fast one would wonder if a Raptor would be able to outrun him...

"Crusher," Steeltalon murmured, recognising the enraged roars. She yawned, too tired to do anything, and managed to fall into an uncomfortable sleep.

All the men at the entrance dived out of the way of the massive beast. Guns went off. Fireing real bullets at the beomoth. One of the enginers saw the power boxes were right in its path. All the cage locks were electronic, if the power went out, then the dinosaurs would escape he shouted "Dont let him near the power boxes! Keep it away from the power boxes."

Meanwhile a scientist was busy stareing into one of the cages containing two females. One gray one with menaceing red eyes and the other one had tiger stirpes.

Softfoot ducked hearing the roar she hissed frightened "What was that?"

Steeltalon opened one eye and glared at the human, growling as she lifted her head. She curled back her lips to reveal sharp fangs, her eyes flashing dangerously. She put her head back down and closed her eyes again, her muscles stiff with irritation.

SharpClaw's head picked up at the sound of the roar. "Crusher," she barked with excitement. He would come...he would save them...

RawClaw also picked up his head and stared in the direction of the sound, as well as RawHide. There was hope in their eyes...

Svage was becoming impatient. He was getting hungry. He rammed the cage, ignoring the pain. With no prevail, Savage layed down and roared in rage so loud that the entire facilaty could hear.

white scale also saw that her mate was no where to be found. what if green eye had been killed by a giga or anothe predator while he was visiting steeltalon. however, white scale picked up her mates scent. the scent was heading away from the nest, to the east. white scale and sunlight began to head in the direction of the scent, they were worried about green eye.

Crusher saw one of the jeeps, containing the one who shot Hunter, go into the human base, as the gates closed. He chomped down on the back of one of the jeeps in front of him, and pushed forward, sending it skidding out of control and rolling, tumbling onto it's side and rolling until it landed on a corner, making it go airborne and over the entrance. Crusher lowered his head and slammed his head upwards, knocking the gates out of place and sending them spinning until the fell down. he was being shot but didn't feel a thing. he targetted the one who had hit his son with the rocket. he was in one of the jeeps that had zoomed off into the compound. it had gone straight, past a large box which was making a mechanical humming sound. Crusher charged forward, swinging his head into the large box shaped machine, making it explode, as he charged straight through the compound, tearing into tents, sending vehicles barreling in all directions, crushing and killing any person who got in his way as he charged after the small vehicle, gaining on it so fast the people in it were becoming terrified...

In his rage Savage slammed into his cage door again. The door swung open and he ran out. Some humans coming to study Savage pulled out their guns but they were too late and they were crushed by Savage. He ran out of the opening in the fence they didn't close to see Crusher ripping apart the tents. Savage saw that humans were trying to block off the back of facility, it was a straight shot into the jungle. He ran to it and rammed the crude barricade and got out.

The scientist laughed at the two females. Then suddenly all the fences sparked and shut down, then all the cage doors clicked and fell open with a thud......

green eye awoke to find himself in a strange place. there was something in his way and at first, he couldn't get out. he gave up for 40 minutes and decided to try again. this time, he didn't feel any pain when he touched the structure and he quickly broke out. green eye looked at one of the small creatures and saw it trying to run away. he qiuuckly grabbed the creature and killed it, his teeth making short work of the body.

SharpClaw started to snarl and smirk. He suddenly jumped out of the cage and began to go on her own rampage, screeching and searching for some humans to kill. Bloodshed was the only thing on her mind at the moment. "Humans...will...PAY!"

RawHide also jumped out of his cage and pounced on the closet human. He used his killing claw to slash open the throat. Blood starting to pour open. "This is what you get for locking me up," he screeched and started to scratch and bite the human, tearing him apart.

RawClaw, however wanted to find Silver first. He leaped out and started to bark for his mate.

Steeltalon leapt onto the human, killing him quickly and silently as her Fury blomed again, her eyes turning ocean blue, her colors darkening until she was nearly invisible in the darkened human base. She ran towards Silver's cage, sticking to the shadows as much as possible, relying on stealth to stay hidden.

Silver ran towards Steeltalon, the hatchlings at her side safely. "Bring them home," Steeltalon whispered as she ran towards Darkness' cage.

Silver nodded and picked up the hatchlings. She barked to RawClaw and bolted from the humans into the jungle, keeping the scared and confused hatchlings nestled close to her chest. She barked as she ran, alerting RawClaw to her position.

RawClaw heard Silver's bark and followed it toward her. She was with a couple of hatchlings. "Silver..." he said softly, touching her muzzle for a minute.

Silver rubbed her snout against RawClaw's and growled softly, "We have to get the hatchlings to Steeltalon's cave and stay there until Steeltalon arrives." She nudged two of the hatchlings toward RawClaw and picked up the other two, starting to run in the direction of the home she'd spent most of her life in.

Steeltalon finally arrived at Darkness' cage and barked softly, "Darkness, can you hear me?" She stayed in the shadows, out of view of the humans.

RawClaw nodded and picked up the two hatchlings. He dashed off, following Silver deep into the jungle.

Savage saw humans looking out for him. They had shot guns with high power bullets. The same kind used to kill elephants. He ducked in the bush and walked behind the humans, being quiet as possible. He then bit into a human with all his force and killed it instantly. He swallowed it whole. He wasn't hungry anymore. He then slunk back into the bushes. The humans never noticed that one was missing....

Silver made sure that Switchblade was safely in her frint claws, while one hatchling rode on her back. The other she carried gently in her jaws, knowing that they had to reach Steeltalon's cave sometime soon.

Steeltalon called softly, "Darkness?"

Darkness gently pushed the cage door open, the lack of lights making it almost impossible to be seen. He crept in the shadows of the setting sun, unnoticed by all. It was perfect, no killing required. Darkness walked over to a wall, smelling Steeltalon's scent beyond it. He made a low snarl of frustration, a nearby human stopping his panic to look his way. The pitch balck raptor moved into a dark corner, closing his eyes, making it impossible to see him. The human turned back and ran to help control the chaos, giving Darkness time to find a way behind the wall. He saw a human open a small portion of the wall, revieling that it had an inside. Darkness smirkd and crept inside, the human leaving it wide open.

The area inside was small, but dark. Darkness snarled as he bumped into a small structure with things on top of it. A human nearby looked toward him, Darkness having no where to hide. As the human turned, Darkness was already infront of him. The human opened it's mouth to scream, but Darkness jumped onto it and slashed its throat, silencing it. He made a low snarl and continued on, finding another portion of the wall open. Darkness could smell Steeltalon out that opening.

He crept out of it, appearing in another open area. Darkness looked to his left and saw humans pointing strange objects at something he couldn't see. He couldn't risk it being Steeltalon they were pointing at. He made a snarl and pounced at both of them, knocking them to the ground. Darkness slashed the one's throat and kicked the other in the head with his killing claw. At the sounds of the humans dieing, more humans became alert and started to walk over to the scene. Darkness jumped out of their way before noticed, and continued to move silently through the shadows.

Suddenly, Steeltalon's scent was back the way he came. Darkness hissed in annoyance, waiting until the humans left before running back inside the structure.
