Fatalis looked at Steeltalon, who was licking a wound. "I see something happened while i was away. What happened?" he hissed, curious as to how a wound like that could've occured...

Steeltalon stiffened slightly. "Humans," she hissed. Rage flared in her eyes. "Insolent things who stormed in here as though they owned the island. They captured us and put us into cages...I'm glad they're all dead." She calmed down again and returned to licking the burn.

Silver bared her teeth at the memory. Nothing like that had ever happened to her, and she hoped it never happened again.

Fatalis' eyes widened. "Humans?! how...they must've come to shore from the north. i've been south in the last few days getting my father acquainted with the life of a Loner. i never heard a thing"...

Steeltalon shrugged, causing her shoulder to sting. "If anything, be glad you weren't here," she murmured. She still couldn't believe how angry she'd gotten, angry enough to make the Fury act up.

Fatalis nodded. he had only come across humans once, and it wasn't a good encounter. he had massacred the group, but left with a scar going down his left leg, from a bullet that had grazed him as he attacked the leader of the group. feeling a need for a more cheerful topic, he decided to mention the youngsters. "I see your youngsters are learning to fish...and swim" he hissed, a slight chuckle coming up as he said it...

Sandstorm and Shadow leaf barked in greeting to Fatalis. Sandstorm nodded in agreement to what Steeltalon had said and then laid his head down. Shadow leaf barked "Did you see Softfoot?" Sandstorm cursed lightly when he heard that. He had forgotten to tell her about his talk with Steeltalon on the subject.

Fatalis looked at Shadowleaf and growled "I have only come across 3 Raptors outside of my family in the time between my last visit and now, but unfortunately, none of them matched Softfoot's looks"

"Yes they are," Steeltalon purred softly, glancing at the hatchlings, who were still running around Darkness and nipping at him playfully. "Fast learners, too." She switched her gaze to Sandstorm, a bit of pain glittering in her red eyes. "You didn't tell Shadowleaf?"

Darkness nudged Ruby again, growling softly at the young raptor. He heard some growls and looked up, seeing Steeltalon talking with another raptor. Darkness saw that they weren't aggressive to eachother, and payed it no mind. He looked back at the hatchlings, but looked back up at the raptor. They all know him.... Darkness growled, eyeing the raptor again. Suddenly, it hit him. Fatalis... Darkness snarled, getting up from his spot, the hatchlings staying back by the nest. He limped toward them, his eyes turning to slits. I finally can repay you...Fatalis... Darkness snarled, slowly nearing the two, getting into a defensive stance.

Sandstorm hissed "Honestly I forgot. But now that both of us are here you can tell us the full story." Shadow leaf looked around her eyes narrowing.

Redtooth saw Darkness go into a defensive stance, like he was going to attack Fatalis. He immediately got up and put claw between the two raptors. He hissed, "Darkness, what are you doing?"

Fatalis cocked his head, looking at the black Raptor in confusion. "Darkness? that's you?! finally! i've been wondering when i'd find you again!" he barked at the sight of his old friend. he then saw Darkness go into a defensive stance and hissed "What's wrong, Darkness? Repay me? for what?"...

Steeltalon shifted slightly and growled quietly, "Softfoot came back here with Darkness and I and then headed that way." She gestured towards the clearing with the pine tree. "Ah....you might not believe me, but...Softfoot is now a mutant. She has the quills and her eyes are glazed red. Her gray splotches have a metallic sheen as well..." Steeltalon sighed. "You don't have to believe it."

Darkness barred his teeth. You know exactly what for you treacherous *******! he snarled, taking a step closer. Onarus is DEAD, and its YOUR fault! Darkness screeched, his rage coming into full bloom.

Redtooth pushed Darkness back and growled, "Darkness, I know for a fact that you killed Onarus personally! I saw his dead body and you with a scar leaving."

Darkness snapped his head to look at Redtooth. The reason I had to kill him is because of this raptor! he snarled, walking forward again.

Fatalis' eyes widened. "Onarus' dead?! how?! when?! what happened?! and what made you think that it was my fault?!". his defensive instincts taking effect, he stood defensively, ready to dodge any attack that might happen...

Shadow leaf was about to reply when Darkness lost it. She didnt know much about Darkness's past, mainly because he would never tell them and from what she could geuss that past was most likely violent and sorrowfull. Without a word she clambered up the tree onto a low branch. Sandstorm looked bewteen fatalis and Darkness. He didnt know waht was going on, but he certainly didnt want to get on eithers bad side.

Steeltalon got up quickly and stepped back. She wasn't in the condition to stop a fight, but that wouldn't stop her. "Darkness, listen!" she barked sharply, her tone edged with anger. "You killed your brother, don't you remember?" She watched and fell silent, knowing there was nothing more she could do.
