The Cland began moving again, Violet calling back, "Almost there...just over this hill here." When they breached the crest of the hill, Streamflower gasped instinctively. A lake, a beautiful, shining lake, stretched away as far as she could see. She sighed contentedly, knowing that they could live here safely.

Spottednose tried not to gasp, but still stared in awe at the lake in front of them. He thought, Now that's a place to live!

Streamflower purred and nuzzled Spottednose joyously. "Our new home," Icestorm whispered. Darkstorm sighed, bothered by carrying a ThunderClan kit, but glad to do something other than walk.

Snowclaw was abit dazed. He thought back to a couple days back where he thought of a place like this and what he saw fit the bill exactly. He ran up near Violet. He looked at her and mewed "Your welcome." He then thought of how this place would look in the spring or summer.

Shadowstar coughed violently, nearly out of the mountains. She could hear mews and purrs nearby, but she assumed they were just memories of her Clan.

Shadowstar bounded through a couple of bushes and stopped dead what she heard her name. "What about Shadowstar?" she mewed, causing many cats to look around in surprise. Some flesh had been scraped from her shoulder when she fell, and there was a minor wound on the back of her neck, but aside from that she was okay.
Violet looked up, eyes wide. "Shadowstar!" she cried, joy in her voice.
