Barely able to control his laughter sandstorm barked "Darkness! That was almost as skillfull as when you fell into the stream."

[Hopeflower]

"You alright?" Steeltalon asked. "That was a nasty fall."

The hatchlings went over to their father, Ruby jumping onto his head and chirping. Darktalon and Blackstripe climbed onto his back while Whitestreak nipped at Darkness' tail.

[TyrannoTitan]

I'm...uh...fine... Darkness growled, the volume of his voice lower then ever before. He nudged Ruby, the hatchling chirping and jumping onto his head again. Darkness smirked, but it was short lived. His face turned neutral soon after, still playfully nudging the hatchlings and moving his tail for them to chase.

"Good to know." Steeltalon murmured, gently licking her burned shoulder. It hadn't stopped throbbing, and if she stretched it anymore the skin could split open and let infection creep in.

Silver started work on another nest, as big as the one she'd made before they were captured by the humans. She was anxiously awaiting the time when she'd become a mother.

Smirking Shadow leaf walked back towards Sandstorm. As she passed Darkness she muttered "Sorry about that...." She sat down next to sandstorm and he hissed "You just couldnt resist, could you?" She just shrugged and laid her head down.

Fatalis had recently finished showing his father some of the less well known skills that he'd need to be capable of surviving as a loner, and BlackStorm and Hookfang were resting n a cave on the outskirts of Crusher's territory. he had decided that it was about time he went to visit his friends. first, he'd go to see how Steeltalon and er hatchlings were doing, and then he'd go to see what had become of Blade and Exile...

Steeltalon stood and arched her back in a stretch as the hatchlings continued jumping around Darkness. She yawned and licked her burn one last time before wandering over to the stream. The half-mutant waded into the stream and laid down in the shallows, the cool water soothing her battle-weary muscles and the injuries she'd gotten from the night before.

Redtooth got up and shook himself awake, before walking into the stream to fish. He dove down and chased a particularly large one. When he caught it, he got an idea. He surfaced, putting the fish on the ground, and hissed to Steeltalon, "Do you mind if I show your hatchlings what fish tastes like?"

[Hopeflower]

"Not at all," Steeltalon growled quietly, resting her head on the bank of the stream. The murmur of the stream and how it soothed her injuries was slowly relaxing her.

[TyrannoTitan]

Darkness watched the tiny hatchlings, amused by their play fighting. I wonder if Steeltalon named them all... he growled, only knowing one hatchling's name. A dark colored hatchling was playing with one of his siblings, but was loosing. Darkness smirked and nudged the hatchling into the shadow of the nest, making the other hatchling confused. Darkness made a growl of amusement as the dark color hatchling playfully pounced out from the tiny shadow, both of the tiny creatures continueing their game. Ruby was close by his head again, and Darkness rubbed his head against the tiny hatchling, causing her to chirp and back up, only to charge forward and chirp again. They will be fine fighters... Darkness growled, laying his head to watch them.

Redtooth nodded and picked the fish up in his jaws. He walked over to the nest and laid the fish dow, before hissing, "Alright kids, uncle Redtooth has something to show you!"

Ruby chirped curiously, looking up at the massive carnivore. Her brothers abandoned their game to look at something beside the nest. Blackstripe nudged the thing and scrambled back with a chirp when it moved.

Steeltalon watched as she climbed out of the stream, shaking herself and resting on the bank. It was nice that the hatchlings were experiencing new things so young. They'd learn faster and remember these important details.

Redtooth nudged the fish and bit down on it to kill it and stop it moving. He hissed, "Don't worry, it won't hurt you. Just eat it. Make sure to get those little scales off first." He pulled several scales off the fish to show the white meat underneath to the little raptors.

Fatalis was nearing Steeltalon's cave and decided to make a bark to announce his presence, so that nobody got taken by surprise. he walked into the clearing of the cave to see Steeltalon resting...

Blackstripe, her curiosity peaked, stepped forward and took a small bite, swallowing and taking another, chirping happily as her three siblings joined her.

Steeltalon lifted her head and barked a greeting to Fatalis. Her burned shoulder stung slightly and she drew her tongue over it gently, trying not to make herself look weak.

Redtooth grinned and growled to Steeltalon, "It seems they have a thing for fish by the looks of it, Steeltalon."

[Hopeflower]

Steeltalon nodded. "It'll be interesting to see them growing up chirping for someone to catch fish for them," she purred softly.

Ruby and the others soon ate their fill and hopped over to Darkness, chirping for a game. They ran around their father excitedly.

[The Kingpin]

Fatalis walked forward, noticing a large Spinosaur, several Raptor Hatchlings and a Black Raptor resting near Steeltalon which looked vaguely familiar. Fatalis nodded at the Spinosaur, acknowledging him, and then looked at Steeltalon and hissed "I take it Sandstorm mentioned i'd be here for a visit today" he started, not wanting to go into a full blown conversation yet, just in case he wasn't expected...

Steeltalon nodded. "He did," she growled softly. She licked her burn again, relaxed despite the throbbing pain.

Silver looked up and nodded to acknowledge the visitor. She rested her head on her crossed wrists and closed her eyes.

Redtooth nodded to the raptor, whom he recognized as Fatalis. He turned to watch the hatchlings play.
